Food Service Except of the salmon everything was good and even my children ate everything. When we told the waiter about that the salmon was dry, he apologized and offered a free dessert. The Maître d'hôtel told us that they'll remove the salmon from the bill and the cake for my wife is for free. And two other waiters came to apologize. I recommend you to visit the Kapos Hotel's Restaurant Thank you!

The hotel itself is super , modern, clean. The problem was that neither of my stays did the air condition work, always different explanations. Luckily the nights were not hot outside so the window could have been kept open, however there was a party in the parking area of the hotel so due to the noise needed to be closed. There was a fan in the room but did not help much as there was 26 Celsius in the room. The bistro of the hotel is quite good, however the staff of the bar was rude. The morning staff was really nice. I stayed here twice, both times same experience. Normally would not stay after the first, but gave a second chance as the hotel is very comfortable, wellness is really nice and the rooms are great.
