"This hotel is fully renovated. In general, it's a very nice, beautifully renewed and well-located hotel. As a new one, it still needs a few improvements, but the owner and the young, motivated team are doing their best to assist all the customers. If I return to Cairo, I will certainly stay there again. I recommend it to any tourist who wants to be in the city centre and is looking for a well-priced option.
The great attraction is the hotel mascot cat, which guards and helps the doorman in keeping intruders away. Pls give some tips at the reception for the care of the little Farida."

"Great thing about this hotel was the price. If you’re not after luxury but all of the central location with a comfy bed and this is the place to be. The name says it all, it is antique, it is old, it is dusty. The Windows don’t fit and it’s very noisy from outside traffic if you have a front facing room, then we would recommend highly the use of earplugs. The staff were fantastic. They couldn’t help us enough and their attention and advice was above and beyond. Breakfast was basic but it did the job and they have a menu for food to be ordered 24 hours a day if you get hungry."

MMichele CarlesiUnfortunately, this time I experienced a few issues with the room. The tap was clogged and, after it was repaired, the sink became clogged as well. The door was also partly broken and had to be pushed very hard to close properly.
As a business traveler, I usually have breakfast early in the morning. At 6:00 a.m., however, the breakfast room was already crowded with a large group of very noisy tourists, which made the experience less pleasant.
Despite these inconveniences, our stay overall was still pleasant.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad
