Stayed one night, amazing service, spacious room for the deluxe type, also a classic building concept but looks luxurious and modern. But I feel that the room feels less soundproof so that sometimes sounds from outside can still be heard into the room. The breakfast menu is quite good and varied. The location itself is quite strategic, near the Yogya Monument and Malioboro. Will definitely come back to stay here.

I stayed June 3rd 2023, this hotel near Tugu Train Station. Only 10 minutes walk from exit gate. The employees have great hospitality. Thank you Salma has fulfill my request for room 705. The room was clean, suggest need intense in sofa cause i found stain. The breakfast so so, need improve for bihun goreng, too salty for me. I ordered room service 3 menu, but the rice for the tengkleng was not soft (bit hard), maybe Chef need check regularly before serving to the guest. And please maybe you can skip regulation for calling the guest in the room 1 hour before check-out. That's annoying for guest like me who frequently stayed many hotel around Indonesia & other countries. But If should, maybe you can call at maximum check out time (12.00 noon)

I was very happy that i made my decision to stay in Grand Senyum Hotel Yogyakarta a few weeks ago, i stayed there for 2 weeks long. The accommodation was above and beyond my thought !! They gave me a very clean, elegant, and super huge room on the sixth floor so that i could have a very beautiful view of the most iconic scenery Tugu Yogya every morning. The room service was outstanding !! Even better when Mr. Eka as one of the fnb staff has sent my breakfast to my room couple of times by himself!! And the guest service team were very friendly, they took a good care of my needs everyday !! Attention to details is one of the best experience during my stay !! Thank you for the wonderful memory, would love to go back soon .. excellent !!

위치 좋고 객실도 많고 직원들 태도도 전반적으로 친근하고 괜찮습니다. 객실 내 배드도 편안하고 헤어드라이어나 냉장고 금고 에어컨 와이파이 티비 등 기본적으로 필요한 것들은 다 있습니다. 다만 로비나 다른 시설에 비해 객실 내부 특히 화장실은 낡고 관리가 부족한 느낌이 있습니다. 욕조 없습니다. 조식 뷔페는 가격에 비해 훌륭한 편이고 수영장 옆 자리에 앉아 음악을 들으며 아침식사를 하니 휴양지에 왔구나 하는 감동을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 다만 시끌벅적한 가족동반 현지인들이 많이 오기 때문에 조용한 분위기를 원하면 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

Great hotel. I asked for double bed instead of twin, the reception gave me right away. The room is very clean. The bed is hugeeee. They even gave mini bar (snacks & drinks) for free, including teh botol, pocari sweat, etc. The location near to Malioboro street so you can just walk there. Overall great experience.

This is a fancy place in a historical building in walking distance from the historical city centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the cuisine is excellent and the breakfast buffet wowed us. Food is served i.a. on an inner court, which is peaceful and quiet, away from the street noise. The pool, lays protected, and doesn’t have direct sunlight as of noon, which comes handy since these are the tropics. 

Wow, I had an amazing dining experience at the hotel's restaurant! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. From appetizers to desserts, each dish was bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. Thanks for good service Mr Raka.

We have booked the hotel from booking.com and I want to manage booking by call the property, guess what, the person (male) rejected my call TWICE after some conversation. And theen… since I can not manage the booking to add one more day ahead, I have to booked for one day more, unfortunately I forgot to choose “breakfast included”. first day’s breakfast (I booked for 3 days stay), the female employee at FnB told me that my booking did not include the breakfast package. Then I show her the information that if I still want to have a breakfast I have to pay IDR 85.000. She acknowledge that. I also willing to pay. What happen next is.. when I choose the food and put everything on the table and start to eat, another female employee came to me and TELL ME THE PRICE for additional bfast. Why can she just wait until I finish to have my bfast ? Or she can just ask me when I leave the restaurant ( the desk is just in front of the door and every guest will pass her). Really, the manager should teach the employee how to handle the customer in a good way and in a good manner.
