Ho soggiornato per una notte, per lavoro, in questo hotel. I problemi sono partiti ancor prima di arrivare in hotel. Atterrato all'aeroporto alle ore 21.00 chiamo l'hotel per chiedere il servizio navetta. La ragazza in reception mi comunica che la prima navetta disponibile è alle ore 22.30. Ho dovuto prendere un uber. Il check-in è risultato lento. Chiedo di prenotare lo shuttle per l'aeroporto per il giorno seguente, mi dicono che non è disponibile per la troppa affluenza e che se vogliono possono prenotarmi un taxi a mie spese. La camera tutto sommato si presenta in buono stato, se non fosse per un capello incastrato sul phon. La notte, ho chiuso occhio solo perchè stanco dal viaggio di 16 ore, perchè la notte è stata accompagnata da rumori di flessibile provenienti dall'hotel o un cantiere nelle immediate vicinanze. Avevo scelto questo hotel solo per la navetta aeroportuale, di cui non ho potuto usufruire, non ci tornerei.

I chose this hotel specifically for the pool while visiting family. When I arrived, I had an easy quick check-in and room was already ready. Front desk staff was friendly. We promptly headed to the pool. Our pool time came to a quick end when we were told maintenance was about to start so we had to leave. This could have turned into a bad situation but I will give kudos to the manager Enrique. He made arrangements for the hotel to shuttle us to the other Hilton 10 mins away to use their pool. Then we were allowed to keep our room until the next day 6p so we could use the pool since it was then ready and repaired. The room itself had a beautiful view. Parking was easy onsite. We would stay again.

For multiple business trips to San Luis Potosi over the past 2 years I have stayed at Fiesta Americana. My experience every time has been outstanding. From the first interactions with the Staff at the front desk, to breakfast/dinner servings, to room service and final check-out, the attention to detail and service was top level. With the post-COVID full re-opening of both the businesses within the adjacent Mall and beautiful Park the value proposition for the Fiesta Americana is unparalleled. I would highly recommend to others staying in San Luis Potosi.

Soggiornato due notti presso questa struttura, buon livello di accoglienza, buoni servizi generali, colazione varia, dolce e salato. Presenti piscina, palestra, ma non utilizzate. Unico piccolo difetto che è sulla strada principale, quindi si avvertono i rumori degli automezzi. Comunque lo consiglio ugualmente.

Staff was very friendly everywhere (parking lot, reception, restaurant, cleaning, etc). Rooms are very comfortable, good size, clean and nice bathroom, bed was pleasant and location was perfect to visit the city. I will definitely stay here in my next visit to San Luis.

As a female solo traveler, I felt safe and supported by the Holiday Inn staff (Feb. 19, Feb. 22, Feb. 23). The reservation staff found someone to come to my room to do my covid test, they coordinated the delivery of tacos from a nearby restaurant, they exchanged my dollars to pesos, called taxis for me, and the shuttle service was reliable and excellent. I'd appreciate hotel management letting those particular staff know that they made the event of my cancelled flight much more tolerable because of their kindness. A great thank you, from the woman from Colorado !

Excelente hotel para un viaje de negocio. Habitaciones impecables, ropa de cama de muy buena calidad, wifi rapido y restaurante aceptable aunque quizás un poco caro. Estacionamiento gratuito. El hotel está organizado alrededor de un jardín, es un edificio de dos plantas similar a un motel norte americano. Muy seguro y bien cuidado. Gimnasio adecuado aunque los aparatos ya tienen sus años y se les nota. Muy buena ubicación en las principales vías de acceso a SLP y a unos 10 minutos en coche del centro histórico. Personal extremadamente amable y profesional. Impecable manejo de protocolos covid.

Thank you for the very enjoyable visit to San Luis. The hotel was very conveniently located and very clean. I enjoyed visiting La Loma to swim. The staff at the front desk and bar/restaurant were very friendly and helpful!
