Hotel Dengan Parking di Cantabria, Spain

I find that the room design is a bit outdated. It was spacious and the terrace is a nice touch. The air conditioning wasn't working very well and it was hot in the room. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and has good pressure. The breakfast is plentiful but the need to order the hot plates and it takes a while to come. I would suggest making them available on the hot trays. Another thing that was weird was the custom tongs each table had, then we had to use them to get the food. I would much rather have one tong on each tray so everyone uses them, I believe it's much more hygienic and practical.

There was absolutely no WiFi in the room during my two days stay but it was advertised as with Wifi

The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes. The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

La llegada y el recibimiento no fue el más correcto x parte del empleado, un poco desgranado, después en la estancia, solo había saludos, creo q deberían ñ informar mejor, x ejemplo cto costaba el desayuno, donde esta el parking, etc

La habitación en al que nos alojamos (103) estaba en la misma recepción con apenas una puerta que nos separaba de esta. Esto hacía que la intimidad estuviese ciertamente limitada.

La limpieza la hace una subcontrata y es nefasta, al menos en mi habitación. Una noche sin hacerme la cama. Apenas limpiaron nada y además no me dejaron ni una toalla. Menos mal que en recepción me permitieron cambiar de habitación. Muy agradecido por el detalle. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. La ubicación está a la entrada De Castro por lo que tienes que moverte en coche si quieres ir al centro o en otro medio de transporte. No me atrevo a recomendar a nadie por ese motivo. Yo volvería si me garantizan un buen servicio de limpieza, qué menos que eso. Tal vez me tocó solamente a mí. Estuve a punto de rellenar la hoja de reclamaciones pero al cambiarme de habitación decidí no seguir adelante con ella.

Hôtel impeccable, personnel super gentil, petit déjeuner super varié avec la possibilité de déjeuner jusqu'à 11h nickel pour la grasse mat 😅super bien placé en pied de la plage. Pour se déplacer à proximité vous pourrez y trouver des vélos avec l application nextbike facile à utiliser. 'je recommande super séjour 👍👍

El Hotel Castilla Termal Solares tenía mucha expectativa alta, pero comparados con los otros hoteles de la misma cadena, el Burgo de Osma y Olmedo, que he ido se ve mucha diferencia en cuanto a mantenimiento y conservación e instalaciones como por ejemplo el de Olmedo tenía piscina termal exterior y más conservado.En resumen el Solares depende de la habitación que escojas por ejemplo una estándar, tiene tele muy pequeña y en Olmedo la misma categoría tenía mejor tele, y en general una superior igual tele pequeña y antigua que no tiene ni para poner Netflix.El desayuno muy bien igual que los otros.En fin mi valoración le daría 7/10.

Hotel con un ubicacion perfecta del centro para ver Santander. Tanto las recepcionistas como las limpiadoras y el camarero super majos. El hotel está muy bien y las habitaciones geniales. 100% recomendado
