Lokasi hotel sangat bagus. Rakan-rakan yang kembali ke China untuk ujian double-yin boleh yakin bahawa mereka akan tiba di lokasi ujian dalam masa sepuluh minit berjalan kaki. The hotel is pretty, but is quite dated. Rooms are decent, but towels shed and while we were there, the water was shut off, and we didn't have access to hot water until earlier that morning as we were checking out. Also, there are about 4 or 5 shuttles, but as flights arrive, they are impossible to get on with families with over 10+ large suitcases try to get on as well. Overall decent stay for a long layover, but wouldn't recommend for other cases.

I stayed in the four points by Sheraton while visiting LA. The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right by the LAX airport also. The deposit was 350$ and you have to pay 50$ for overnight parking in my opinion thats outrageous. I ended up getting my deposit back pretty quick. I chose this hotel being that it was a decent price but having to pay the extra 50$ for parking made it pretty pricey and had me thinking I could of stayed at a nicer hotel for the price I payed in total.

Great hotel! Convenient parking (locked with gates), clean, good amenities (iron, fridge, coffee maker with coffee and teas, hairdryer, iron, shared microwave), very good breakfast (cereals, yogurt, fruits, waffles, eggs and sausage patties, bagels and cream cheese). Also, it has onsite restaurant with a 50% dining offer for guests.

When I first arrived I was telling the guy at the desk that I had two reservations I cancelled one, but there should be another that I have already prepaid. Well he pretty much was saying he don’t see a paid room as I have the confirmation receipt on my phone in my hand. the lady (his co worker) reviewed my receipt for the room purchase and searched by my middle name. They found my reservation… okay, they were out of one beds. So we walk to our room and it’s literally a jail no city view, just a view of other hotel windows and a vent on the second floor. I mean that’s ridiculous for the price so make sure y’all checking the view before paying all that money! Remind you the guy already pushed back on me regarding my prepayment so was he being rude? I think so honestly. So I Go back to the desk to get another room with a better view because at this point I was disgusted, new room still have 2 beds but it was on 8th floor with a good view so I was okay with it, better than the first room. Going off of reviews and pictures I thought this hotel would be nice but it’s really old looking I made the best out of it but I would never book here again sorry not sorry.

Hotel ini betul-betul di tepi laut dan pemandangannya bagus. Terdapat bas lapangan terbang, yang beroperasi setiap setengah jam, yang sangat mudah. Pemandu perlu memberi tip dan akan membantu membawa bagasi, satu dolar setiap kotak.

It was a Great Hotel, the location is great, very well connected to subway, lots of restaurant and fast-food around. The rooms and the facility is great, especially the 7th floor pool deck the staff there are very friendly, room is very comfortable and spacious, clean, have all amenities I needed, including the slippers which I used for the pool side. Some of the receptionist are very friendly, courteous especially the girl who extended my checkout time and the gentlemen Manny they made me feel home, also the concierge gentleman, I am from Asia and you definitely need people like them to make you comfortable. on the other had there were some receptionist who don't even want to smile, a smile cost nothing, it is because of these couple of them that the hotel might not get the guest back. Over all I will for sure come back again and there is no need for me to stay in other places, i use to stay in sheraton grand, but now I recommend this hotel and also myself will stay here again for sure. Great location near the airport and free shuttle that runs often to and from the airport. Bed was so comfy and the place was very nice. They are under renovation, so keep that in mind when staying. I woke up to a hammer drill at 9am Saturday morning. But overall, great stay.

What a perfect boutique hotel! Secluded for privacy but close to everything you would want in Beverly Hills. Beds are wonderfully comfortable and rooms are very clean. All marble baths are luxurious and the rain shower? Perfection! I enjoyed coffee on my balcony each morning watching the city wake-up. Lobby is spacious and welcoming. Restaurant food is superb. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I will most definitely stay here again when my travels bring me to Beverly Hills.

Amazing stay. We’ve stayed a handful of times at the Waldorf Beverly Hills which we also love, but I think this will be our new go-to Hilton property in Los Angeles as it’s at a much more attractive price point. The service was what really stood out. Extremely friendly front desk, bellmen, drivers, and wait staff. We were celebrating our anniversary and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite and provided treats and champagne. Pool was beautiful and huge considering the area. Food was delicious, albeit extremely expensive which is our only criticism of the property. We are excited to come back.

