I’ve stayed in the girls dorm for 3 nights. The assigned me an upper bed because the lower beds were occupied. As I arrived late, they stored a key for me at the reception. When I wanted to get it there was no key for my specific room and locker. I also couldn’t reach someone via WhatsApp. I then went for shopping and when I came back I met a guy who works there. He was so nice and helped me to get a key with a spare locker. Thanks to him I could unpack my stuff and lock my valuables.
In the room were three other girls. Two of them seem to live there for weeks. Not sure why they live there instead of an apartment …
The room was nice, but could be cleaner. Especially the bathroom inside the room could be more cleaner. I also prefer bigger bathrooms where more people can get ready.
The location of the hostel is close to the new metro and needs about 15 minutes by foot. A big supermarket (LuLu Hypermarket) is on the same way.

LLady KwenadiI had an amazing stay at Su Casa Hostel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Riyadh with easy access to malls, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the communal areas are great for meeting fellow travelers. I also loved the vibrant, cozy atmosphere that makes the hostel feel like a home away from home. Whether you’re visiting Riyadh for sightseeing or just passing through, Su Casa Hostel is an excellent choice for a comfortable and social stay.

Great hostel right in the center of Riyadh, which makes everything super accessible to shops, restaurants, and transportation are all just a short walk away. The common kitchen is really convenient, and I love that they offer free drinking water, coffee, and tea anytime.
One thing that could be improved is the bed mattresses, as they’re starting to look a bit old. Replacing them would make the stay even more comfortable.
Special mention to Paul, the supervisor - extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely smart. I even dreaming about hiring him someday to help me build a hostel empire in Europe and the Philippines because he’s really that good at what he does!
Overall, a great experience with just a few things that could be improved. Would definitely stay again!

GGuest UserI have booked this hotel for a long layover while flying domestically through Riyadh. It's close to the airport, and the staff were very nice and friendly. It's an apartment hotel with a small usable kitchenette. The room itself was small, but it had whatever you needed. I was surprised to find a scale in the room!
With the current prices in Riyadh, I felt the hotel was reasonable for its price range and the location depends on your needs.
