Right from beginning everything was fine. Absolutely awesome property and nostalgic French property. Climate was absolutely fine inspite of heavy rain for past few days. I first met at reception Ma Kh’anh who explained lucidly everything about Resort along with a cup of ginger tea. She looked after well everything during stay at Ana Mandara. Regarding food I can say they are best for Vietnamese food. Mr Huong is main chef who has splendid Vietnamese recipes and taste of food absolutely fantastic. Resort is located at a serene place which gives plenty of time to relax. Swimming pool is warmed and I swam there couple of times. It’s a typical French colonial property and everything in order. I will highly recommend.

This hotel had been recommended in several blogs that I researched so we booked it through Luxury Escapes. My thoughts about it are mixed. On the plus side it is an outstanding example of the heritage of this beautiful city and despite an extensive renovation in the 1990s remains true to its origins. It has exquisite decor throughout and show stopping gardens which sweep down to the lake. But on the minus side a lack of English is a problem . I am not elitist about this but in certain situations it is important , especially in a hotel of this calibre which purports to cater to English speaking guests. Maintenance seems to be a bit of an issue , with doors not opening and closing properly . Some of the bathroom fittings though charming are not up to standard - for example the grab rail for the bath fell apart when I touched it which could have resulted in serious injury . We reported it to the staff not as a complaint but in the interest of health and safety. They were very apologetic and offered us an upgrade but I wonder if they really understood the potential risks. The restaurant standard is not of the quality I was expecting especially as it is very expensive . On a couple of occasions we did not get what we had ordered - again I think as a result of a lack of understanding by the wait staff. And importantly for older people there are no guest elevators . We were offered the service elevator which we used a few times . On balance I would recommend staying for a couple of nights to soak up the ambience and the luxury. Don’t expect great food though .

Very impressive huge nice lobby with many dining/entertainment areas. Large hotel catering mostly for seminars, conventions, weddings and other parties etc. Good selection at buffet breakfast mostly vietnamese dishes. My deluxe double quite spacious with small balcony nice view. Furniture a bit aged. Pillows and mattress very comfortable. Room cleaning needs attention. Staff a bit stressed and not engaged. For a 5 star not up to that standard in general.

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. This is a fabulous place, so beautiful and creative. The rooms are a blast to stay in if you pick one of the “crazy rooms” . We stayed in the Ant house. It was room enough for couple and quite comfortable considering the unusual design. It was clean and well cared for the 4 days we stayed. There will be tourists swarming around all day which actually adds to the fun. You can easily shut the world out with well placed curtains over all the unusual windows and have all the privacy you want, but understand It will be noisy at times . In the evening a staff lit a fire in our fireplace which took out the chill and dampness. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, smiling and proud of this unique work of art. DaLat is a vibrant city and this fun spot added more to our visit.

Is this a 3 or 4 star hotel? Not really. But in terms of value for money, it can’t really be beat. Location is great, just outside of the city center and a quick 10-15 min walk to the central area, plus right down the street from the Crazy House. Things are clean, but the hotel definitely shows its age. Walls in the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, and floors are uneven. The sound also carries quite a bit - hallway and elevator noise comes straight through the door, plus thin walls between rooms. In general, this is not an issue for sleeping if you bring ear plugs, but is just something to be aware of. For me, all of the above are things to point out so you can be fully informed when booking. At the price I paid (about $15 USD per night), none of this bothered me.

Very big room, clean, in term of size it is value for money. The room arrange a little weird especially those electrical plug points were not at the designated area i.e. not near the table where you can put your phone and charger. . You need to bring along a extension wire, if not you don't know where to place your phone and also toilet arrangement The hotel rooms don't have air condition because DaLat is a cooling place at 1500 meter or 4500 ft above sea level. We went there early march 2020 not so many tourists due to Covid-19 pandemic

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

The hotel looks old colonial style with many antique artifacts. Most of the area were dirty nobody is taking care. The owner should hire a person to take care the beautiful artifacts, cars etc. it’s very rare pieces. We stayed for 2 nights but our room nobody clean it even we hang the signage outside our room while we go out almost half day from 13.00pm and came back to our room at 21.00pm. And when we mentioned then staff did apologize. Have many staff I saw but no one maybe do patrol the room, mostly I saw relaxing. Breakfast for two days only noodle soup and the same fruit. I believe that Dalat supplies fruit to most of the region in vietnam but here only served rotten banana and vietnam apple. Seem like nobody supervised staffs when working. I when out to buy fruit very cheap. Your hotel is so good but no quality in food and beverage as well as the service PS: I like your antique collection

Напротив отеля недорогой ресторан и пекарня, рядом рынок, недалеко до озера и BigC. Вечером по выходным возле рынка движение перекрывают - ночной базар и народное гулянье. Мы заказали в отеле поездку на машине по всем главным достопримечательностям с 9 утра до 3х часов за 900кД, через турагенства из-за коронавируса такую поездку заказать не удалось. Посетили дворец императора Бао Дая, канатную дорогу, монастырь Тхиен Виен, водопад, пагоду Линь Фуок, статую большого Будды и храм рядом с ним. До Крейзи-хауса и пагоды Линь Шон сходили сами пешком. От отеля вниз ведет улочка, стены домов на ней расписаны художниками, обязательно прогуляйтесь. Номер, в котором общие кровати, находится в полуподвале. Отель понравился, рекомендую. Недостаток - оплата наличными в отеле (по карточке дополнительные %), о чем я забыла, поскольку бронировала через Агоду, где обычно платишь сразу.

