We arrived around 5 PM and noticed that some of the staff members were preparing to leave for the day. One staff member kindly guided us through the hallways and directed us to our room. The room itself was lovely, but unfortunately, the main reason we chose this resort—its late-night swimming and Netflix access—was not fully realized. We discovered that Netflix was unavailable due to a payment issue, which was quite disappointing. We attempted to use YouTube, but found the available content unengaging, so we ended up going to bed early without our planned movie night. On a positive note, we had breakfast at the resort's restaurant and were impressed by the excellent service, which was truly five-star. While the food was average for me, particularly given my pregnancy, it was satisfying and ensured that I left feeling full.

Wonderful. We liked the private garden with pool a lot. The staff is very nice and helpful. The outdoor kitchen includes a pan, a rice cooker, dishes, cutlery and a fridge. Due to the high humidity and heat, the outdoor kitchen has suffered a little over time. Maybe this needs to be “renovated” regularly. Big supermarket just around the corner. We would come back :)

das Photo ist der Strand in der Nöhe man muss etwa 8-10 min durch das Dickicht laufen. Um dann an den Strand zu sitzen muss man nochmal etwas bezahlen. Die Leute sind sehr nett, aber die Duschen sind sehr dunkel und das Wärme Wasser war sehr spärlich.

Персонал это просто душки и лапусики, очень дружелюбные, сервис на высшем уровне 4 вода в неограниченном количестве 5 еда офигенно вкусная и сравнительно недорогая 6. Кондиционеры работают отлично МИНУСЫ: 1. вода в душе грязная 2. Нет пляжа возле резорта 3. Отдален от центра 4. Дорога к резорту ужасная, но на 2 день уже не кажется такой страшной!

Отель выше всяких похвал!!! Предупредительный и дружелюбный экипаж, прекрасный бар (не пользовались) бассейн с безнаказанно плавающим в нëм, солидных размеров, крокодилом (надувным). Внутренний и внешний дизайн отеля полностью соответствует его названию. К сожалению, когда мы (вечером) прибыли на борт этого (сухопутного) корабля, на Галеоне были некоторые проблемы с (технической) пресной водой, но они были быстро решены экипажем ведром воды и ковшиком на срочные гигиенические нужды сейчас и запуском насоса на (наше) светлое будущее. А утром, только мы высунулись из своей капитанской каюты, нас накормили шикарным сытным завтраком! Хотелось остаться ещё на пару дней, но море зовёт. Мы же дайверы :) Вывод: Welcome aboard!

AAnonymous UserVery close to the airport tutu car about five or six minutes to the pool is very deep, the deepest is 2 meters, it is very cool to dive, but if you have children, you must pay special attention to the decoration and facilities. Although it is old, it is still complete. You can cook by yourself. We stayed in the first room. The front desk was a bit noisy but it didn't matter if we came out to play. There is a relatively large supermarket around. From the alon downtown tutu200 pesos. Overall, it was okay. I just met Valentine's Day and sent us a box of donuts. The only dissatisfaction is that the free shuttle car they said was parked at the door, but it depends on whether their driver is there. I stayed for two nights anyway. I asked the front desk and couldn’t sit. I could play tutu by myself.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the quilt was thick enough. The couple had a story to tell. They always put the customers first and provided nanny-like service. They helped us a lot in the past two days, took us to the weekend market, and cooked delicious meals for us. Their seawater hot spring golden soup was very comfortable and good stuff. If you want to eat, you need to inform them in advance, and they will buy fresh soup and cook it on the same day.
