飯店應由舊式住宅改裝,大堂很輝煌,除櫃台外還有登記自助機,柠檬水歡迎飲品,櫃台常只有一位服務员,但有礼貌。 房間與大堂裝修感覺落差很大,房間是陳舊裝修,黄色分休式冷氣,發出呼呼聲音,洗手間地台有洗不甩的污渍, 枕頭套也有同一問题,慶幸有渍而無味。房間內没有提供牙膏及牙擦。 三人房空間阔落,有微波爐,雪櫃,熱水瓶,底層有泳池。 飯店附近有go kl免费巴士,但路線是去民居繞一圈,不太值得坐。步行10-15分钟可到Aeon ,經地鐵地下通道連接到Sunway velocity ,這兩大商场可解决購物及飲食問题。 坐地鐵緑線到Maluri 站(Aeon )D出口,直行,過巴士站及十字路口便到。 整体從飯店房價及附近便利,要求不高,也值得住的。

我不知道我是不是中國第一個評價這個酒店的,這個酒店就在茨廠街旁邊(中國華人街),對麪是地鐵站不遠有客運站,地理位置無疑,但是! 環境一般,空間小,我住的房間看不到景觀,旁邊衹有一個大大的蓄水箱,很吵,空調很討人厭,對着人吹,所以導致我咳痰……當然也是我自己的問題。 還有一個我覺得特別有意思的東西是:前台收了五十MYR,他直接吧預定單和50塊現金用訂書機訂在一起,拿給我的時候我看到錢有兩個訂書孔,這是震驚的,他們的貨幣真….不敢說 總的來說其實是ok的,地理位置價格服務都是非常不錯的,如果旅遊啊商務可以住這邊也是不錯的選擇

Apartemen lama ada bathtub dan air panas dengan kamar mandi yang luas, ada pendingin protable perlengkapan piring sendok tanpa kompor, untuk harga 100 sd 120rm worth it lah jika tarif lebih dari 150rm mending pilih apartemen yang lain masih banyak yang lebih baik, kebetulan dapat kamar no A 38-17 closed sudah menguning dan pintu kamar setelah di tutup rapat dan terkunci terkadang masih bisa dibuka tanpa menggunakan kunci sangat berbahaya.., kondisi ini sudah saya laporkan semoga ada perbaikan. Untuk lokasi bersebelahan dengan hotel dan dibawah ada mallnya. Ada fasilitas kolam renang dan sauna tapi saat itu rusak info nya.

HOTEL TERBAIK !! Dan menakjubkan. Ia adalah satu malam yang hebat bermalam di sana dan hotel ini mempunyai Netflix dan pemandangan indah dari bilik saya. Sila pergi ke kolam!! Anda boleh melihat pemandangan KLCC dari kolam. harganya sangat bagus dan BILIK SAYA SANGAT KEMAS , BERSIH , CANTIK DAN HEBAT !

Terrible stay, dissappointed services and not well maintained facilities! Staff being unreasonable. Scam us and lied to us regards to our room. 1. Call the host (Israfil) that we have reached, he said he will come down, waited for 20mins and still not here. Only to called him again and he said he's at the lobby. And he has been standing all the while with no initiative to call us and talking to his friend. Went there and asked if he is the host. Yes, indeed he is. 2. Reached outside our hotel room and saw a hanging key and quietly went inside to our great surprise there were 3 housekeepers seating and chit-chatting at the sofa. They looked super shocked and asked again if this is my room. Get up and they turned on the aircon, with the sofa cover not covered properly and in a mess , floor carpet with crumbs?. And they looked ard maybe a last check? Terribleeeeee!!! 3. We booked for 2 three bedroom suites. Checked in and my cousin received a room with a glass door with no privacy. She is pregnant and staying with her parents and one of our other relative. She called in to have a room change. Was informed they have only 3 three bedroom suites and 1 room left which is my cousin. And mine was an upgraded 4 bedroom suite which Israfil didn't informed me it was? Googled and there's no 4 bedroom suites. Checked out, infront of my cousin asked him again if mine is an upgraded one, he said NO! Mine is 3 bedroom suite same as hers which is no. Mine has no glass door. We felt cheated. They twisted their words. 3. The whole apartment is a disaster! Laundry room toilet, the water spray is leaking. Room 1 has no lock! The room can't be closed properly with an open gap at the top corner. Beds and pillows looks stained and dirty! Master bedroom bathroom has no lock!! Maybe the lock is for show?? The bathtub is dirty have to keep washing it off for many times. Shower gel is empty. Total rundown! 4. Service is super slow!!! Asked for the spare key from checked in and was delayed till we went out and came back yet have to wait from 10pm to almost 12am after so many spam whatsapp to only received the key from a 'black face' staff (not the skin clr obviously, no racist game of course) 5. Forgotten about the rules that we cant place the rubbish outside the hotel room and forgotten to called the staff to pick up and throw, so no warning letter given for a first timer?. Straight 200rm penalty. Offered to pay but host can't issue an invoice due to holidays?. Maybe he meant weekends. After some arguments , debate here and there, finally he can issue a manual invoice. The whole experience with the services, staff and apartment makes the holidays bad!. Will never return here and no one should too. Hope the above management can have a proper background check of this company and why are they still operating. Not sure how are there so many bad reviews but there are still 5 stars reviews abovehead. Too many! Terrible stay, dissappointed services and not well maintai

1. Kena letak lagi papan tanda hotel .. Coz hotel sorok sikit dalam tumbuhan kat area depan.. Grab car susah nak cari pick up area..kami guna lokasi bank untuk pick up area.. Cuma sebelah hotel 2. Perlu meletakkan rak tuala di dalam tandas sebaliknya hanya cangkuk. Sangat2 ​​perlukan.. Coz we sometimes re wear our seluar/jeans. 3. Bau hotel sangat sedap.. Sabun tangan, syampu badan dan rambut pun wangi.. Bau yang menenangkan 4. Tandas mesti ada bidet atau hos air.. Untuk kemudahan travel muslim 😊 5. Proses check in & check out yang super cepat 😍 6. Suasana yang hebat dengan bau yang hebat.. Akan kembali lagi tidak lama lagi 7. Seperti saiz tuala.. Tidak pernah di hotel lain
