Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war okay. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war grosszügig geschnitten, den kleinen Fitnessraum konnte man auch benutzen. Frühstück okay, das Rührei wurde frisch zubereitet. Was uns gestört hat, sind die schlecht isolierten Fenster: Wegen des Strassenlärms war es schon frühmorgens ziemlich laut im Zimmer. Die ”Kunst”, die sämtliche Hotelwände schmückt, fanden wir eher gewöhnungsbedürftig - das dürfte aber sehr individuell sein 😊

Me and my family stayed in Hotel Palace Guayaquil for two nights in the last days of our month long trip to Ecuador. We chose this place because of its central location and of course also based on good reviews in Tripadvisor. And we were not disappointed. Although the hotel is a bit worn-looking, everything was actually clean and tidy and the service level absolutely impeccable. The receptionists, porters, restaurant personnel - all were very friendly and helpful and made our final days in Ecuador absolutely enjoyable. Thank you! The room was big enough, clean and had a business hotel vibe. Although located in the heart of the central city, it was surprisingly quiet even during the rush hour. The breakfast was good and plenty. What we liked the most was the location - a very short walk away from the Malecon boardwalk, park of the iguanas (a must visit!) and many cafes and restaurants. In 20 minutes you can be on the steps of Las Penas on the northern end of Malecon (getting up to the top is another story :)) so most of the sights in central Guayaquil are really close by. So if you want to enjoy the vibrant city then look no further, Hotel Palace Guayaquil is a great choice. We would definitely go back there.

For my wife and I, it is always a pleasure every time we are lucky enough to stay at Unipark. It is very pleasant to receive the very familiar greeting of each person in their duties. Cesar with his eternal smile and kindness, despite being very busy on many occasions when the hotel is full, welcomes us and on several occasions has been the one who wishes us a speedy return. Miss Evelyn at reception, shows us her delicacy and culture to inform and guide the guests. The rooms as always, very clean and tidy. The maids very ready to meet any request. Not to mention the fabulous breakfast, with the unbeatable and professional attention of Darwin or Edison. A special thanks to Rugel the chef for his loving details. Finally, I think it would be a little unfair not to name all those who serve us during each stay. Thank you very much to all.

En marzo 2023 el hotel está en adecuaciones. El ter piso huele mucho a humedad al salir de los ascensores. El área húmeda está deshabitada aunque la piscina recién hecha mantenimiento estuvo bien

I have stayed here upwards of 10 times! My grandmother lives at the beach and I fly into Guyaquil and stay at this Radisson every time. They pick you up from the airport always on time and with the utmost courtesy. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. I have family that lives across the street and we all meet here for breakfast to start every family visit. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Una gran opción para hospedarte en Guayaquil,me encantó las habitaciones frescas,los blancos súper cómodos y frescos, el baño amplio y con amenidades. La atención súper amable,café agua y galletas de cortesía en el lobby, cerca a unas calles del malecón 2000 y parque de las iguanas,el desayuno es delicioso,la alberca fresca,el bar bastante relajado. No me gustó el servicio del vapor,y el gym es obsoleto,no hay suficientes pesas o máquinas, yo si hago ejercicio y esa vez pues no hubo mucha opción para entrenar.

We spent three nights here in January 2024, although we originally planned to spend two nights here. There are so many positives about this hotel. We emailed reception, and they sent a minibus to pick us up from the airport. The driver was really helpful and friendly both at the airport and for the short drive to the hotel. Our room was spacious with nice beds and a nice bathroom, and plenty of plug sockets including USBs. We had snacks on the first evening in the Executive Lounge, where there was a good range of food, and a few soft drinks, beer and wine, as well as hot drinks. We had breakfast there on the first morning and were surprised by how extensive the selection was. There was an impressive series of restaurants in the hotel, and we tried a couple whilst we were there, Sal & Pimienta, a snack bar, and Vereda Tropical, a restaurant specialising in meat with indoor and outdoor dining. Both were notable for the quality of food and the level of service, excellent in both cases. We had breakfast in Cafe Colon on the second day and the range of food was even more impressive than the Executive Lounge. As well as standard international breakfast offerings that you would expect in a Hilton, there were local foods - the rice and beans and ham were all delicious - a series of Lebanese breakfast classics, lots of breads and pastries, juices, fruit, and so much more, As with everywhere else in the hotel, the staff were absolutely excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. We spent a little bit of time by the excellent pool and in the spa, which were large, not particularly busy, in good condition, and as with the rest of the hotel, fantastic service. There is a nice, quiet bar at the pool. The pool could can be accessed via the spa, or directly from the hotel. Towels are provided at the spa. On our last day, there were some security issues in the city, and we were very happy that we were staying at this hotel. The staff kept us up to date with what was going on, contacted the airline for us, and when access to the airport was difficult because of the situation, they found a way to get us there, Our flight was delayed by a day, and with a quick call to the Hilton, a room was booked for us and transport was on its way to pick us up. We were greeted like regulat guests on our return. The hotel had excellent security, reassuring in the situation at the time. There were a couple of minor issues - the Hilton reservation system had somehow missed the taxes from our booking, but the hotel managed to get us a slightly lower rate that almost offset the tax impact, and the normal Hilton Hhonors recognition wasn't quite the usual standard - but these were very minor inconvieniences that were more than offset by the excellent facilities and service we experienced throughout. A big thank you to the Hilton for looking after us so well whilst we were there.
