Hotel terbaik di Addis Ababa

This is about 5 minutes' drive from Bole airport. The hotel is a good sized, well equipped hotel with a nice breakfast for your day. We did need a few things from the staff like the location of a late night pharmacy and they called around and got us the information and directions we needed to help us out. That was huge! The location is amid downtown's restaurants, shops, malls, and more. Even a Burger King a block away. English speaking was perfect! The room was very well appointed with waters, amenities and a really good bathroom.

The place is ok for a night or two, especially if you are on a layover. It's conveniently located in Bole close to the airport and to some restaurants and bars. Complementary airport shuttle 24/7. Breakfast is available but limited. The rooms are ok. They are clean but desperately need renovation. In my room, the floor was full of scratches and the color was coming off, the furniture was old and partly broken, the curtains had holes, bedsheets and towels were almost falling apart. Still, for a night it was ok if you don't have high expectations and cleanliness matters more to you. What I didn't like was that I booked a suite room (Genius upgrade from booking.com) but upon my arrival I was given a standard room. The reception didn't inform me about that, I just noticed when I entered the room. When I asked about it, they told me that the room was not available because someone had Covid and couldn't check out. However, the hotel has several suite rooms (and when I checked the night before for a friend, there were still suites bookable). So it seems they just didn't want to give me the room upgrade... I also asked them before my arrival to check about an event that was supposed to happen in a nearby hotel the night of my arrival, but they never did.

High quality hotel, Very clean, well designed and comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed my stay, The people working at the hotel are extremely lovely and careful with they guests! Sara and Hiwot at the Bar made my stay flawless. They were friendly staff also special thanks to hotel manager for his great incredibly help whenever i ask about visit places in addis abeba, The owner and the staff are very friendly, I will definitely come back in this hotel, Everything was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to vacation in Addis Abeba.

Great stay, as always! Functional hotel, with nice location (Bole area) accessible from the airport and many amenities around. All the staff have exceptional service, especially Habtamu the bar man and the guest relations/front desk team. Always a pleasure to come back

This is my second time staying at Ramada but It is my first time at the breakfast buffet on the first floor. When I entranced the breakfast buffet this morning. A gentleman named “Besufkad” greeted me with the biggest smile you have ever seen in Addis Ababa. After I sat down I went to the coffee counter to request for a cup of cappuccino. I remembered that the same gentleman was doing his paperwork. He immediately acknowledged me and promise me a good cup of coffee. 2 minutes later, Besufkad came with the personalized cup of coffee with my name written on the milk froth! He might have know from the restaurant guest list when I mentioned my room number at the beginning for the cheque! Oh well, the breakfast choices were nice and the omelette with chili was my thing! I was in the buffet roughly for an hour or so. I have noticed how awesome Besufkad was to the other guests. He was very helpful and always have his big smile on his face throughout the hours. What a great hospitality and genuine service he provides for his guests. Besufkad, Thank you very much for a great experience staying at this Ramada! You actually made my day :)

It's quiet here and the people are very friendly.

要去ADIS 的朋友我推薦這家酒店。 地理位置：離機場五分鐘車程，站在酒店的陽台上就可以看到機場，出發不用提前太久。有酒店的免費巴士往返機場，每15分鐘一趟，24小時服務 設施：設施很完善 房間內物品檔次也很高。 餐飲，休閑，泳池，健身。最贊的是裏面有銀行，可以隨時換匯 餐廳： 早餐真是絕絕子，位於另一幢樓二樓。 比烘培店還齊全的麵包甜點，女士看到直接淪陷。蜂蜜的種類就有五六種。各種水果鮮榨的果汁🍹 冰冰涼涼超過癮。堅果的種類更是多，裏面還有東北的大榛子🌰 安保：來這裏親們不用擔心安全問題，每一輛進來的車都會被檢查仔細。門口一樓入口有安檢。 服務：自己旅行或者商務出差都推薦來這裏，寬敞氣派的大廳可以直接約見談事情，酒店工作人員都非常熱情有禮貌。

Saya tinggal di sini selama hampir sebulan. Pengalaman minggu pertama adalah malang kerana saya terpaksa melakukan kuarantin selama 7 hari dan bilik tidak selesa. Ia tidak sebersih mungkin sama sekali. Tingkap itu tidak mempunyai cahaya yang menjadikannya sangat sukar untuk bekerja dalam talian, terutamanya apabila anda mengadakan mesyuarat dan mesyuarat video harian. Bilik itu sangat sangat sejuk dan tiada pemanas. Beberapa lampu juga tidak berfungsi, kilat boleh dipertingkatkan. Ini menjejaskan kerja saya Pembinaan bertentangan dengan tingkap agak menyeramkan kerana ia mencuri semua cahaya semula jadi dan ia kelihatan agak menakutkan. Pada minggu pertama, saya diberitahu maklumat yang berbeza oleh kakitangan yang berbeza yang mengelirukan. Malangnya keputusan COVID saya lewat, yang menyebabkan saya terpaksa melanjutkan penginapan saya untuk dua hari akan datang. Walau bagaimanapun kakitangan memohon maaf dan pengurus secara peribadi menghubungi saya beberapa kali. Selepas kuarantin, saya telah dipindahkan ke bilik yang lebih baik dan bersih, yang membolehkan saya bekerja dalam talian dengan cahaya semula jadi yang baik dan kemudahan di dalam bilik. Pernah saya ingin minum di restoran/bar dan pelayan memberitahu saya perlu minum di dalam bilik saya. Kemudian saya melihat orang lain minum di bar. Mereka harus berkomunikasi antara satu sama lain atau dengan pengurus untuk melihat perkara yang dibenarkan atau tidak. Kakitangan harus lebih banyak berkomunikasi antara satu sama lain untuk pemahaman yang lebih baik supaya mereka boleh memberitahu pelanggan perkara yang sama dan tidak berbeza. Kakitangan harus faham bahawa kadang-kadang Jika pelanggan berasa tertekan, anda perlu mengakuinya dan tidak memberi alasan. Mungkin kerana COVID, kemudahan hotel yang lain telah ditutup kerana saya diberitahu bar di tingkat 9 ditutup, tiada spa, kedai barang kemas dan cenderahati ditutup, gim tidak boleh diakses. Lokasi di lokasi yang sempurna di Bole, berhampiran dengan restoran dan kafe. Terdapat kafe Infiniti betul-betul di sebelah hotel yang hebat. Secara keseluruhan, saya rasa kakitangannya ramah dan membantu dan cuba membantu apabila mereka boleh. Beberapa kakitangan adalah lebih baik dan benar-benar meyakinkan seperti seorang kakitangan di meja depan yang membantu saya menukar ke bilik baru dan mengarahkan saya ke pusat membeli-belah Edna dan membantu dengan pengangkutan dan lain-lain. Beberapa kakitangan menunggu sangat ramah dan selalu bertanya bagaimana Saya dan bagaimana hari saya yang manis dan baik. Hotel ini selamat dan terjamin dengan langkah keselamatan. Saya berharap untuk kembali tidak lama lagi dan saya akan tinggal di sini lagi apabila saya kembali ke Addis.

Amazing stay! The hospitality at Haile Grand Addis was exceptional- we felt very welcomed and the attention from staff was 10/10. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend visiting.

A nice hotel with amenities (hot water supply, bed comfort,Wi-Fi) in good shape. Also you can relax in the pool or enjoy the on-site spa. Room rate is significantly lower than other big name hotel brands in Addis Ababa.
