It was more than 9 years ago since I stayed here. The hotel has changed significantly. I love that they rejuvenated the resort and erected new modern buildings. The resort was clean (as clean as it could be since it was by the sandy beach and sand keeps coming in). The service was okay, the staff worked really hard I could see, but they were understaffed, because I came during a holiday so the resort was packed and they looked really overwhelmed. The location was not far from the city and they had a fabulous beach. Just suggestion, maybe next make a family sized room with 2-3 bedrooms because most families came with lots of people and this way we can stay together in one villa. And the old villas are a bit of an eyesore, they tried to cover them up with a faux wall, but it still looked creepy.

Kejadian berawal saat kami sewa alat karaoke 300 rb/hari dr pihak resort saat dipergunakan jam 22.00 wib dtg mas petugas hotel menyampaikan batas waktu ber karaoke agar dimatiin kami patuhi krn itu sdh aturan & agar tdk mengganggu penghuni lain, jam 23.00 wib dtg lg petugas hotel atas perintah ibu Rina akan mengambil alat karaoke dgn alasan waktu sewa habis. Hal ini yg membuat sy kesal, tdk ada perjanjian sewa alat batasnya sampai jam 22.00 wib & sy mempergunakan alat karaoke sdh sesuai batas waktu berkaraoke... Koq sy malah dituduh mengganggu penghuni lain padahal jelas2 lewat dr jam 22.00 win sy sdh tdk berkaraoke & kedua petugas hotel yg dtg ke vila mengetahui hal itu..... Mhn kpd Ibu Rina jika menerima laporan di cek dulu, telusuri & pastikan asal muasal kebisingan tdk langsung memvonis & mengambil kebijakan yg menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan konsumen yg merupakan bagian dr aset/sumber devisa buat hotel.

It was more than 9 years ago since I stayed here. The hotel has changed significantly. I love that they rejuvenated the resort and erected new modern buildings. The resort was clean (as clean as it could be since it was by the sandy beach and sand keeps coming in). The service was okay, the staff worked really hard I could see, but they were understaffed, because I came during a holiday so the resort was packed and they looked really overwhelmed. The location was not far from the city and they had a fabulous beach. Just suggestion, maybe next make a family sized room with 2-3 bedrooms because most families came with lots of people and this way we can stay together in one villa. And the old villas are a bit of an eyesore, they tried to cover them up with a faux wall, but it still looked creepy.

Kamarnya lumayan bersih, di kamar ada kulkas, water heater. Kamar mandi shower room & bathtub terpisah, sabun sampo, dll. Pantainya yg paling penting sih untuk saya & keluarga. Pantai berpasir yang landai, ada penjual kelapa muda, jagung bakar,jajanan, bisa jalan pagi di pinggir pantai, berenang di pantai, main pasir dg anak2. Poolnya agak kecil tp bersih.
