Same with all the reviews the shuttle service guys were really good. They deserve every tip. The food service is not good i always order in room dining which they serve in take out containers and not in proper dining tray like most of the hilton property and food isn't really good and its not hot as serve. I order buffalo wings and ribs. The room also dont have micowave to heat it up. Although they have a small coffee maker with few coffee and tea I also need to call for complimentary water as I arrive. The reception mentioned they really dont offer it saying they are not the usual hilton hotel. But they gave me 2 bottle free saying thats it. Imagine having coffee brewer without water. So should i use the bathroom water?? Well i stayed there 4 days and 3 nights and even paid $40 for early check in at 10am regardless my early check out on the last day still i have to pay. Among all hilton around the world ive been with, well this one fail to satisfy my experience

Overall, this is a nice hotel to stop by in the way to Las Vegas. One disappointment is that my room didn't have hair dryer.

The service by the staff was excellent, especially as we miscalculated and arrived a day earlier than our booking.  They helped find available rooms and then switch to our booked rooms later.  Special thanks to Jerrick of the evening rotation and a few staff in the morning/early afternoon rotation.   The USD$40 per day (overnight) car park fee was unexpected and a bit higher than expected.  There were some surface uncovered parking lots nearby that are cheaper ($10 per night?), but I do not know the details of these parking lots and if they’re available to everyone as I did not stop to check.   The location is great for casual relaxing walk along the bay on the walkway/promenade, but can be a bit far from city center or public transportation especially if you do not have a car.  There is a shuttle bus to he airport, but not sure if they have any other location or the details as we did not use it.   Overall, I will definitely consider staying again in the future.

The hotel shutte comes infrequently but was great to take me to the hotel. It is located on the Departures level and at the sign with the bus shuttle. Sometimes the bus drivers don't see you so you may have to wave to catch their attention. The hotel check in process was easy and simple and staff were friendly. The gym was clean and had decent amount of equipment. No free water ****** but it's not a big problem. The room was clean and quiet. Location was not the greatest but there is a bus stop that is close to the hotel that can take you to Sofi Stadium and Intuit Dome.

The promised 'every half hour' airport shuttle was nonexistent; I waited for almost an hour and ultimately had to call the hotel to request pickup. More troubling was the clear difference in staff hospitality: employees were friendly only toward Bonvoy members and treated guests who booked via third-party services (such as Trip.com) with indifference or coldness

Location is perfect and convenient, and a big supermarket is on the opposite of road. Diversity restaurants are nearby. Room space is big, but air condition seems not controllable, still workable. Overall, from CP value, it is worthy.

實話説啊這家酒店前台和客房的服務可以跟大多數五星酒店相比了，非常非常專業而且超級無敵熱情細心，真的很少在美國能享受這種貼心服務了哈哈哈。非常乾淨房間巨大，但是可以看看圖片，是個很舊的酒店了估計不久就需要翻新了。如果不介意房間老舊的話真的推薦，又大又乾淨雖然舊，服務一流

Spacious and quiet! Affordable, near the airport, and they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. They’re the blue and white hyatt bus. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the shuttle driver to the front desk. The room I was assigned had a faulty sink, but everything else was good for a quick overnight stay!

The room was perfect for all of us, very spacious and benefit of having a microwave/ refrigerator and sink in the room. 

I had a wonderful stay at the Maple Tree Inn for over ten days. The experience was consistently pleasant—from the clean, comfortable rooms to the friendly and attentive staff. One of the highlights was the fresh, great-tasting coffee available every day, which became part of my morning routine. Overall, the hotel provided a welcoming and reliable environment, making my extended stay both enjoyable and hassle-free. I would gladly return in the future.
