Hotel is in a great position, 5 mins to the beach and beach front restaurants. Rashid organised a couple of trips for us which were great. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, small balcony, sadly ours didn't get the sun! Pool area had plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool but cold at this time of year, we did vrave it though! Breakfast was fine, we didn't have any other meals as we like to go out and eat. We would stay again, a great place for some winter sunshine.

Shower water pressure and temperature good. Bed comfortable enough. Floor is generally clean. Rooms have some parts renovated on the cheap or as needed but generally work. Expect every room to have something small broken in some way but still workable. No easy access to the beach; 14 minutes walk from the beach as there are no direct path and many hotel properties block direct access. Some receptionists at the front desk are nice but firm. Some other receptionnists are aggressive and/or snobs and will go on the defensive immediately. At the end if you talk to the right person they'll let you change room until you are satisfied. The cheap deal you can find online (333 MAD) is either small room twin beds with view on the pool (but behind the noisy elevators - 401) or a large room with king bed with view on the main street (329). Someone might have been murdered in 401 given the blood stained mattress. The final room I got (204) was nice; pool view and far away from the elevators that we don't hear the mechanical noises. The park in front is under construction.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

This resort will surpass any expectations. The resort is beautiful,  incredibly comfortable, and spotless . The varied choice of food is perfectly cooked with amazing attention to detail....... and this is not even the best part!  The staff are absolutely incredible in every way! We went for a relaxing lazy holiday for 7 nights but this holiday will stay with us for a long time! We arrived late at night,  the following day the weather was not its best so we took advantage of the Hammam, massage and jacuzzi package.  This experience is highly recommended. The spa staff are professional,  thorough, and will make you feel incredible. We were spoilt for choice in the restaurant,  the staff are so attentive and will happily help in any way they can to make you feel special. Remember the lazy weekend we wanted? I opted to join in on the yoga classes, aqua aerobics,  darts,  crazy golf,  arabic lessons, and managed to catch the majority of the Tagine demonstration ( she managed to join in for the full demonstration ), which incidently tasted perfect. We skipped the dance lessons but still attended to watch. There is plenty to do here and still plenty of time to relax. The staff make time for you, and this makes the holiday so  special and unique. They are no longer seen as staff but as very dear friends who we will miss dearly, which is why we are booking our next holiday here.  A special thank you to Lahcen, Rachid, Hamza, Ayoub, Hisham, Rachid, Otmane, Abdullah, and Mehdi.  In fact, a special thank you to you all!

Een warm welkom met Marokkaanse thee, en personeel heel vriendelijk, iedereen die werkt in het Hotel groet je, Het ontbijt buffet was heel uitgebreid verfspuit, Marokkaanse thee, koks zo professionals word je met glimlach gevraagd wat voor gebakken eiren je wil mooi zwembad, alleen de koffie was slecht niet te drinken iedereen liet zijn koffie staat, ook kon je koffie of thee op je kamer drinken, maar er was geen melkpoeder ik drink geen koffie zonder melk, laatste moest ik ik bijna Toeristen belasting betalen terwijl ik dat al aan Trip.com had betaald stond op de voucher including alle belastingen, Later was dat opgelost was echt een leuke dag gehad.

This is a lovely hotel. Not far from the beach, bus station within a short walk. Nice staff and good food. My room was very nice. I would recommend it.

The hotel is old fashion, no fridge, no A/C, old tv , no channel, no dryer. Everything is missing in this hotel. You got what you got for the price , don’t trust the pictures all for the price. Next time I’ll pay more for better It’s not really 4stars, I can’t understand how can get these stars and they keep them 🤷‍♂️ Thank you

Very good service by staff. Check-in member of staff very nice, helped me sort out two attached rooms. Kitchen staff brilliant they helped me everytime I asked for baby milk bottle to be washed and filled with milk. Everything was good. Nothing bad to say about. Location great. Breakfast a lot of variety to choose from. Thanks

We stayed in room 377 for 4 days and what a very pleasant surprise. The king sized room we had , had a balcony overlooking the ocean. They have 3 pools ( 1 for adults ) and 1 was heated.We were checked in by Salma, she was very kind and courteous, she showed us the property and patiently answered all my questions. Food was amazing in all the restaurants, we tried Sud KM17, Anouar ( was a true delight) ,Mustapha,Mohamed, the front hostess who sat us which I didn't get her name was very nice and always had a smile every time she sat us to a table, they all made the experience impeccable. The Sunday brunch was so beautiful and delicious I almost didn't want to ruin the spread. Wiam in Citron Brule made our breakfast impeccable. We also did room service and Mberek and Mustapha were very nice and kind everytime they deliver our order. Grislane at the front reception was very accommodating. The Hyatt Beach Club food was so good and Hamidi always made sure we were alright with our orders. I am definitely looking forward to our next stay in this Hyatt. We have tried different Hyatt brands all over the world and this one is the best from service, food and hospitality!!

