At the end of the conversation, they finally decided to check the wire, and it was disconnected and rolled up in the transport position on the back wall of the refrigerator. It took two days to fix the light. At the same time, they repaired one lamp, but the other lamp stopped working. When the turn came to the stove, it was possible to connect it quickly, but its wire prevents closing the drawer in the kitchen set. Therefore, there is now a drawer sticking out in the middle of the kitchen, because there simply nowhere to close it. Having stayed in many airport hotels over the years I wasn’t expecting very much from this one. But to be honest I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. In addition to being very clean the room had a small fridge, kettle and great shower, only minor complaint would be that the TV remote batteries didn’t work. There was a reasonable choice of food and drink in the small restaurant ranging from Pizzas to Steak and Fish, however the breakfast was very poor particularly if you are not Turkish – it would have been good to have pastries or cereal, plus neither the juice machine nor the coffee machine was working which let the place down a little. I needed to travel into city centre, but only had credit card and no Turkish Language, thankfully Atinc, the Hotel Manager was able facilitate some cash and help with the taxi directions. On my return at night while enjoying a drink at the small bar served by Gokmen the helpfully lady on reception, Hilal, was able to sort my bill and the taxi costs. Next time in Ankara I would probably stay here

It was a very good trip and the last stop of my stay in Turkey. The hotel is rather old but definitely has a 5 star standard, both in terms of customer service and the details of the rooms, I am very glad I booked this hotel. I was very happy that the hotel staff arranged a taxi and breakfast and wake-up call for me in advance as I was leaving from Ankara airport early the next morning. The only thing I was confused about was that the hotel was only 500 metres from the airport, but there was a detour of almost 10 kilometres and the taxi ride to the airport was about 100 lira and took 15 minutes. Everything else is fine.✨ 这是非常好的一次旅行,也是我在土耳其停留的最后一站。这个酒店虽然说设施比较陈旧了,但是绝对有五星的标准,不管是从客户的服务上,还是从房间的一些细节都能感受得到,我非常庆幸定了这家酒店。 由于第二天一早从安卡拉机场出发,酒店服务人员提前帮我安排好了出租车以及早餐还有叫醒服务,我非常满意。 只是疑惑的是这家酒店明明离机场只有500m,但是却有绕路将近10km,打车到机场100₺左右时长15mins。
