Pro: - Kostenlose Tiefgarage Contra: - Der Abfluss im Badezimmer hat für einen dauerhaften, furchtbaren Gestank gesorgt. Man musste dauerhaft die Bad-Tür geschlossen halten, sonst wäre der Gestank durch das ganze Zimmer gezogen - Im Badezimmer stand ein kleiner, dreistöckiger Wagen, in dem man seine Dinge fürs Badezimmer lagern konnte. Leider war dieser Wagen auf allen drei Ablage-Ebenen so extrem dreckig, dass man überall etwas unterlegen musste. - Das Badezimmer hatte nur 2 Haken, um bspw. Handtücher aufzuhängen - In der Dusche war die Duschkopf-Halterung locker, sodass diese den Duschkopf nur nach unten hängen lassen konnte - Der Schlauch des Duschkopfes war durch das dauerhafte ”Nach-unten-Hängen” komplett geknickt, sodass sehr wenig Wasser aus dem Duschkopf herauskam. - In einem unserer Betten war ein lebendiger Käfer zu finden - Die Fliesen im Badezimmer am Boden waren schon dunkel gefärbt - Der Spiegel im Badezimmer war nach Ankunft von Wasserflecken übersät - Im Frühstücksraum gibt es eine Mitarbeiterin, die anscheinend unterfordert ist, da sie alle paar Minuten in den Frühstücksraum kommt, so tut, als würde sie einen Tisch abwischen und dann die Leute beim Essen beobachtet. Ein extrem nerviges Verhalten, da man so nicht in Ruhe frühstücken kann - Die Mitarbeiter der Putzkolonne holen sich im Frühstücksraum, ohne sich vorher die Hände zu desinfizieren, mit den blanken Händen ihr Essen (Brötchen, Wurst, Käse), fassen dies an und stecken sich dieses ein

Simple hotel, extremely busy with very rude staff. Stayed for the start & end of a tour. There were no clean towels so we were left with 4 hand towels to dry ourselves with. Desk staff rude & uninterested. Breakfast extremely busy and felt like feeding time at the zoo. If travelling for myself again I definitely would not stay here

This hotel is quite a way out of Munich but it was easy to get to a metro and train station (very short walk past some construction). We had lovely big clean rooms and the best breakfasts of our holiday here! There was so much choice and even a very nice lady making fresh omelette in the morning. All the staff were friendly but it did seem that they were out to get money where possible, for example, umbrellas had to be hired and having paid to park in the small car park as guests we then found that there was a special offer for all weekend parking used by locals meaning that it was almost impossible to park safely. If you want big rooms, a great breakfast and don't mind a commute into munich then this is ideal.

Waren auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft für eine Nacht aufgrund einer Familienfeier. Da wir zu viert unterwegs waren (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder), bot sich das 4-Bett-Zimmer an. Am Abend der Anreise hatte es draußen bereits weniger als 20 Grad, im Zimmer jedoch deutlich über 30. Hatten dann noch versucht, die nächsten Stunden die Wärme etwas aus dem Zimmer zu bekommen, leider jedoch mehr oder weniger erfolglos. In der Nacht hatten wir dann nur noch die Wahl, entweder das Fenster aufzumachen und den Straßenlärm reinzulassen (Hauptverkehrsstraße) oder die Temperatur weiter ansteigen zu lassen. Wir haben uns dann für ”Fenster-auf” entschlossen, was zu einem mehr als unruhigen Schlaf führte. Das Zimmer insgesamt war ok, die Matratzen leider durchgelegen und das Bad aus dem 70er Jahren. Der Heizkörper hat deutliche Rostflecken, die Fließen Sprünge und die Türe löst sich schon in ihre Bestandteile auf. Dafür war der Preis noch recht hoch, vor allem auch für das Frühstück. Dieses war zwar reichhaltig und lecker, hatte dafür auch seinen Preis. Im Bereich der Doppelzimmer gibt es bereits sehr schön renovierte Zimmer und auch der Standard im Boarding-Haus ist höher. Deswegen auf keinen Fall mehr ein Zimmer im Haupthaus, vor allem nicht im Sommer, wenn das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden kann.

Perfect for one night on trip to italy, We had a double/connected family room, it was very good. Personally missed the airconditioning but that was no surprise as is was not on the list for the room. Restaurant was good for diner and breakfest, food and drinks are good. Charging electric car is no problem, space for 4 cars next to main entrance.

Siamo stati in questo albergo per passare la notte soltanto, essendo stati a Monaco all’ Oktoberfest avevamo bisogno per passare la notte. Avendo programmato tutto, avevo visto che dalla festa facendo due semplici scambi tra metro e treno in mezz’ora sei lì, proprio davanti alla fermata. L’accoglienza è stata molto gentile, personale che parla italiano e quindi già questo credo segni un bel punto. La stanza molto easy, ma comunque pulita, bagno ottimo, un letto un tavolino per appoggiare i propri effetti , e poi Wi-Fi e tv. La colazione è possibile farla, noi non abbiamo potuto farla perché siamo dovuti scappare presto alle 7:30 perché avevamo il treno. Il prezzo a parere mio è un po’ caro anche se comunque il più economico, quelli in centro improponibili. Comunque tutto sommato rapporto qualità/prezzo nella norma, c’è di peggio a di più.
