Kanglaide W Apartment Guangzhou (Zhujiang New Town Subway Station Branch)

We booked this apartment because we needed to get to the US Consulate for our daughters visa interview. The location is excellent for that. The location on C Trip for the apartment is not quite right. It goes to the wrong building in the same complex. So we had to call and have a guy come find us and get to the right location. The bed, the Wi-Fi, the shower, all worked fine. The furnishings were a bit dated but functional. So if I needed to go back to the US Consulate again. It would be a good option.

I recently stayed at the Hotel, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was immediately impressed by the hotel’s elegant yet cozy interior. My room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for — including a plush bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a breathtaking view of the city. The hotel’s restaurants nearby also exceeded expectations, offering a diverse menu of fresh, locally sourced dishes. Each meal I had was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was consistently attentive without being intrusive. The location of the hotel was another highlight, just a short walk from charming shops, galleries, and the marina. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the Hotel delivers an outstanding experience that blends comfort, style, and top-tier hospitality. I would gladly stay here again.

Second time I stay here. It has a very good price and the service (for an apartment) is good. They are very responsive on WeChat and try to do what they can. Very friendly. Aside from a washing machine the room also has a bed and a shower.

The location is hard to find. The taxi kept going around in circles and couldn’t find it. When we arrived downstairs, we called the owner, but the owner was very rude. Even though we had already informed them that we were not locals, they still spoke quickly and angrily. This is very unpleasant. Not recommended for foreigners who don’t understand chinese language. The air conditioner is very noisy.

帶孩子來廣州玩，住在他們家酒店陪伴特別好，非常前台服務很熱情，而且很主動的回答了小朋友的很多問題，因為孩子小，第一次出來玩問題好多呀，然後他們就很熱情，很耐心。

有蟑螂，衞生很差，牆壁空調老舊不乾淨。很明顯的，官方照片與事實完全不符，尤其在衞生方面疑不適合對衞生有要求的人居住，體驗感太差了！

價格親民，還是套房，我們兩個同事，一人一間，避免了雙方打呼嚕打擾對方休息。設施舊了點，不過也沒什麼大礙，僅僅出門工作而已。如果帶家人孩子們旅遊，那還是要找更高端的酒店。畢竟這裏沒有早餐
