Hotel 3 Bintang di Ashland

We were pleased to be able to get a reservation for the 1 night we stayed at the Blue Wave Inn. Because of it being Memorial Day weekend, many hotels were requiring a multiple night stay. This is an unique facility, with only 5 rental units, a store and a restaurant and it is right on Lake Superior. We arrived around 7 pm and there were no other cars in the lot. When we entered the building, we saw a note to check in at the store. When we found that closed, we were directed to check our confirmation email. At that point, I checked my phone and found directions to use a code in the elevator and go to the 3rd floor. We found our key in the door and our room was very attractive and beautifully decorated! Various kinds of coffee pods were available, but we don't drink coffee, so no big deal for us. Would have been nice if they offered tea or hot chocolate in addition to coffee. They also offered a corkscrew, wine glasses, a refrigerator and a great walk in shower. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Lokasi yang sangat baik, betul-betul di pusat bandar. Keseluruhan rasa hotel ini mengalu-alukan dan mempunyai rasa yang lebih tua yang saya gali. Kakitangan yang baik. Bilik saya, bagaimanapun, meninggalkan banyak yang perlu diingini. Sangat sedikit kedai untuk mengecas komputer riba, telefon, dsb. A/C terletak betul-betul di sebelah katil yang, walaupun rendah, dibuat untuk pengalaman yang bising. Bilik itu bukanlah yang paling bersih; sisa makanan yang tertinggal di atas sofa, bilik air dan karpet. Kecewa.

Our room was very nice with comfortable beds. The whole building was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was also nice being so close to downtown. A few downsides: no elevator and the breakfast was very sp****. We ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast. I do realize that Super 8 is a budget hotel but a few more items for breakfast would have been nice. It is a very nice place though that I do recommend and I would stay again.
