El hotel ofrece una experiencia placentera con sus amplias instalaciones y un entorno natural impresionante. La atención del personal es excepcional, y la variedad de servicios, como la piscina, contribuyen a una estancia agradable.
Sin embargo, en la primera planta, se pueden escuchar muchos ruidos desde temprano, lo que puede afectar el descanso. Además, en cuanto al cuarto de baño siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas no debería de tener bañeras sino plato de ducha, el agua no regulaba bien la temperatura, lo que fue un inconveniente durante la estancia.

Si digo que es el mejor hotel de Córdoba lo puedes creer o no,yo lo comprobaria, el único hotel monumento de esta ciudad, un palacio del año 1700 reformado para una inmensa minoria de entendidos en el arte.Hotel súper limpio,servicio de lujo ,en una plaza muy tranquila a 1 minuto de la Mezquita. Y dejo para el final la atención de Javier, su dueño, un magnífico anfitrión, colaborador.....Gracias Gracias...

酒店整體非常不錯，房間寬敞明亮，視野很好，可以看到城市景觀，體驗感很棒。設施比較新，衞生乾淨整潔，住得很舒適。前台服務專業熱情，溝通順暢。酒店位置也方便，去市區景點打車很快。整體品質符合五星標準，性價比不錯，推薦入住。

Hicimos una reserva en mayo y el hotel estaba con bastantes cosas en mantenimiento.
La habitación estaba muy bien y con todo lo necesario.

We travelled with two other couples, and definitely had the best room. The allocation of rooms seems to be a little random but, speaking for ourselves, we had no complaints as we were given an upgrade on arrival and had a bedroom with an unexpected adjoining sitting room, and a jet bath. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, the bed was comfy (though we had to climb onto it!) and the rooms/bathroom were very clean. The hotel itself is the star of the show - with its beautiful little courtyards, roof top area (pool closed in December) and labyrinthine tunnels; by the end of our stay we had managed to get back to reception without getting lost! We'd definitely recommend at least one stay in the hotel as a quirky experience in a beautiful part of town within easy access of many of the main tourist sights in Seville.

Sin duda volveríamos. Unos de los mejores hoteles en que hemos estado, en cuanto calidad-precio.
Tengo que destacar el buen trato del personal de recepción, ya que, hoy en día, es cada vez más difícil encontrar personas agradables de cara al público. El chico en concreto, tuvo una especial atención y empatía con mi madre.
Hemos disfrutado del mercado navideño que estaba junto al hotel y un bonito Belén en el propio Hotel. Y qué decir, de los buenos restaurantes y bares para tapear de la zona. Además de que está tan cerca de la Catedral, Iglesia San Ildefonso...etc.

They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

Personal del hotel muy servicial. Desayuno muy bueno. Media pensión era solo cena a pesar de poner en la reserva que podía ser comida o cena. Zona de piscina con servicio de bar y tumbonas pero lapiscina necesita un poco más de limpieza porque el moho se acumula en los rebordes y escaleras

BBowie WSevi is so beautiful, and this hotel is especially beautiful. Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the most impressive one. It is surrounded by pavilions and fountains, and there is a large bathtub in the room. It is elegant and simple but not old, and the experience is great.

I took my wife for a long weekend and all the staff was very attentive, friendly making sure your every need was attended to.
The hotel has been refurbished and some areas are still under improvement but all work is carried out discreetly not causing any problems for the guests.
The new decor is spectacular and you can see that no expense has been spared.
We particularly liked the courtyard seated bar area with amazing cocktails and the breakfast was to die for.
We both really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again for our next special treat

GGuest UserThen they ask you for your credit card when you arrive from where you get charged the money from the deposit you have to be very careful that if you don't ask for it back they don't give you the money from the deposit. Then when I made the reservation on the App he wrote that breakfast costs €10 while in the hotel they ask you for €15!  As for the beds, they don't have double beds but only two beds pushed together. The floors of the rooms are a bit ruined and obviously the whole hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The location is also very nice because I have a sea view room which in theory is 25 m², it has 25 m² because the corridor from the door to the room is long

The hotel has an underground bath and the open-air swimming pool is small, but you can see the repaired hilltop church next to it, and the overall environment is good. I just came for work and didn't have time to enjoy the surroundings and facilities of the hotel. Recommended stay

GGuest UserThis hotel was excellent in every respect: the rooms, views, breakfast, staff, spa, and beach.
The view from the hotel was amazing, so I recommend having a relaxing breakfast from the terrace looking out at the beach in front, and then enjoying the sunset and drinks at the rooftop bar in the evening.
The staff were very friendly and could speak English, so I don't think communication would be an issue.
I'd definitely come back to Marbella and use this hotel again.

PprnqdA very good hotel. The rooms are large, the bathrooms have separate shower and toilet areas and bathtubs, a gym, and the rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. It's one of the more upscale hotels in the Eurostar brand. The biggest drawback is that it's a bit far from tourist attractions, requiring a 10-12 minute walk, and about 3 kilometers from the high-speed rail station. A taxi ride takes 20 minutes, but walking would take almost an hour. It's suitable for those who can afford a taxi or those who don't mind walking.
