Hotel Hot Springs di Guangxi, China

從柳州自駕過來3個多小時，下了高速走一小段國道，確實難開，大車很多，要注意安全噢～還有一小段破爛路，堪比世界末日一樣，因為剛好去的那天下雨了霧濛濛的[暗中觀察R] 1️⃣到了酒店，環境沒得説，確實很美，每個房間都有浴池，想泡温泉隨時泡，看着陽台外面景色一邊泡温泉挺舒服。真正的礦物温泉水從地下抽上來的。 2️⃣如果不想在酒店吃飯，可以往前開個10多分鐘有個車河鎮，吃的比較多，經濟實惠。 3️⃣早上10點-23點開放公共浴池，有好幾個泡池，我們在房間已經泡夠了[笑哭R]公共浴池就進去逛逛看看拍拍照就當打卡了吧。❗️單次進噢，並不是入住期間無限次數。 4️⃣早餐7點-10點，在酒店五樓，餐廳很美，拍照很好看，早餐做的粉很好吃[贊R][贊R][贊R]種類也算夠吃的，服務也很好👍 午餐和晚餐單點，餐食送房間的話還要多加服務費。 5️⃣服務有求必應，嬰兒床螺絲釘鬆了，跟打掃阿姐説，立馬叫人來修了。打掃阿姐也很用心，知道我們要拍照，按我們的要求把玻璃刮乾淨，小趙管家消息回覆都很及時。 這次旅行總體很滿意，雖然開車很累，在房間泡上温泉那一刻感覺疲憊都散開了，非常推薦自駕游來。我們連住兩晚，悠閑不趕時間，温泉體驗度直接拉滿了。還是值得來體驗一下的。我們是工作日過來人不多。推薦

入住的整體體驗還不錯，綜合位置、價格、衞生、安全性，性價比比較高 酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的。

時隔半年多，再次打卡西溪，感覺還是一如既往地好，無論是環境，還是衞生、服務、吃食等，都是值得給出一個五星的好評（房間裏若是能配上一張小板凳方便幼兒洗漱就更理想了，因為我家有一個小幼兒墊起腳尖都不夠高😂），由於我們訂的是三天兩晚，所以第二天早上客房部的服務人員會安排進房間搞衞生和物品補及，當時她們進來房間後看見我家有兩個小朋友在，馬上又掉頭出去拿了四杯的安睡酸奶給我們，説是多給兩杯給小朋友喝的，水果也是多給了一倍的量，真的很貼心，給客房部的這兩位阿姨點贊👍。這次的入住體驗不但給到了我們貼心的服務，更有最大的驚喜，就是泡温泉的地方擴大了不少，小泡池增多了好多好多個，在部分時間內，完全可以一家人獨享一個池，盡情的玩耍，不用擔心和別人共用，這一點最為大讚，而且泡池的衞生也好，一天內見到過同一個泡池進行兩次放水消毒清洗，這樣的衞生現象，更讓我們泡得放心，玩得開心😊。

The hotel was just like the listing, and the stay was great! It was clean, spacious, and had all that we need. It felts like a quiet get away within a somewhat touristic busy area. The hotel is within a small road just next to the river, so very close to bamboo rafting and biking routes. We can also tell that the hotel put some thoughts into their interior and exterior design, the man made waterfall and hot springs gave a super zen vibe to the place. Front desk was super helpful. They were very communicative and was always there to help. We got a lot of advice on where to visit and how to book tickets etc.

Relaxation Perfected! The hot springs were heavenly, and the spa treatments left me feeling completely refreshed. The staff were warm, attentive, and super helpful. The views made the experience unforgettable. Can’t wait to return!

Modern room, nice breakfast, perfect location (not to noisy but close to night market area), restaurant on rooftop also provide top service at reasonable price. No any complain really.

酒店位置好，附近有各種飯館，三餐都很方便。酒店隔壁就是超市，超市旁邊的路口進去就是有專人看管的封閉式停車場，對酒店住客免費，非常贊！附近50米就是公交車站，坐22路車去騎樓城衹需坐3站，低碳出行，十分方便。前台小哥哥、小姐姐熱情、友善又專業，素質很高。鬧市中的空中小院井水泡池也很驚艷，洗去一路風塵，非常解乏。

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Our highlight is the service we got from 小周. She is very helpful and went extra mile in recommending places of interest for us to explore. Such an outstanding staff you have there! She is such a gem! So nice to interact with someone who exudes so much warmth and so proud of what Yangshuo has to offer. The only downside of the hotel is the hot spring. In my opinion when the word ‘hot spring’ is used it should be a natural hot spring with beneficial minerals not just heated water.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was huge, super clean, and very comfortable. Since it’s low season, I got a free upgrade which was such a nice surprise. They even offer complimentary afternoon tea — a lovely touch! Overall, everything was great and I’d definitely stay here again.

Front desk Xiaoyu is very helpful and friendly. She entertained our request to change one of the two rooms we booked for a second time with patience. She also helped us to book a big SUV for the train station. It’s very difficult to call a car in the district. She also helped us to dine outside the hotel with car transfer.
