Magical hotel with so many different courtyards and underground passageways. Felt like entering a different world. Great location right in the heart of old town Seville and walkable everywhere. Service was excellent, especially from the porters who took us to park our car in a nearby garage and then carried our bags to the hotel and room. Had a treatment at the spa, which was wonderfully relaxing, though several of the items, like the sauna and some jacuzzi jets weren't working. The one issue was there was a bad ant problem in our room, and we found ants on the bed, in the shower, and all over our accompanying food bag.

What an amazing hotel! I took my wife for a long weekend and all the staff was very attentive, friendly making sure your every need was attended to. The hotel has been refurbished and some areas are still under improvement but all work is carried out discreetly not causing any problems for the guests. The new decor is spectacular and you can see that no expense has been spared. We particularly liked the courtyard seated bar area with amazing cocktails and the breakfast was to die for. We both really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again for our next special treat

Very nice hotel right in the center near the beach great location rated as a four star hotel but more 3.5. Buffet breakfast excellent for all English and European. Reception staff excellent as we arrived at 1:30 in the morning and so accommodating. Beds very comfortable, but on wheels so if you are restless sleeper, you might end up across the other side of the bedroom as we heard many nights from the bedroom above

The hotel is innocently clean, the spaces are perfectly maintained and decorated with a lot of taste, creating an elegant and calm atmosphere. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and is located in the centre of the city centre. We feel welcomed immediately with benevolence. The spa and leisure facilities are just beautiful and perfectly maintained. Special mention for overall quality of services that goes far beyond our expectations. We recommend this hotel without any hesitation and will return with great pleasure.

I arrived at the hotel very late and checked in smoothly. The hotel has an underground bath and the open-air swimming pool is small, but you can see the repaired hilltop church next to it, and the overall environment is good. I just came for work and didn't have time to enjoy the surroundings and facilities of the hotel. Recommended stay

The room has a great location, very close to attractions and restaurants, perfect for a leisurely trip. The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive, helping us get a taxi to the train station on time. Lemonade is available in the lobby. The balcony has a view of an orange tree, making for beautiful photos.

We had the great pleasure to spend three nights in Fairmont La Hacienda, and we can only praise this hotel in the highest tones. It is a beautiful new house that really doesn't leave any wishes. Our very spacious room with sea view was an absolute dream. The view of Gibraltar and even to Africa is simply unforgettable. These panoramas are rarely experienced. The first-class service is particularly highlighted in the entire hotel. The staff are very careful, hearty and professional – a level that we have experienced so rarely. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was also excellent: a large selection of high-quality food, accompanied by an equally excellent service. Another highlight is the generous spa area, which is definitely worth a visit and contributes to perfect relaxation. Overall a successful stay at the highest level – we will come back very safely!

The hotel is just opposite to the cathedral. You can walk to palace church bullring and the city parasol. It is convenient to have meals around the hotel. The hotel has a strong smell of decoration, and it is noisy at night.

Compared to other hotels in Madrid, I was quite satisfied. Disposable toothbrushes were provided, and towels were changed daily. The high floor offered a great view. There was a shopping mall downstairs with supermarkets and Primark stores. The only downside was the loud music from the mall; it was still very loud even on the 22nd floor and continued until after 2 AM.
