Room itself was clean and spacious. Front staff was not really any special. Wi-Fi didn’t work for me at all so I had to go to a near by cafe to work. Front staff customer service and Wi-Fi connection were the two big negatives for me.

Excellent motel in terms of quietness, location and amenities. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it for business or leisure trips. Will most definitely come back again when around DC and Fairfax.

Great front desk service although they need better response to issues that occasionally arise from 3rd party bookings.

This Motel is probably the worst Motel I have ever been to. I asked for a none-smoking room in advance when I made a reservation due to my grandmothers health issues. When we get there they give us a smoking room. Then they finally give us a none-smoking room. First, when we went on the elevator witch is the only way we can because of my grandmother, it would not work! It took 15 minutes just to get up the stupid elevator. And it was slow as hell! The customer service was horrible, extremely disrespectful. On the sight it said they had a pool, but the pool was covered up. When a motel/hotel has a pool, but it's CLOSED they need to advertise that on the sight and not just keep it there. That's the whole reason why we went to that motel and not a different one because it had a pool. The hotel room was dirty, they're was stains and food stuck on the sheets as well. I do not advise you to go to this Motel, It's extremely horrible.

I enjoyed the stay here. The utensils and dishes are often hard to get enough of. For example, I wanted some forks, but they were out. They had plenty of dishes for me to use, and I had brought along a spoon, so I ate with the spoon I brought with me. Otherwise the rooms are adequate to move around, and the queen size bed was firm and comfortable. There are three pillows of various firmness and thickness, so should suit most people. The breakfast is paltry, only consists of instant oatmeal and granola bars. There is plenty of coffee. Once coffee ran out, so I notified the management, and they started a new batch right away. Per posted policy, they don't clean the room if staying less than a week.
