I stayed there two nights and I liked it! The staff was helpful and friendly. We could leave our bags in the lobby for some time after the check out. The lobby area is comfortable to have rest there. The hotel is located not far from the main attractions, massage places and restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable enough. I can recommend this hotel for your stay in Chiang Rai.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Overall, I highly recommend kokotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I can’t wait to return.

Hotel is too dim. Not enough light everywhere. Location is still OK. Service mediocre. Room soundproofing not good.

Excellent location, quiet and yet a short walk from everything: bars, restaurants and massage shops surround the hotel and the night market, Saturday market, clock tower and bus station are all very near. The breakfast buffet was decent for a hotel in this price range. The hotel itself is like stepping back in time. It would have been very classy 35 years ago, but now the elegance has aged. The control panel next to the bed no longer turns on music and you have to work out what the other controls do. (e.g. the switch marked ”TV” operates the bedside light.) Rooms are large with a decent bathroom with a proper bath. I stayed there twice, in a Superior room (the lowest level) and then a Deluxe. While the Deluxe had a few tiny improvements in fittings, the main advantage was having a decent number of power points. The Superior had no spare power points whatsoever in the bedroom, just one in the bathroom. Fortunately, the maid was able to give me a power board. (She didn't know much English, so I showed her a picture of one on my phone and she raced off and got one.) Then I was able to plug in everything via the socket the TV uses. The pool is strange, cold and stark, surrounded by concrete walls and situated on the ground floor. It's not even obvious how to get to it! There's one entrance through the restaurant and another from the second floor down a big flight of stairs. The only real negative is the wifi. It's atrocious and extremely weird. I had multiple devices connect to the same access point, yet get directed by DHCP to different routers! My phone always connected to one that worked (slowly), but my other devices would mostly get connected to one that didn't do anything. Of course, the front desk staff had no clue what was going on. Broadband on your phone in Thailand is cheap (150 baht/month for AIS 4G) so it's not the big deal it once would have been.

We stayed here recently, and while the room was big, it felt a bit bare, there wasn’t much furniture, just one bedside table and no proper chair - only a stool. There was no coffee or kettle in the room, but you can get free hot water at the café downstairs (just ask for it) and purchase instant coffee packets, or get a fresh brewed coffee for a fair price. The room had windows at the front and back, but only the one facing the walkway had an insect screen, which was odd since it doesn’t offer any privacy when the window and curtains are open. The back window opened onto an open field, but has no screen. The curtains were about 80% light-blocking, so the room stayed dim after sunrise. The beds were comfy, but the Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and slow, we had to use our mobile phone data to get decent speeds. Parking is limited, and all the spaces were taken by 8 PM, so plan ahead if you’re driving. There was quite a lot of construction noise starting around 9 AM, but considering it was shortly after the floods, it’s understandable they needed to do repairs. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay if you don’t mind a few quirks, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Just our 2nd visit in Chiang rai ,me & my friend have been there on 11-16 Jan 2023 .Hotel was in the center not far from the Airport and also from the night bazar,but mostly we rent the car and took mountains ride ,first of all the hotel have parking lot and fast chick in get though to our room #109 just close to the lobby in the first floor ,room was standard set up ,clean and quiet well organized,look new and reasonable rate .staffs were nice when you need some information for your trip .Thank you vmuch ,highly recommend !!!

Not bad at all. nice swimingpool and clean and good gym, also breakfast wasn't bad. Nice place to stay for a while.

Everything is fine. Also they have coffee and toasts with butter and jam for free in the morning. Recommend

While the location of the hotel is excellent and the staff are helpful and friendly, I did notice that the bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels appeared old, torn, and somewhat dirty. Since our stay was only for one night, we didn’t request a change. However, I must say that the meals provided were delicious.

My family and I recently spent four nights at your hotel for some quality bonding time. Initially, I considered relocating due to the distance from downtown. However, during our stay, we found the location to be peaceful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and the spacious swimming pool. Our family had a fantastic stay, and my parents, in particular, expressed their desire to return again. Despite the distance from downtown, we appreciated the tranquility and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

Unfortunately an underwhelming experience. Beautiful location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but very little to enjoy in the hotel (the pool is not ‘gigantic’ as they describe, it is extremely small for a hotel pool). The biggest let down is the restaurant and food. An extremely limited choice on the menu. There was a bigger menu on day 2, which we were told had something to do with kitchen staffing, but this really shouldn’t be the case for a hotel at this price point. Breakfast was very skimpy and of poor quality. Being that the hotel is cut off from a city, this was a big disappointment as we were literally stuck for eating options. They don’t serve a single wine option by the glass either. During our lunch on day one they also carried produce including a bag of fresh chicken through the front of the restaurant which I’m sure is a health code violation. I hope the hotel ups it’s game, I was hoping for much more for the price we paid. There’s so much more this hotel can offer!