호텔 바로 옆에 공연장이 있어 아침8시 부터 밤12시 까지 노래를 불러 제끼는 데 정말이지 죽을것 같았어요. 호텔에서 약 700미터 떨어진 야시장 입구까지 쿵작거리는 소리가 들릴 정도니 호텔에서 50미터 옆에서 쿵짝거리는 베트남 특유의 노래가락이 얼마나 시끄럽겠습니까? 옹알거리는 베트남 노래 정말 지겹게 들었습니다. 이 공연장은 이사갈 생각은 절대 없는 것 같으니 절대 이 호텔에 가지 마세요.  직원들은 친절한데 호텔에서 택시를 불러 달라고 하면 편하게 이용 할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 호수 옆에 있어 경치는 좋았습니다. 조식은 많이 아쉽네요

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! They totally dont have DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Staying at Dreams Hotel was such a treat! We have been traveling internationally for 7 months and know what to expect at most reasonably priced hotels, but we were blown away by the comfort and service we received at Dreams hotel. Mrs. Jung, the owner, was such a wonderful host and always made sure we had everything we needed and gave us advice on what to see in town. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast spread is unbelievable and would be worth the price of a night’s stay by itself; bacon, eggs, bread, and ham with fresh mango, pineapple, banana, watermelon, and even more that I can’t remember. The location is also a very easy 10 min walk to the center of Da Lat. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes just down the street from Dreams Hotel.

호텔 바로 옆에 공연장이 있어 아침8시 부터 밤12시 까지 노래를 불러 제끼는 데 정말이지 죽을것 같았어요. 호텔에서 약 700미터 떨어진 야시장 입구까지 쿵작거리는 소리가 들릴 정도니 호텔에서 50미터 옆에서 쿵짝거리는 베트남 특유의 노래가락이 얼마나 시끄럽겠습니까? 옹알거리는 베트남 노래 정말 지겹게 들었습니다. 이 공연장은 이사갈 생각은 절대 없는 것 같으니 절대 이 호텔에 가지 마세요.  직원들은 친절한데 호텔에서 택시를 불러 달라고 하면 편하게 이용 할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 호수 옆에 있어 경치는 좋았습니다. 조식은 많이 아쉽네요

This is a fabulous place, so beautiful and creative. The rooms are a blast to stay in if you pick one of the “crazy rooms” . We stayed in the Ant house. It was room enough for couple and quite comfortable considering the unusual design. It was clean and well cared for the 4 days we stayed. There will be tourists swarming around all day which actually adds to the fun. You can easily shut the world out with well placed curtains over all the unusual windows and have all the privacy you want, but understand It will be noisy at times . In the evening a staff lit a fire in our fireplace which took out the chill and dampness. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, smiling and proud of this unique work of art. DaLat is a vibrant city and this fun spot added more to our visit.

Is this a 3 or 4 star hotel? Not really. But in terms of value for money, it can’t really be beat. Location is great, just outside of the city center and a quick 10-15 min walk to the central area, plus right down the street from the Crazy House. Things are clean, but the hotel definitely shows its age. Walls in the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, and floors are uneven. The sound also carries quite a bit - hallway and elevator noise comes straight through the door, plus thin walls between rooms. In general, this is not an issue for sleeping if you bring ear plugs, but is just something to be aware of. For me, all of the above are things to point out so you can be fully informed when booking. At the price I paid (about $15 USD per night), none of this bothered me.

The hotel has a great contemporary design with an open atrium and hanging gardens. Our suite was clean and roomy with a great view over the rooftops of Dalat and to the mountains in the distance. The décor was contemporary and stylish. We asked for an extra comfortable chair to be able to sit at the table and this was delivered immediately. 2 chairs really should be included in a suite and there is plenty of room for them to fit easily. There was no walk-in shower, the shower is hand held over the bath which is separated from the bedroom by a curtain. The bath would be difficult for older, less mobile people to get into, but it was OK for us. The front desk Manager, Mr Hoang Anh, was very helpful and at the end of our stay organised a very good and reasonably priced driver to take us to Nha Trang on the coast (a 3 hour drive). We also had washing done for a very minimal price, which was returned the same day. The hotel breakfast appeared to be catering more for Chinese and Korean tourists, with bain maries of soups and rice dishes. We would have loved some Vietnamese choices such as Pho, and a bigger fruit selection. We ended up only having coffee and toast in the restaurant as we found a great café 50 metres down the road that did a great breakfast selection. The location was terrific, on a hill overlooking the town, which was a 20 minute walk down to the Central market and lake area. There are several banks along the route to make cash withdrawals or currency exchange. There were several eating options a walk away from the hotel, with a good Thai restaurant a couple of doors up the street. We would happily recommend staying at Lasol Boutique Hotel.

Grandiose hotel with comfortable rooms with balconies. Breakfast is good. Hotel is walking distance for the lake and market and 2 blocks away from the Crazy House. But... The shower is a disaster!! You will have to mop the floor after showering and during you will have to be aware of the amount of water that is flowing outside into the bathroom floor. It's a common problem as the wood frame around the door is rotted from repeated overflow. The shower curtain is not waterproof and is too long. Regardless but you try to do, water will flow around the frame of the tub, flooding the bathroom floor. There is a large step that needs to be taken into the tub with no handles or supports to assist the elderly. It's actually a dangerous shower!! I can't understand why this has not been addressed by the management. It's time for an upgrade.

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.
