"Really enjoyed my stay even though it was short. The location is great, very close and walkable to the main attractions and the train station, and the check-in was easy. The breakfast was simple but good and filling with unlimited coffee and tea. I especially appreciated the free self-service laundry. The private single room size was just enough and perfectly fine for a night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Reception desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived hotel in early morning, as soon as someone checked out Alis made that room available to us, we paid half day rate moved in, it was a big help for us after more than 24 hrs in the air or airport. During the waiting time Emmanuel ”entertained” us, introduced surrounding attractions, we felt warmly welcomed, very much enjoyed the talking. Hotel is in the excellent location, many eating options nearby. Strongly recommended and many thanks to Emmanuel and Alis."

"This hotel in Almaty left a deep impression on me; if I visit the city again, I'd definitely choose to stay here. **Facilities**: I stayed in two different room types. Some floors have been recently renovated (as of summer 2025, renovations seem to be ongoing). The hygiene in both room types was excellent, so you can stay with peace of mind. **Environment**: The location is simply unbeatable. The hotel's internal restaurant, as well as nearby attractions, dining options, and transportation, are all incredibly convenient. **Service**: The front desk staff are exceptionally responsible. They always prioritize the guests' convenience, doing their best to arrange timely check-ins for arrivals and coordinating room changes as smoothly as possible. This truly reflects the service standards and heritage of a well-established hotel. The only minor drawback is the lack of a swimming pool."

"The hotel's location is great, with a large shopping mall right next door that has everything you could possibly need. The room's AC initially didn't blow much warm air, so they sent someone to clean it and even added an electric heater. No chance of getting cold! Breakfast varied each day over the few days we were there, and it was nice that they had noodles with large chunks of beef!"

"This is my second time staying at Ibis for a business trip. The location is excellent, right across from a shopping mall, and it offers good value for money. The decor provides a cozy and stylish atmosphere. Plus, there's a free, unlimited supply of hot and cold drinking water available in the corridor, which is incredibly convenient."

"The hotel was new and clean. The deluxe room was very spacious and equipped with everything you need. The staff was polite and friendly. There was a coffee shop, fast food, and shops nearby. The Georgian cuisine was delicious. It turned out to be an industrial area. There wasn't much to see there, but you could buy something to eat. We were in transit for one night, and this was a great option for a quiet rest and a good night's sleep. It was about 20 minutes from the airport, and there was virtually no traffic. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, although not a buffet as advertised."

"Good hotel staff are Adament , can’t even stretch time from 7am to 6.45 am As we have to catch flight and asks then to give some juice or fruits but they rejected , and all Our money for breakfast is go in vain"

The in-room Wi-Fi signal was stable and fast, making it easy to share my trip highlights with family and friends anytime."

"Great hotel in convenient location. Had spent the previous 3 weeks travelling the Silk Road and trekking in Kyrgyzstan so some luxury was welcome. Ideally would have preferred a swimming pool but the top storey jacuzzis were a treat. Only quibble was that there were no toiletries in the bathroom when we arrived other than shampoo and shower gel dispensers which were riveted to the wall of the shower. When I asked for hair conditioner I was informed that it was not available for basic rooms. It would have been so easy for them to have given me the hair conditioner and then receive a 10/10 rating but they were quite obstinate in refusing to do so."
