it’s a really nice place in Granada The reception is super nice,a girl named Claudia offered me a map when was checking in the first day! The place have a super good location,very near from many famous churches,walk around or travel for staying 3-5 days is totally enough! Floor C,where have a perfect view especially from noon to night,it’s really nice staying these 3 days,love here and love Granada

La habitación daba a una calle muy ruidosa y se notaba en el interior. El personal muy atento y agradable y las instalaciones muy bien.

Tudo optimo excepto o Wifi no quarto que não funciona De resto como como refiro com excepção do wifi recomendo a estadia

Hotel and staff superb, location very central to amenities and places of interest, cathedral very close. Spa was wonderful and we had a massage which was divine. Visited with my friend on quick overnighted en route to airport. We were so impressed we are booking for 2 nights next trip.

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, drei Nächte im Fairmont La Hacienda zu verbringen, und können dieses Hotel nur in den höchsten Tönen loben. Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes, neues Haus, das wirklich keine Wünsche offenlässt. Unser sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Meerblick war ein absoluter Traum. Der Ausblick auf Gibraltar und sogar bis nach Afrika ist einfach unvergesslich. Solche Panoramen erlebt man nur selten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der erstklassige Service im gesamten Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell – ein Niveau, das wir so nur selten erlebt haben. Die Zimmer werden zwei mal täglich gereinigt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: eine große Auswahl an hochwertigen Speisen, begleitet von einem ebenso ausgezeichneten Service. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der großzügige Spa-Bereich, der definitiv einen Besuch wert ist und zur perfekten Entspannung beiträgt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt auf höchstem Niveau – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Personal del hotel muy servicial. Desayuno muy bueno. Media pensión era solo cena a pesar de poner en la reserva que podía ser comida o cena. Zona de piscina con servicio de bar y tumbonas pero lapiscina necesita un poco más de limpieza porque el moho se acumula en los rebordes y escaleras

We travelled with two other couples, and definitely had the best room. The allocation of rooms seems to be a little random but, speaking for ourselves, we had no complaints as we were given an upgrade on arrival and had a bedroom with an unexpected adjoining sitting room, and a jet bath. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, the bed was comfy (though we had to climb onto it!) and the rooms/bathroom were very clean. The hotel itself is the star of the show - with its beautiful little courtyards, roof top area (pool closed in December)  and labyrinthine tunnels; by the end of our stay we had managed to get back to reception without getting lost!  We'd definitely recommend at least one stay in the hotel as a quirky experience in a beautiful part of town within easy access of many of the main tourist sights in Seville.

去附近Jubugo村探訪火腿工廠，住在這裏，性價比很高，晚上9點到達，出乎意料的好。 17世紀的修道院改建，很有味道，房間很大，床很高，不精緻但是很舒服。 中庭的花園很多鳥兒在這裏過夜，嘰嘰喳喳好像開會，早上大部分都飛走了。大鳥在最高的地方築巢，好像夜晚守夜的衞兵，滿天繁星。 餐廳的食物一般，但老大哥的服務很親切，橄欖油非常好，好像新鮮的橄欖果汁。 停車場就在背後，很方便。 白色小鎮，3分鐘就到教堂，山頂有城堡，聽説這裏步行5分鐘還有一個奇蹟洞穴，很多鐘乳石，下次再來可以玩一下。

部屋、景色、朝食、スタッフさん、スパ、ビーチどれをとっても最高のホテルでした。 とにかくホテルからの景色が最高で、朝食はテラスから正面のビーチを見ながらゆったりして、夕方はルーフトップバーで夕焼けとお酒を楽しむのがおすすめです。 スタッフの方はとても親切で英語も通じるので、コミニュケーションについてもそこまで問題はないと思います。 必ずまたMarbellaに戻ってきて、こちらのホテルをもう一度利用したいです。
