Kami menempah hotel dan membayar harga itu untuk kemudahan dan lokasinya. Kami tidak boleh berenang di kolam kerana ia sentiasa penuh. Di bar kolam kami tidak dibenarkan duduk dengan makan sebungkus kerepek dari luar. Kami kehabisan kemudahan luar. Hari pertama apabila kami tiba, kami menempah jakuzi dan sauna (bertanya kepada kami tentangnya) dan apabila kami pergi mereka memberitahu kami bahawa mereka telah membuat kesilapan dan tidak menulisnya. The hotel position is good.It just took me few minutes walking to the beach & port.of course theSanbaba Castle is very near.it's very very close to train station.there's roof top sunshine chairs.u can go to the top to enjoy sunshine. but the room is a little old.the towels are too old too dark.I suggest to change the towels.or I have to bring towels by myself.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral am Yachthafen gelegen. Vom dort erreicht man die Innenstadt in nur wenigen Gehminuten und auch den Strand hat man vor der Tür. Wie der Name vom Hotel schon vermuten lässt, besteht das Hotel grundsätzlich aus 2 Arten von Suiten: eine Suite mit Blick auf den Yachthafen und die teurere Suite mit Blick auf das offene Meer. Für uns war der Yachthafen auch ein schöner Anblick und das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig. Die Badewanne neben dem Bett war ehrlich gesagt mit ein Grund, warum ich dieses Hotel ausgesucht habe und es wurde nicht bereut. Der gesamte Komplex, von der Strasse bis zum Meer, gehört der Hotelkette Melia und somit „teilt“ man sich das Hotel mit dem Spahotel Porta Maris. Jedoch wird darauf geachtet, dass das Frühstück in einem anderen Raum ist wie das von den Gästen des anderen Hotels. Auch gibt es einen „eigenen“ exklusiven Pool für die Gäste des Suites del mar. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut, man hat eine grandiose Aussicht auf das Meer und durch den „Orangenautomat“ hat man den frischesten Orangensaft. Nespresso gibt es auch für einen guten Kaffee - der andere Kaffeeautomat für Cappuccino etc ist eine Schande!! Warum gibt es in so einem Hotel einen Automaten mit Kaffee- und Milchpulver???? Ansonsten alles dem Preis entsprechend. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht gut Englisch. Parkhaus kostet 20€ pro Tag/Nacht - das war mir zu viel, wir haben kostenlos in der Umgebung geparkt und haben dann einen kleinen Spaziergang zum Hotel gemacht.

Me dieron una habitación en primer piso que daba justo debajo una barraca de hogueras con musica a gran volumen hasta la madrugada, con lo cual no he podido descansar, que era para lo que me quede en Alicante y no volvi el mismo dia a Valencia, y aunque lo comunique no me dieron ninguna solucion, la respuesta ”es lo que hay” por lo que si voy otra vez en estas fechas buscare otro

We returned to Hotel Maya for the 6th time. It was the 2nd half of our honeymoon and we wanted something familiar, their is always such great space in the rooms in Hotel Maya, especially the Wheelchair accessible rooms. The bathrooms have been done up since our last trip and all I can say is the shower was FANTASTIC! The staff are always friendly and kind, some even recognise us and welcome us back each year. We did have an issue with the air conditioning leaking and when we pointed it out they had it fixed pretty quickly. It’s always a pleasure to go back here

Great hotel for a few day's stay I've just returned from a 2 night stay in alicante the hotel was very central with a majority of the city in walking distance it is about half way between mercardo and luceros tram stop and plenty buses passing the front of the hotel. The hotel was very clean and basic but still a great base for a few days break. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but between 1400 and 0700 there is free tea and nespresso coffee in reception other times there is. A cafe bar in reception. I had breakfast included with my room rate breakfast was continental I only had it the first morning as it wasn't that good Otherwise a good hotel