WOW! My wife and I stay at every level of hotels from Best Western To The Roosevelt to Waldorf Astorias...This one impressed. First of all, the Valet was absolutely their for every guest. Non-judgemental about having a motorcycle delivered to their location, they were even curious about the BMW r1800! Travis (I believe his name was, he is the boss) has an incredible crew, as he himself was very pro-active. Friendliest and most responsive valet service I have ever seen! The Front Desk.. Attentive and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and expeditious in their service. As you walk through the beautiful lobby, the front desk is right to your right, along with the concierge (Dave ROCKS!)...no lines (On Memorial Day), and forthrite information. The Food... So delicious, The rooftop dining had a more casual atmosphere, with beautiful view of the Bev Hills Mountains. The menu is delicious, and (relatively) cheap. About $200.00 will get you a ice dinner, dessert and wine. All with great service. They have a new wine manager, at the time this review was written, who is full of knowledge and energy. The first floor restaurant, Espelette, has a new Executive Chef, Stephen..French...Lively personality and loves greeting his guests. My recommendations? Try the Bronzini, both restaurants are superb. The rooftop makes it over potato, with asparagus, while Espelette allows the fish to shine utilizing sides to compliment. The fish in Espelette is dried for 72+ hours, and is full of flavor..The true winner, though is the eggs benedict...OMG the creamiest Hollandaise I have ever had the joy of tasting bar none! The eggs Benedict is served with either ham or salmon, try both! And the service is incredible! The Room... Beautifully appointed with a touch of class..A mattress on the bed worthy of this level hotel..And maid service multiple times a day, and on call. So you never come back to a messy room! 24 hour in room dining... The Bad.. The only issues we ran into were considered minimal..and IMO, no fault of this property. The reservation people claimed they were at the hotel...they were not..the gave us misinformation, which is par for the course with hilton reservations...a never ending battle. And the house car did not show for the pick-up..the concierge said that the driver had called wondering where we were, and we called wondering where he was! I still give this property 5/5.

Everything you'd expect from Four Seasons and more. Super friendly and professional staff. Spacious, clean, and well equipped rooms. Higher floors have great view, with balcony too. I liked their aluminum canned water. Excellent Italian restaurant Culina. Manager David even emailed me assuring that they'd save my room preference profile for future stays, very impressive, thanks! Four Season is often the answer when I struggle to find hotels that don't compromise on having both location/neighbourhood and views, this is another example.

We enjoyed our stay at the London this past weekend. We were greeted warmly by Matthew at check-in, who accommodated our request for the view we wanted. The rooms were just as we remembered -- large and comfortable, with plentiful storage and beautiful bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was great, and we loved the lobby bar area, which was new since our last visit! The bar hostess on Saturday evening was especially friendly and welcoming. A lovely way to start our evening. Our only disappointment was with the pool staff this past Saturday. We'd been looking forward to a relaxing afternoon but there was a group of guests throwing a football across the pool for quite a while, often missing their mark. The pool servers completely ignored this. We saw a family with little kids almost get hit. Finally, we approached two staff members and kindly asked them to intervene but they were indifferent. We also had to ask them to remove several empty cups left by previous guests after dropping off our order. Not sure how they didn't notice the trash there. The London is otherwise lovely, so we'd love to see an improvement in their pool staff next time we visit. That would make a big difference in the guest experience.

Me and a Marine Corps buddy of mine came in. Both of us in town for work and catching up. I was staying here at the Fairmont (Century Plaza). Kevin took care if us this eve and I typically do not take time to write reviews like this but I feel cosmically obligated; hear me out: Dear GM/Owner powers that be...The team you have assembled here are ACES. Specifically, Kevin was so professional and personable it was truly was great to come in. With several options around town, I will find it difficult to justify going anywhere else for the next ten days. The menu is phenomenal, the food excellent, and to cap it off the team here is just great to interact with. Please tell Kevin thank you for us and please please appreciate his efforts- truly a rare spirit out here and made the experience worth from start to finish.

Terrible experience! There’s a strike going on agains the hotel so the ex employees would come around the hotels and make loud noises to wake the guests up at 6 in the morning. I am traveling with my family who had special needs and came from overseas to visit me. I decided to take them to Disney as my treat. But the experience is just so terrible that no one even showed up to stop the protesters. Our second day at Disney was so tiring due to the protests. When I reached out to the front desk, I was told to “call the Anaheim police station myself”!?!???

Had a great weekend trip at the Monarch Beach resort and would highly recommend. From the moment we drove up the service was excellent, with employees introducing themselves, and really making us feel welcome from the start. Check-in was a breeze, and we were lucky to be upgraded to a room with a fire pit on the patio, which was wonderful for the kids as they loved utilizing the provided s'mores kit. Taking the cart shuttle through the golf course down the beach was easy and the beach was quiet and calm. Farther down the beach where the public parking was located was definitely more crowded and there were a lot of surfers in the water there, but where the Beach club is located is much more calm and empty. The pools were heated the hot tubs were popular. Service remained great through the entire stay. The room was decent sized. The bathroom was large, but could use some updating. It was odd there wasn't a lot of place hang towels. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We only ate at the poolside restaurant so didn't get to try the restaurants, but expect to pay $$$ for eating at the property. There are good doordash choices nearby.

