Dulu kesini pas psbb makanan sarapannya walaupun makanannya diantar kekamar tapi komplit banyak pilihan semua menu dikasiheh pas nyoba nginap disini lagi makannya cuma dikasih makanan ditempat box makan plastik sama buah udah gitu aja padahal nginap disini karna kangen sarapan pagi aja makanannya enak kalau sudah berubah sarapannya mikir2 dulu deh, trus posisi hotelnya ada dilantai atas susahnya kalau lapar tengah malam mau pesan makanan online kasian kurirnya mesti naik kelantai atas menggunakan lift terpisah, lalu tolong kebersihannya ditingkatkan lagi saya pesan kamar fres room begitu masuk Parker lantai pada terbuka lalu keluar kecoa kecil2 akhirnya sama memutuskan pindah kekamar kecil deh yg penting bersih

Untuk jenis bilik eksekutif, saya agak kecewa kerana terdapat bunyi bising dari bilik di sebelah kanan dan kiri atas Apatah lagi, pada hari kedua saya di sana, ada satu keluarga yang baru mendaftar masuk, terus berbual di lorong, menjerit. Bunyi jelas Dan sangat menjengkelkan.

Hotel ini bersih, tenang, sesuai untuk berehat.. Disebabkan ada pembinaan MRT, jalan raya agak beralun... Tapi OK... Saya melancong ke Glodok Plot Six, memang agak menghiburkan sebab ada banyak makanan ringan☺️

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city center hence the traffic is extremely heavy and busy, going to places are can be extremely difficult and time consuming. The location isn't good at all. You need more time allowance to get to the airport consider the heavy traffic. There are slums everywhere, behind the hotel and dirty food stalls nearby. These slums should be removed from the vicinity. Beggars and homeless people are everywhere even outside McDonald's nearby. There are McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and indo Cafe nearby. Brsides, we are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our bedsheets are stained with footsteps and dirty stains. Cockcroaches are all over the toilet seat, crawling all over my legs while we were seated. It's so gross. I hope this hotel can improve its cleanliness. See the photos and you can decide yourself whether it's gross or not.

Quarterly Biz trip & my choice of hotel to stay due to the location which is quite near to the airport. Conveniently with mall just a few steps over.

Easy to go anywhere in Jakarta. Close to public transport, MRT just few meters away. Good room hygiene good services. Front office is kindly helpful for my request. Had an upgraded rooms for free. Definitely one of my favorite hotel to stay.

Good value hotel. Located in a very strategic place of mangga dua . Shopping district area . Hotel is good enough for budget friendly and bfast is also quite good

The hotel is old, also th e room and toilet it's old. The bed sheet is a lots of marks and towel as well. I booked the room on the 3rd floor. No WiFi connection at all. I trued to asked if they can help but no one seem interested with your problem that poor of internet connection. If you are OCD I suggest not book in this hotel. Breakfast was horrible the foods its dry as from 7am until 10am stay on the buffet.

This is my second experience stay in fave hotel (Zainul arifin), great to stay in this hotel again. The hotel location really help me to go anywhere because strategic location.

Overall good. Lokasi strategis, dekat stasiun & tempat makan. Sayang amenitiesnya kurang. Tidak ada sikat gigi & sabun di kamar mandi tidak direfill padahal hampir habis. Fasilitas oke & kamar bagus untuk harga segitu

Baru mendarat dari Jakarta. Walaupun hanya dua malam, perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Untuk kakitangan wanita yang menjaga daftar masuk kami pada 8 Mac jam 1 tengahari. Terima kasih atas perkhidmatan yang diberikan. Boleh check in awal walaupun belum masa lagi 😍 Untuk kakitangan lelaki yang bekerja dua orang ketika kami mendaftar keluar pagi ini pada pukul 8 pagi pada 10 Mac. Sangat pandai mengendalikan daftar keluar dengan cepat. Kawasan hotel berdekatan dengan Indomaret, penjual kecil di mana mudah untuk mendapatkan makanan saat akhir hanya di tingkat bawah. Jika anda ingin ke Tanah Abang, anda boleh berjalan terus selama 2 minit dan sampai ke Blok A Timur. Bandar Thamrin juga dekat. Lebih kurang 5 minit naik Gojek Rider (motor), wah, rindu nak shopping lagi. insyaAllah ada rezeki, kita sambung tidur kat sini semula. Semoga berjaya 😍👍🏻 Selamat berpuasa!

Went for the clubs. Not a great scene, sounds lit from the outside but pretty dead on the inside. Lots of people inside but almost everyone there works there just waiting to be chosen. Be prepared to tip literally every single person you talk to, doorman, mama, the girls…(after paying them already, they’ll ask for more). No shortage of girls, and you can pick and choose and take them to a private room. They will literally ask what kind of girl you like and give you a lineup in the middle of the club. Also be prepared a lot of them speak zero English. The club had a live band playing though

I stayed at this hotel because there was a concert in the GBK area. If you have an event, especially a concert in the Senayan area, then this hotel is the right choice to stay with an affordable rate and walking distance to GBK and malls (Plaza Senayan, Senayan City). But with as a 3 star hotel, don't expect the ‘great’ facilities or services, as long as there is a comfortable and clean enough place to take a rest and shower.

The breakfast was great and tasty with many varieties. I love the spacy room . though it was quite a view from the room. the staffs very helpful & friendly especially Nina ,Definitely would be here with more crowds for a staycation!

Good hotel with good service, nice receptionist and room service. Room is very clean and no malfunction. Various menu breakfast.free parking car.mosque is nearby the hotel so remember us to sholat every time.we can see MRT ooutside the window and that's amazing

짧은 시간 머물렀어요. 오후 2시에 책크인해서 새벽 4시반에 책크 아웃 했어요. 위치는 역에서 좀 걸어야 하고요. 그랍을 이용한다면 좋은 위치입니다. 방 사이즈는 좋았고요 직원분들은 친절해요. 바라는 것이 있다면 수건이 너무 낡았고요 변기 청결에 조금 더 신경 써 준다면 좋겠어요.

my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

Room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff were also friendly and were attentive to my needs. Perfect for solo travellers or groups! Also appreciated the fact that they’re sustainable with their toiletries! Price point didn’t make sense because everything was perfect but it only cost me SGD50 per night🤯🤯. There’s also a quaint cafe serving the best big breakfast and coffee right beside the hotel building (bonus points is that they’re work-friendly). Will definitely book again!

Very happy to stay there. Staff was helpful. The room is clean, WIFI and AC works great. One thing tho, the TV is not smart yet, so no Netflix etc. But overall not bad at all.