ที่พักความสะอาดให้สามดาวที่โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่าการบริการให้สามที่จอดรถสะดวกใกล้ตลาดไม่ต้องเดินไกลราคาปานกลางถือว่าคุ้มกับราคา

ทำเลดี ติดที่เที่ยว ติดถนนใหญ่ มีที่จอดรถ ราคาถูกมาก ห้องแอบเหม็นอับไปนิด ฝักบัวอาบน้ำไม่ค่อยดี(อยากให้เปลี่ยน) เตียงนอนแล้วมีผื่นขึ้นทั้งอกและหลัง หมอนใบเล็ก เจ้าของแอบเสียงแข็งไปหน่อย ถ้าปรับโทนเสียงเวลาคุยสักนิดจะดีมากๆ แต่ให้บริการดีมาก ปล.ทุกอย่างก็สมราคาแล้วว ถ้าไปแม่สายอีกก็นอนที่นี่อีกแหละ

我們選了江景房，晚上沒有運輸船，很安靜。房間非常乾淨。早餐有香腸，酸奶，麪包，水果，而且非常方便打包帶走。服務也非常好👍🏻酒店旁邊好多餐廳

Pros : • Ruime comfortabele kamer met zicht op Mekong • Luchtig restaurant met redelijk buffetontbijt • Infinity pool met prachtig zicht op Mekong river Cons • Hier en daar enkele Thaise gebreken • Kaal terras : dit zou zo mooi kunnen zijn. • Zwembad is dringend aan herstelling toe. • Geen bar en restaurant voor lunch of diner Besluit : heel goede kamer, maar de rest van het hotel is ondermaats voor een 4 ster hotel. Wij verbleven hier ook in 2017 : kwaliteit is merkelijk gedaald. Onze deluxe kamer 305 was zeer ruim (30m²) met een goed en breed bed (1,80m breed) en tegelvloer. Goede airco, middelgrote flat screen TV, wifi, koffie en thee. De ruime badkamer met inloop regendouche en afzonderrlijk bad is heel comfortabel met badjassen en pantoffels. Indeling van de kamer is perfect. Goede verduisterende gordijnen. Balkon met 2 stoelen en tafeltje en vooral prachtig zicht over de Mekong en Laos. Maar vergeet niet : goedkopere superior rooms aan achterzijde van hotel hebben geen zicht op Mekong. Het ontbijtbuffet in het nogal kale restaurant was voldoende met apart eierstation. Soms avond restaurant soms niet, dus onbetrouwbaar. Geen bar wel gratis koffie en water in de lobby. Het buitenterras is extreem kaal, echt spijtig want met een beetje geld en moeite kan een architect hier wonderen verrichten. Groot infinity zwembad met zicht op Mekong river en met proper water maar heel wat gebreken , slechts drie houten ligzetels. Enkele gratis fietsen te gebruiken.

It's really good to stay this hotel. I really really really love this place. The accommodation is clean and have facilities to supply my demand. the price is reasonable. I hope to visit this hotel again.

Cleanlines is good but be better if the pillow case should be iron and renew the towels. Location is convenient.

Clean hotel, good location, especially has a place to dry clothes and a good place to stay.

Site de l’hôtel sympathique visuellement, mais chambres un peu vielles. Aussi, la piscine était verte quand nous y sommes allé donc cela gâche un peu l’expérience. En revanche la localisation est avantageuse car à 10 minutes en scooter du triangle d’or.

Have stayed her a few tines over he years and it has always been a an excellent experience. A family run hotel overlooking the Mekong river which has been recently extended and modernised without losing its charm or friendliness. Lucky and staff are very welcoming and attentive. The rooms are comfortable, very clean with all you need for a short stay. Good bathroom and shower with fridge and tea/coffee in the room and also available in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good with 3 set options, Thai style, Northern Thai and European. Location is good to walk along the river and about 15 mins to the market and central area. Would highly recommend this hotel for an inexpensive but comfortable stay.

Tempat letak kereta masih ada iaitu hotel ini mempunyai dua bangunan. Hanya yang miskin boleh ditempah dalam talian. Tidak ada balkoni.
