I had a great stay but dissapointed when I feel ripped off… I never write a review but felt I needed to make a comment… I accidentally booked the hotel for 1 person not 2. The hotel states the extra charge fee was 1500 Egyptian pounds but if you book 2 people online and through this website, it’s half that cost….. the excuse the front desk staff member used was that we had to seperate the beds. For a 5 star hotel, that wasn’t an impressive comment. Having come previously from the st Regis hotel, this hotel just lost my repeat purchase. This was more the principal of the matter. Now he also charged me accidentally 1500 usd abs then had to refund that amount - you would really think out of that mistake alone, the front desk attendant would have used initiative to say I’ll drop that fee.

Everything was wonderful. Efficient, friendly service, lovely, spacious room, well equipped gym, excellent facilities, plentiful, delicious breakfast & dinner. And the most beautiful beach I have ever seen, with crystal clear water, gentle waves, soft white/gold sand. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be back next week already!

The stay at Aura was not good at all, and went wrong for many reasons: 1- After putting a note in my booking for a king sized bed, upon arrival the receptionist asked personal questions if any of our group is a couple and did not accommodate our request, even though it wasn’t their business to ask these questions. 2- Upon arrival, they did not inform us about the facilities available including the beach. The next day we had to search for another beach to go to which was hard since they were all still closed… we had to ask them ourselves until they finally told us that there’s a beach access from Aura resort. 3- The food was very bad… they overcharge for their food and buffet which is really not worth it. 4- The resort was unclear about their visitors policy… they only told us once we were there that visitors are not allowed after 11pm which is bizarre since we’re tourists and have the liberty to host friends. 5- We asked them to bring us mugs to have coffee and they wanted to charge us for them. 6- The staff was nice but they were uninformed and unhelpful when it comes to things to see in the area and places/restaurants to go to. In short, wouldn’t recommend this resort for anyone! There are much nicer places to stay at in the North Coast that are also affordable.

The most wonderful place in the world. With fantastic view from the 19th floor. Clean, comfortable, cozy and quiet. Perfect place to relax and have a pleasant time for your own. Big thanks for the staff at the restaurant Ahmed Shaalan and Ahmed Ayman. Professional as it is. The service during the breakfast is beyond all praise. Thank u for your work! Will be back again for sure.

We had the best experience ever with triumph white sand. The staff are extra friendly and helpful, have never seen that. The hotel is very luxurious, the food is more than amazing and extra delicious. The beach is very nice and enjoyable. The chefs went out of their way to help me with my baby’s food. In all it is considered one of our very relaxing yet enjoyable family trips ❤️❤️ Triumph white sand highly recommended!!

نحن طلبه كويتين في كليه طب اسنان بجامعه الاسكندريه تعتبر رابع مره لزياره الفندق اول ما وصلت سالت عن مسؤول الشاطي اسماعيل ومستر مصطفي لانهم بمثابه الشمس التي تشرق في بورتو لان روحهم الرياضيه وروحهم في العمل والاستقبال فوق الوصف اتمني ارجع بورتو كل اسبوع لان معاملتهم للنزلاء جميله جدا
