Hotel Hot Springs di Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan

Nice traditional Ryokan. The staff was mostly non-Japanese so did not feel super authentic. Rooms were large and nice, but location of Ryokan is 25min drive from the main train station, which made exploring a little more trouble some. The staff were generally friendly, but extremely inflexible, which I suppose one would need to expect in Japan. But given the front desk staff was not even Japanese we found this to be a little frustrating at times.

Good hotel, city location but need to pay the parking at times car park if your car is too high

房間很大，住起來很舒服，我們選了私湯，衹要在前台預訂交JPY2200就可以，早餐是日式的，會提前按照房間號準備菜品，就餐體驗很棒，價格在這個時間也算中等，交通很方便，在湯本站步行8分鐘的距離，適合第一次來旅遊的對這裏不太熟悉的人，晚飯可以步行到湯本站附近，不用爬山。唯一不太好的一個點是前台的小哥比較冷漠，會偏着頭説謝謝惠顧，眼神去向別處，感覺有點應付着，希望這一點能改善！

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a relaxing environment. The amenities provided met all our needs and contributed to a smooth experience. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others seeking a quality accommodation.

The ryokan style room was clean and cozy, but a bit small for a family of 5. Buffet-style dinner and breakfast were decent, with selection of both Japanese and Western options. Staff were very polite and helpful, front desk staff speaks good English too. Good location for self drive travellers, near to attractions like Owakudani and Open Air Museum. The public bath (both indoor and outdoor) were great. Outdoor female onsen had the Mt Fuji view. Clear instructions to use the public bath. We had a really enjoyable stay here.

Central location right beside bus interchange and odawara station for JR ride back to Osaka, shopping centre and food are all nearby in the vicinity. Room is clean, public bath is available and good breakfast spread buffet style. 1800 yen 3pm to 11am next day parking at minaka basement. Can drive to Hakone or southern peninsula shizuoka for sightseeing. View of odawara castle from roof top restaurant.

当日に急遽取ったのですが、どこもホテルの値段が軒並み高い中、朝食つきで広い部屋を予約できてよかったです！ 大浴場は狭めなのでみんなで譲り合って使う必要がありますが、手足を伸ばして風呂につかれるのはやはり疲れの取れ方も違う気がします。 スタッフの方もとても気がつく方が多く、受付でまごまごしていた私にもすかさずフォローしていただきました。 朝食も目玉焼きを好みの硬さで自分で焼けたり、ご飯のお供も多くあったのでよかったですし、みそ汁が家で食べるような手作り感のあるみそ汁で、朝からほっこりしました。 パンは食べられませんでしたが、同行者がパンを食べてパサパサしてなくて美味しいと言っていました。 またぜひ利用したいです。

フロントスタッフさん、お部屋のクリーンスタッフさんの対応もとても丁寧で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

A wonderful authentic Japanese experience. Great service despite us not speaking the same language (They are very adept at using Google translate). Good Location for Hakone Open Air Museum and for being able to get on the bus back to the station early before it gets so crowded it doesn't stop for more passengers. I didn't manage to use the pass for the baths over the road, but great to have that included in the price if you do have time. Some lovely gardens right opposite the hotel.

Arrived Haneda airport late. Took taxi to the hotel. ¥4400. Reasonable. Hotel service is excellent, realised I had claustrophobic and arranged a higher floor room for me. I stayed in 5 stars hotel before and they did not notice my request.  So Dormy Inn did provide a good service. The Natural spa on the upper floor is very good. Also the evening free noodle from 9:30pm. Highly recommend.  離羽田機場很近，坐計程車只要¥4400。 早上在川崎去品川很方便。天然溫泉很有日本風味，早餐很地道。性價比高。知道我有密室幽閉症，特別安排房間。之前住五星級酒店，也沒有留意我的要求。所以很讚這所酒店。我來日本也經常住這連鎖酒店Dormy Inn.  很推薦👍
