Hotel Dengan Sarapan pagi di Grand Casablanca, Maghribi

The hotel is very close to the airport and got shuttle service. Very clean room and nice staff. The buffet also was great with decent variety. Great for people that need a place close to the airport.

I stayed this hotel as paid by a conference organizer. I did not pay myself and so my review might be biased. This hotel is one of the three hotels owned by the company running Companile Hotel which is located around the corner. The room I stayed is small but clean. There is a small desk and well air conditioned. What was missing to me was some coffee / tea with an electric kettle. But they were not needed this time because I was out of the room for almost all days during my 2-day stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature could have been better but I guess some people don’t mind. The breakfast was decent and I wouldn’t mind staying again if it’s a day or two.

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

I went to onomo for the weekend. The hotel is located in a central place. The decorations is very nice and chic. I had a wonderful breakfast served by houssam and Jalal very helpful smiling professional and funny. A soon as I wanted to bring something it was already on the table thank you very much to both of them for this experience.

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

Nice art deco elements in the architecture. The front desk generously let us check in at noon; a big plus after a long flight and the trip from the airport to the hotel. Good location within walking distance of the central market and the port. Discotheques, tramway and roundabout nearby cause a noisy environment until midnight. The flies flying in the entrance leaves a very bad impression. The bedding is acceptable but the bench cushions and decorative blankets are very dirty. The king bed is actually two double beds pushed together. The shower tends to leak water everywhere. We are told that the water is drinkable but the taste of chlorine is very strong. The price at 385 MAD was in line with what we received

2 hotels en un (Relax et Atlas) qui appartiennent au groupe Royal Air Maroc, situé tres proche de l’aeroport Mohamed V a Casablanca. Cela m’arrive de temps en temps de passer une nuit ici quand j’arrive tard ou quand je dois partir tot du Maroc (l’aeroport se situe assez loin du centre ville). L’hotel Atlas est d’un standart superieur a l’hotel Relax. L’hotel Relax suffit largement si vous ne faites que passer la nuit et evitez de dejeuner ou dinner dans son restaurant, sinon rien ne vous empeche d’aller dans les restaurants de l’autre coté a l’hotel Atlas bien mieux ! Dans tous les cas le service laisse a désirer et est vraiment tres irrégulier … genre à la reception qui est tres vite dépassé quand il s’agit d’enregistrer un groupe !

I discourage using the Grand Mogador Casablanca. They do not have the amenities expected by travelers for a 5-star hotel. No casual restaurant, coffee bar, swimming pool nor lounge bar. If you want anything other than the expensive buffet, it has to be through room service or can order a small version of room service in the lobby sitting area. Although the rooms and lobby are very nice, it doesn’t make up for the lack of amenities. The most alarming part is that it is in a very run-down area of the city. This is not a walkable area for tourists and there is absolutely nothing close by. One of the ladies in our group got her water bottles confiscated by lobby security because you aren’t allowed to bring in any outside food or drink. There is no gift shop on the premises that sells water and snacks. She was able to retrieve it upon check-out. They couldn’t explain their reasoning for this policy! Head to the Corniche area. Much better for tourists.

The Odysssee Center hotel is a very solid choice. It's a typical city hotel. A high rise building. Not a lot of charm, but few city hotels tend to be. Rooms are good sized. Queen size beds are very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. For some reason we only had one towel in our room

I really like the renovation, the room was clean. The staff was helpful faical give me a beautiful room with a view. I was so tired from the trip the guest service Maria and Bahija provide me all I need, I called them so many times but they were so helpful.Tahnk you

Hotel bertaraf 5 bintang dan dorongan yang baik. Lokasi yang sangat baik di tengah-tengah Casablanca. Terdapat banyak pasar raya, restoran, pengurup wang dan pelbagai kedai di sekitarnya. Tempat letak kenderaan percuma disediakan. Selamat datang di kakitangan hotel yang paling hebat, dan mereka mengatasi semua kesukaran. Bilik-bilik luas yang indah dengan perabot dan hiasan yang elegan. Bilik mandi luas dan bersih, termasuk semua keperluan pelancong. Sarapan pagi yang buruk sangat sederhana untuk hotel 5 bintang.

الفندق جميل وحديث، هدوء تام في الغرفة، اثاث حديث ومميز بي وسط كازابلانكا. كانت اقامتي ليوم عمل واحد، ووجدت ما ابحث عنه، اهم شي بالنسبة لي سرير النوم حيث كان من الجودة العاليه جداً وتم اختيارة بعنايه، ودورات المياة مميزه فقط ينقصها شطاف الغسيل.

We stayed at this hotel on the 9 jul on the way back to the US and I must say this hotel is probably the only real 5 star hotel in Casablanca when compared to the other two we stayed in When we arrived and another when we connected between Marrakech and Tanger , they get very busy so expect some delays when requesting house keeping or answering the phones, however over all it is a very nice hotel.

The room size is comfortable. The service is friendly. We absolute enjoyed the stay. The restaurant on the ground floor served great beef steak and Hassan provided great service. (They are also open during Ramadan). The location is close to everything. Minor thing was mini bar had nothing but tea bags which could be a little bit disappointing. But a Carrefour is nearby and you will be able to get anything pretty easily.

