Location is not bad as it is 15 min drive to airport. Good for an overnight stay for next day transit. It’s in walking distance to McDonald’s and Subway. Hotel staff wasn’t patient to check my Hilton Honors membership and appeared annoyed. Free shuttle to airport the next day but the schedule kept changing on the mobile app. It was late for 15 mins. The shuttle bus driver however was helpful.

The hotel was very impressive. Check-in was done remotely, and there was no service staff at the front desk. A new experience. The hotel yard is very beautiful. The swimming pool and landscaping are good. I was given a room inside and had a quiet and beautiful night's sleep. Recommended, the price is also affordable.

The room is clean and has everything you need. The hotel also provides a minibreakfast. This hotel is just a short walk away from Civic center, touristy areas. However, the streets nearby have a lot of homeless people. Also take note it is always noisy before midnight since it is just roadside. However, after midnight, it is quiet enough to catch a good sleep. If you are a light sleeper, do take this into consideration. Overral I think it is good for the money as a solo traveler. By the way, there is a cheap Vietnamese sandwige store at the corner of Larkin and Eddy streets. $5.5 for one, extremely affordable and fulfilling.

Very please with the room. Bed was comfortable. Will be making reservations for future trip to Santa Ana.

The hotel is a ten-minute drive from the airport and offers a free shuttle bus every half hour. The rooms are clean and tidy. A definite plus is that the rooms come equipped with an electric kettle and a coffee machine. Breakfast was also quite good, with congee and fried dough fritter bits available. The surrounding environment is pleasant too.

Well hotel is “Oldtimer” and definitely below average ranking visible here in trip.com web. Check in was quick, short walk/drive to designated building. Corridors in the building looks and smells like 1970’s, so initial shock but room was bit better. Old style but ok to sleep one night. Breakfast - same low quality food as any American hotel chain with this price range. Overall I would not come again.

The service was great, very friendly and welcoming, and they even offer luggage storage. It's conveniently located, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The environment is lovely, clean, and tidy, and getting to the airport is super easy with their dedicated shuttle service.

Hotel location is not on the main road, quiet at night, the room is clean and hygienic, the breakfast variety is more abundant, suitable for family travel, good value for money. The surrounding oil price is not too expensive compared to the California Bay Area. You can add oil and start.