The staff at Daniya hotel are welcoming and friendly as well as very helpful, Miguel who greeted us but also helped us, as a couple exploring Alicante and gave informative recommendations of what places and things to do. The hotel is open late at night as we go to the hotel at 1am in the morning. There is an Aldi supermarket which is a 10min walk from the hotel to stock up on snacks as the rooms have a mini fridge. The rooms are amazing and spacious with an amazing view overlooking the pool area (pool area closes at 8pm). The rooms are always cleaned daily. We booked breakfast (starts from 7:30-10) with our stay and there is an amazing variety of dry and hot food as well as plenty of numerous refreshments to choose from, worth it! The location of the hotel was a slight downside as we had to get public transport to go to such places and the waiting time for transport was time consuming. Only negative about the hotel was the gym/fitness area which we found out if you pay 15 euros for a personal trainer then you can use the gym room.

Only an overnight stay before our morning flight back to uk. We wanted somewhere within walking distance to the city centre and with parking. The hotel was easy to find with free parking, and also a 15 min easy walk to the bars and restaurants in the centre. In the morning we had an easy 10 minute drive to the airport. Our room and bathroom were a bit dated but clean and comfortable which is all we required. We didn’t eat in the hotel but had a couple of drinks out on the terrace when we returned to the hotel in the evening. Given its location and free parking we would certainly visit again.

Firstly staff were great, only stayed for 5 nights but to be honest it's not worth the star rating it gets . It's a bit run down our room constantly smelt musty , the sheets on the bed still damp, chair in room burst cushion cover and chair looked dirty, flooring coming away and wall paper not the best job .safe broke with all our money and passports in it but was resolved within an hour . Then key card to door wouldn't work . Bathroom it was difficult to get in and out of bath area for shower as they added an extra partition that would not move . Light in bathroom would not go off .then it broke would not come on .sat for 45 min to get a drink at bar no one around to ask .dinner started at 8 30 pm which is not ideal for me as I take medication at certain times . As the hotel was a little out the way they're was no where close to eat without going into town .which is a number 2 bus and cost 1 45 e and there is lots of them . Most nights we spent on the terrace which only serves drinks 1 month of the year so we had it to our selves . No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms only herbal teas available. Breakfast had a good choice which was the only meal we ate at the hotel. Apart from the night we arrived we had a starter each and a small beer each 38 euro.no duvet covers only duvet covered with a sheet .and room was very dusty like old dust . Lounger at pool were comfy and pool was small but good .and good gym facilities. It has so much potential if it had a little more attention to detail.

Two females and a child of 5, we spent 4 nights in 2 rooms here last week. A courteous, friendly young man welcomed us at check-in and, whenever we passed by to enter or exit the hotel, he always greeted us with a smile and a greeting. Other members of the reception team were equally friendly. Our rooms were on the small side but, as we didn't spend much time in them, this was not an issue. They were clean and comfortable and the bed and pillows were wonderful. The bathroom, also quite small, but was clean and well kept. Breakfast was plentiful with a very good choice of food. The staff here kept things moving, bringing fresh supplies promptly and clearing tables quickly so that there was always room to sit. The location of the hotel is great, right in the centre, with shops and eating places galore within a stone's throw. The beach is just a 5 minutes' walk away and yes, it was great to be able to spend time there in the warm, early March sunshine - the 5 year old loved the numerous swings, slides and climbing frames spread here and there along the beach. We enjoyed soaking up the atmosphere by walking along the Esplanade and climbed up to Castillo de Santa Barbara.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used this hotel, it’s ideal from the train station- literally across the road. Especially when coming off a lengthy train ride with a child so we could catch an early morning flight from Alicante Airport. Clean check in area and very friendly staff , helpful regarding public transport and there are free tea & coffee making facilities in the lobby in the evening . The rooms are adequate with aircon if needed in the summer. Clean bathroom and toilet with plenty of towels and toiletries , this is not a holiday hotel but for 1 night stays especially for the airport as the bus stop is just over the road. As a woman travelling on her own and another occasion with s young child I have felt perfectly safe.