We booked two rooms for ourselves and our two children. We also made reservations for shabbat dinner at the Hotel restaurant. We were assigned second floor rooms. The first night the music from a Morrocon dance club on the lower floor beneath us was so loud, none of us could sleep. We complained to the desk many times and each time they told us it would stop. This lasted until past 3 in the morning!!! Needless to say we were were exhausted the next day rom not sleeping. At the front desk they apologized and said it would NOT happen again. Yet, the same thing occurred Saturday night. Again past three in the morning the music blasted and thumped despite our complaints. When I asked to speak to the Manager he was always unavailable. The clerk said there was nothing he could do and he was aware ”it is a problem for many guests”. When we checked out I again asked to speak to the manager looking for a credit. Again he was off premises I was told and that he would call me. He never did. I tried calling the hotel over 20 times and was put on hold indefinitely, hung up on, and told he was unavailable. I was never able to reach him. When I went back and looked at the other 1 star reviews I see many people had the same complaint about the night club in the hotel. They know this will disrupt the guests but they do not care enough to stop it or alert the guests. They prefer reviews like this. While standing at the desk I heard other guests complaining and being given the run around. Every other hotel we stayed at in Morocco was great. This was horrible. DO NOT STAY THERE＞

The stuff and whole team are amazing, very caring and nice, we were so spoiled! The rooms are new and spacious and the pool is great. We had an Incredible Time and the hotel has everything you need and is in front of the beach

As most of the 20-30€ range hotels in Morocco it is not clean at all. Bathroom not clean, shower with fungus, floors with dust, rusted frames, the bed was clean…. It everything else was covered by thick dust layer accumulated through the years. Breakfasts was included in my fare and it was Moroccan which is good, but at least couple fruits options will be good to have. The staff during my stay had no idea about how to treat customers, and the difference in the treat with foreigners was noticeable (In the entire city I saw less than 3 foreigners/tourists, so they probably are not familiar with other cultures). Never disrespectful but with a distance I have never experienced before. It is ok to stay one night but check bathroom and complain if you see what I saw. I will definitely not repeat with them.

Have you ever heard a peacock scream? I hadn’t either until I stayed at this hotel. It sounds like murder. Squawking murder. And it’s a rough way to wake up with the sun. This property has beautiful ocean views, stunning sunsets and is well located. But it also has a number of peacocks imprisoned there, so buyer beware, sleep may not come to you easily (or ever again if you’re haunted by their screams like me). In other rateable components, the room was clean, decent bed and the staff were nice. Parking was easy and felt secure. Breakfast was fine. But for the peacocks, this would have been a much nicer stay!

THE GOOD SIDE: The food is routinely local and tasty, though it is not possible to comment on the food preparation area, because it is not visible to the guests. The foreigners are not resistant to the street-type food preparation method, and it is of u**ost importance that the food served is not polluted. The reception staff is approachable, supportive, and flexible. They will try very kindly to find an option on any question a guest have. But they are attempting to be too kind. Thus, frequently breaking off a dialog with one guest in the middle of a conversation and starting to communicate with another. If it's not an emergency, then this is disrespectful and increases the quality of information exchange. This kind of bad-manner can be improved by proper Guest Service Manager training. THE NOT GOOD SIDE: It is an insult to demand 60 euros per night for this Hotel. Tri-stars are too high-rated and not deserved. The room condition is unacceptable. Photos attached. The findings are as follows: 01. Air Conditioning is included in the bill but not operational. After consulting with the reception and aiming for a perk, their defense was A/C out of order due to the off-season period. (How much is the price for this room in the ON-season period?) 02. Bed sheet found not fresh but worn. 03. The mattress was found filthy and saturated with unknown fluids. 04. Toilet wall brackets loose. 05. Shower cabin tails are filthy. 06. Shower cabin moisture went sagging. 07. Shower cabin glass door attachments are damaged, thus offsetting the glass and causing scratches. 08. The shower drainage is not draining. 09. The door frames are filthy and damaged. 10. The finishing slats are detached. 11. Wall painting traces are visible over the furniture. 12. The toilet-purpose glass is resting on the handwashing bench without a napkin. 13. The shortness of the toilet handwashing faucet makes it difficult to wash hands. 14. Damaged furniture. Worn edges, detached and hanging shelves. 15. The entrance door has no door lock strike plate. 16. Hotel elevator floor level indicator out of order 17. All night, there was a slight but outstanding knocking sound coming somewhere from a nearby room. It was a frequent but not a constant nocking. Tricky to determine the location, which could drive one to insanity. All these deficiencies have been tolerated because of an emergency one-night stay. The current condition is a health risk situation.

Très bonne literie et personnel sympathique La piscine est en travaux ! Le restaurant ne sert que le petit déjeuner il faut donc sortir pour profiter des restaurants locaux. L'emplacement est proche de la plage, mais en face du Mac Do et de ses nuisances! Profitez plutôt des restaurants de poisson sur le port.
