Hotel Hot Springs di Guangxi, China

這次入住温泉酒店的體驗真的超出了心裏預期，值得一誇前台服務！前台的小毛和小覃全程都特別熱情周到，辦理入住和退房時效率很高，態度温和又有耐心，有任何問題都耐心解答，讓人感覺特別舒心。更讓人感動的是退房後不慎遺留了個人物品，酒店發現後第一時間聯繫了我，還主動貼心地安排快遞寄回，全程認真負責、溝通順暢，沒有一絲不耐煩。温泉環境舒適，水質也很不錯，加上如此細緻暖心的服務，真的十分加分。強烈推薦這家酒店，服務用心又靠譜，下次來還會首選這裏！

房間在小區裏，在路邊很好找，服務很好，設施一般。周邊居民吃的螺螄粉真的很好吃，略微有點辣，配上冰碴豆花還是很nice的，價格親民。可以去古鎮呀，美食街呀之類的地方轉轉，都不算遠，晚上還可以看看大噴泉

西溪温泉♨️已經算是常客了，今年是第一次來，一家四口出遊，現在修了高速，出高速口走一小段路就能到了，之前我們來都是錯峯出遊，這一次選了週末，人較多，但在接受範圍內，價格方面較平時多了200多塊，選房間的時候備註的高樓層安靜基本能做到，但無煙這項有點尷尬，不知道上下左右那位鄰居抽煙把煙味都全部薰到我們房間裏面去了，私泡温泉的時候一直聞着煙味而且時間一直持續着。非常難受，房間衹能關着門，大人到無所謂，主要小孩👶🏻，這個不能怪安排房間的工作人員哈，也不能阻止別人去抽煙，這是人家自由，所以説很尷尬。 其它方面:這次來和之前對比多一些泡池，新修了很多樓房，大門位置作了更改，多了一些小童的娛樂設施。規模越來越大了。 房間方面:比較乾淨，前台服務態度很好，買了一些本地南鄉燒鴨做宵夜。晚上撥打前台問有沒有微波爐，她們會主動去你房間幫忙拿去加熱，服務方面也是沒問題的很熱情。 室外温泉:小童遊樂場那邊的小泡池有點臟裏面一堆很大塊的死皮，好惡心，剛剛開始沒發現，小孩還進去泡了一下，立馬讓洗澡去，其它泡池還是蠻乾淨的，雖説人很多。 自助晚餐:我是第一次來，之前都在上面酒店餐廳點菜吃飯，自助餐菜品種類很多，另外燒鵝真的很頂，皮脆味道夠，生蠔也好吃，牛仔骨自由，反正除了海鮮種類比較少，衹有蝦🦐，魷魚圈，青口，其它的基本都有。 自助早餐:品種繁多，和之前一樣，但想吃的就那麼幾樣，粥粉面飯都有，沒什麼新玩意，早茶我覺得應該有的蒸鳳爪排骨這裏竟然沒有很遺憾， 寫到這總結一句收尾，挺好！美中不足肯定會有，期待改善…

Great service from everyone here and the free afternoon tea + dessert at night were a nice touch. Good laundry room. However, I think it's important to note the misrepresentation here. The room ain't the cheapest, and the view was nothing like the photo. When I remarked on this, they offered to switch me to another room for the 2nd night but I am still able to fully see the 30 aircon compressors and the unfinished property next to it from that room. They mentioned the photos on the site were taken from the fifth floor, and I was on the 3rd floor. I doubt the view would have made much of a difference. It's a shame because I'd gladly pay more for a better view and not feel gaslit. 

Relaxation Perfected! The hot springs were heavenly, and the spa treatments left me feeling completely refreshed. The staff were warm, attentive, and super helpful. The views made the experience unforgettable. Can’t wait to return!

Love this hotel. Walkable from Yangshuo train station but only if you do not have bulky luggages with you. We were able to walk to the hotel as we have used a luggage courier from Guilin to Yangshuo. Hotel is right at the end of the West Street. Amenities is good. love the layout. this is by far the best layout for China hotels that i have stayed in other cities. The toilet / bathing area and sink is 'grouped' together hide away from bed area main view. And there is a bathtub. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

酒店位置好，附近有各種飯館，三餐都很方便。酒店隔壁就是超市，超市旁邊的路口進去就是有專人看管的封閉式停車場，對酒店住客免費，非常贊！附近50米就是公交車站，坐22路車去騎樓城衹需坐3站，低碳出行，十分方便。前台小哥哥、小姐姐熱情、友善又專業，素質很高。鬧市中的空中小院井水泡池也很驚艷，洗去一路風塵，非常解乏。

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Our highlight is the service we got from 小周. She is very helpful and went extra mile in recommending places of interest for us to explore. Such an outstanding staff you have there! She is such a gem! So nice to interact with someone who exudes so much warmth and so proud of what Yangshuo has to offer. The only downside of the hotel is the hot spring. In my opinion when the word ‘hot spring’ is used it should be a natural hot spring with beneficial minerals not just heated water.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was huge, super clean, and very comfortable. Since it’s low season, I got a free upgrade which was such a nice surprise. They even offer complimentary afternoon tea — a lovely touch! Overall, everything was great and I’d definitely stay here again.

Front desk Xiaoyu is very helpful and friendly. She entertained our request to change one of the two rooms we booked for a second time with patience. She also helped us to book a big SUV for the train station. It’s very difficult to call a car in the district. She also helped us to dine outside the hotel with car transfer.