Hotel Ariana was a little tired but the staff were superb. We were there for a week so decided to have a massage at Spa Argana, never had a massage before and had Hammam cleansing ritual, full body massage and facial. Absolutely fabulous!!! Can’t recommend highly enough, wonderful rooms, ambience and my Masseuse Maya was really excellent. Will never forget ut

My friend and I stayed at the View Agadir during the last week of August and it was a beautiful little paradise. The Views at The View are genuinely aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Some of the staff go above and beyond to be of assistance in any way they can, sadly I didn’t get all of their names. There are a few though: Marwan the breakfast manager- his service was exceptional! Mohamed Faraoun- he worked at the snack bar by the pool, super attentive, full of advice and very helpful! A shoutout to the young man who got the taxis for us, the tallest of them all! We really appreciated all of his help and advice on travel and costs! So much more helpful than the concierge… Ismail Errami- the most helpful member of staff by the pool - always helps with whatever you need. Whether it be towels, an umbrella, a chat or a game of ping pong! They should promote him to the front desk as he was a lot more helpful than some of the people there. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and we were spoilt for choice. Also, the beach was easily accesible from the pool which was fantastic. There are however a few things which make this hotel fall short of the 5* it claims to be. First of all, we were not given the room with a view as we were led to believe (apparently this is because we booked the hotel as a package with Easyjet) If you called for anything like towels to the room it took an entire hour and multiple phone calls to actually get to you… On the first date we were kept waiting for hours to resolve an issue as it just got passed from staff to staff who kept seeming to forget about us! One of the door handles for the bathroom was broken. There was a woodlouse and silverfish in the bathroom- both signs of damp. Either they are keeping their towels in a damp place or there is a damp issue in the bathroom. Hopefully these are all thing they can improve on as I am aware it is a relatively new hotel!

Great 7 day break in a lovely hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, had issues with the electric once, reported it and within a couple of minutes someone was there to fix it. Breakfast, lots of choice and lovely waiters. Always welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The domestic ladies were all very cheerful and worked hard, the hotel was very clean. Cakes were brought around the pool most afternoons, not so keen on the evening entertainment but that was not an issue at all. Hotel prices for food and drink a little more expensive compared to others, better to buy soft drinks etc in the little shop opposite as cheaper. Everyone that works there seems happy, the bank teller was the only chap that was not friendly- changed some money and he didn't speak- no thank you etc. everyone else were lovely. Nice place to stay and would certainly go back. Well done all, especially the head waiter and the lovely male waiter at breakfast think his name was Hamad.

We first went to this resort in August 2022. At that time, we were blown away by the amazing service, amenities, and overall experience. I wish I would’ve made a review at that time. The general manager made an effort to greet us and made us feel like true vips even though we really weren’t haha. Top notch service! Had I made a review, it would’ve been a five star plus. We have stayed at many fairmont and have accor diamond status but this resort is up there with our favorites. We loved the resort so much that we had to come back. It’s not the easiest trip for us as we are from Canada, but it is well worth the journey. That being said, please don’t let the distance discourage you as it really is only one connection from many cities in Europe. We flew direct from Calgary to Barcelona stayed there for five days and then took the flight over to Agadir. We were picked up at the airport by our lovely driver, Youssef. He was professional and friendly. The traffic in Agadir can be somewhat erratic, but Youssef was very safe and made us feel secure. If you get a driver ask for Youssef 10/10 recommend. When we arrived at the resort, we were greeted by a lovely team who met us with welcome drinks and cool towels. They right away made us feel like we were at home. We had booked a one bedroom ocean view suite but they upgraded us to a spectacular two bedroom suite that overlooked the resort/ocean. We never expected this upgrade, but what a treat. We are so thankful! The room was meticulous and everything we could have wanted was there. Housekeeping and room service were very attentive and responded quickly to any request that we had. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile. The beach and facilities are top-notch. We never had any issues getting any beach chairs. The beach attendants were very attentive and always made sure that we had enough shade from the sun. They were constantly adjusting our umbrella and ensuring we had enough towels. One service that we particularly enjoyed was the glasses cleaning service. Every morning, a lovely young man would come down and offer to clean our glasses at the beach. He even cleaned our young daughter’s sunglasses and they have never been cleaner. I wish I would’ve got his name and I wish I would’ve gotten the names of the beach staff as they were all incredible and deserve recognition. As for dining, the food is incredible. The breakfast buffet offers a lovely array of fresh fruits, to die for pastries, made to order eggs, and many Moroccan dishes. Once again, the staff at the breakfast restaurant was very attentive constantly checking to see if we needed more coffee or juice. The beef and refresh restaurant is a lovely atmosphere and offers some tasty food. The new restaurant paper moon, was to die for. The assistant manager is a treasure. She came and chatted with us for several minutes, sharing interesting details about the resort and talking about her background. She spoke several languages and

If you're thinking of booking this place don't hesitate and go for it! Just got home from having the most incredible time and wishing I was back there. All staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. They treat you like family. The food was varied and generous portions. I enjoyed every meal. The room was basic but clean and spacious. The surf instructors Abdullah and Omar are excellent at what they do and work so hard to make sure you have a great experience. I was standing on day 1 and managed to ride quite a few waves by the end of our 4 day trip. We opted for yoga too and Olga did a great job of offering us exactly what we needed after a tiring day of surfing - fantastic Hatha sessions focussed on stretching and relaxation. The hotel is in a nice location for exploring some of shops and cafes around the village and only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Views from the balconies are fab. We made the effort to get up early to watch the sunrise over the mountains and were glad that we did.

Nous avons passé 5 mois au soleil d'Aourir. Séjour en hiver très agréable, équipe aux petits soins, on s'est senti comme à la maison. N'hésitez pas à demander les tarifs long séjour. Privilégiez les chambres exposées sur l'arrière du bâtiment, plus calmes et bien exposées au soleil.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I would never change. I cannot recommend this Riad enough. This place is incredible, I always travel alone and despite being off the beaten track, it offers incredible facilities and rooms. Tamraght is a small village but is developing and provides an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also a stones throw away from the beach The team are incredibly helpful, nothing is a problem. I also loved the food here and opted to eat at the Riad most evenings. Servings are very generous and items are high quality too. The rooms here are breathtakingly beautiful. I’ve stayed in a different one each time and it’s incredible to think of what you get for the price. Early morning yoga was also on the agenda which they arranged and was the perfect start to each day. I’m already booking my next stay for early 2024.