Hotel is well situated. Clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast. Really good sized clean double bed. Only criticism in our room was that the bed barely fitted in the space and there was only a really tight space maybe 15cm between the end of the bed and the wall. We managed but an elderly couple or someone with poorer mobility would struggle.

As a female solo traveler I have to say that this has been my worst stay in a hotel so far. Since the day I arrived, I got too much of unwanted attention from the guy working in the reception (I guess he was also the manager of the place). At first I thought he was just being nice and helpful, but once he started complementing my looks and even forcing me to give him my phone number so he could ask me out, I knew his intentions were far beyond just general hospitality. To all the girls out there planning their solo trips - avoid this place! Unless you want to be harassed by a middle-aged latinamerican your whole stay. Please give this review a thumbs up so that no other girl gets to experience that again! Thanks and stay safe!

We returned to Hotel Maya for the 6th time. It was the 2nd half of our honeymoon and we wanted something familiar, their is always such great space in the rooms in Hotel Maya, especially the Wheelchair accessible rooms. The bathrooms have been done up since our last trip and all I can say is the shower was FANTASTIC! The staff are always friendly and kind, some even recognise us and welcome us back each year. We did have an issue with the air conditioning leaking and when we pointed it out they had it fixed pretty quickly. It’s always a pleasure to go back here

Only an overnight stay before our morning flight back to uk. We wanted somewhere within walking distance to the city centre and with parking. The hotel was easy to find with free parking, and also a 15 min easy walk to the bars and restaurants in the centre. In the morning we had an easy 10 minute drive to the airport. Our room and bathroom were a bit dated but clean and comfortable which is all we required. We didn’t eat in the hotel but had a couple of drinks out on the terrace when we returned to the hotel in the evening. Given its location and free parking we would certainly visit again.

The staff at Daniya hotel are welcoming and friendly as well as very helpful, Miguel who greeted us but also helped us, as a couple exploring Alicante and gave informative recommendations of what places and things to do. The hotel is open late at night as we go to the hotel at 1am in the morning. There is an Aldi supermarket which is a 10min walk from the hotel to stock up on snacks as the rooms have a mini fridge. The rooms are amazing and spacious with an amazing view overlooking the pool area (pool area closes at 8pm). The rooms are always cleaned daily. We booked breakfast (starts from 7:30-10) with our stay and there is an amazing variety of dry and hot food as well as plenty of numerous refreshments to choose from, worth it! The location of the hotel was a slight downside as we had to get public transport to go to such places and the waiting time for transport was time consuming. Only negative about the hotel was the gym/fitness area which we found out if you pay 15 euros for a personal trainer then you can use the gym room.

Great hotel for a few day's stay I've just returned from a 2 night stay in alicante the hotel was very central with a majority of the city in walking distance it is about half way between mercardo and luceros tram stop and plenty buses passing the front of the hotel. The hotel was very clean and basic but still a great base for a few days break. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but between 1400 and 0700 there is free tea and nespresso coffee in reception other times there is. A cafe bar in reception. I had breakfast included with my room rate breakfast was continental I only had it the first morning as it wasn't that good Otherwise a good hotel

Me dieron una habitación en primer piso que daba justo debajo una barraca de hogueras con musica a gran volumen hasta la madrugada, con lo cual no he podido descansar, que era para lo que me quede en Alicante y no volvi el mismo dia a Valencia, y aunque lo comunique no me dieron ninguna solucion, la respuesta ”es lo que hay” por lo que si voy otra vez en estas fechas buscare otro

Terdapat banyak pilihan untuk sarapan pagi, dan cuba buat sarapan yang sesuai untuk Asia. Tapi MARIAS SPA sebelah tu tak jauh bezanya, tapi harga dia mahal sikit. Memandangkan hotel peranginan terletak bersebelahan dengan pantai awam, bertentangan dengan Kasino. Keseluruhannya masih ok.