First evening’s dinner on site at The Loft. Creative, delicious menu. Our waiter Roger is not only a foodie, knowledgeable of every story behind every dish on the menu but he is also extremely attentive. We ate outdoors and although the patio had heaters it was still a bit chilly — but Roger I soared on bringing me an ultra soft blanket! Highly recommend the restaurant especially if you are fortunate enough to have Roger!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.

Great time with the family. Beautiful grounds. Lots of excellent food options on the grounds so no need to drive anywhere. Beach access easy albeit a bit windy during our stay but staff were very pleasant and helpful.

When we arrived at check-in with our family of 6, we were told that we would not be given connecting rooms as promised over the phone. After a very long wait, they put us in 2 rooms not even close to each other. On top of that, it was the garden view, with the pool closed for a private event and preparation for a party. We would have to wait until after 5 pm for one of the rooms to be cleaned. They allowed us to access the double bedroom. When we walked in, it smelled like sewage. I called the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. She was accommodating and moved us to the club level - 2 rooms not next to each other. Yippee. Again, this is annoying when you have packed your bags a certain way, you have small children, and you know you will have to walk up and down the hallways to borrow items during your stay. The club level was a nice way to make up for the mishap. The food at this hotel is outrageously expensive. The club level has a full bar and lots of small bites throughout the day. The club-level hallways get a lot of traffic, and the carpets are always dirty. Food, hairballs, and paper trash were all seen. We had a nice rest that night. Going into day 2, we contacted the front desk to see if they had the connecting rooms as promised. They advised us that we needed to get out of our rooms immediately so that they could be cleaned for the next guests. They would store our luggage all day until our rooms would be ready. I mean, what terrible Customer service. We said that we would not be leaving the rooms we were paying for and that we would not let them store our luggage. The hotel ended up putting us in connecting oceanfront rooms after lunch. We had to leave the beach to come change rooms. Annoying, but a better situation for our family. The hotel is overcrowded. They can't keep up with the demand. Our shower doesn't drain. Stains on the carpet. Stains on our blanket in the closet. The valet costs $70 a day. It is always backed up. Be prepared to wait. 45 minutes wait to get ice delivered to your room. The guests below are smoking on their balcony. This makes it hard to smell the ocean or open your patio doors. The pool area is not clean. Cups, old towels and the pool looks slightly green. The basketball and playground areas were dirty with old cups and food containers. The beach is okay if you don't mind watching surfers. If you like to swim, you have to walk down to the public beach area. The lifeguards will remind you all day long. But, you feel like a rockstar when you don't have to carry all that beach junk down to the beach. They have everything you need! We have stayed at other Ritz hotels and know that this is not typical. We hope that they can make some changes before they lose their reputation.

Our stay at Hilton Anaheim was great. Our room was clean and quiet. The cleaning services were daily. The amenities were wonderful. The pool and lounging area was perfect. There's a few restaurants located down in the lobby and a Starbucks! Would definitely recommend hilton anaheim to friends and family. Check out was a breeze. They had a text option for quick and easy check out. Can't wait til next time.

Stayed here for a week while visiting disneyland with family. We had two rooms booked both on the concierge level (18). We arrived at the hotel early around 1pm and were surprised that both our rooms were ready for early check in. Spent time at the hotel enjoying the club lounge and pool that day. Hotel was busy with conferences going on and a convention going on at the convention center. It felt crowded but the hotel was properly staffed. We never had to wait for food, drinks, or elevators. It was only a 15-20 minute walk to Disney or a quick walk and bus ride over that picks you up right by the Hilton and drops you off right at the gates to Disney. The club level was open Monday-Friday for grab and go drinks/snacks 6:30am to 10pm and Saturday/Sunday for grab and go drinks/snacks 12pm to 10pm. Breakfast daily, appetizers in the afternoon, and deserts at night. Saturday/Sunday full breakfast buffet in the restaurant. The staff in the club lounge were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely return in the future.

One of the few hotels with free parking! The DoubleTree was clean and spacious and a 5 min walk to The Source (Korean shopping outlet center), so many good food options nearby and also easy access to other food options along Beach Boulevard.

We’ve stayed several St.Regis and this was one of the best. Amazing service and fantastic views of the city in the heart of downtown. The service really stands out. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was fabulous to soaking. The staff was very professional and welcoming. We will be back someday.

Location-excellent, what I think is a relatively safe area. Walked about a mile to the alcaztraz tour at pier 33. Great restaurants. Fitness center is top notch. Service fantastic all around. Views are ridiculous at the upper levels. Food in room and restaurant second to none. This hotel is worth the money and it wasn’t as much as many FS.

Great stay at the FS as always. I must say that I was a little worried with all the recent press about SF and Market St in particular. I had not been to the city in years but I can report that the demise of SF has been greatly exaggerated. The FS as usual is a respite from the outside world. The beds are super comfy, the service is great, wonderful bar. The breakfast at MKT is pretty good, some items (corned beef hash) miss, but others (Migas) hit. Great value.
