Cari Hotel 4-Bintang di Cairo

The location was perfect!! Travel desk at the hotel was really helpful in arranging the cab services for Coptic and Islamic Cairo sightseeing.. The hotel upgraded our room from city view to nile view, which was very generous.. Breakfast buffet spread was good and the service was top level.. Cons: Swimming pool timings should be longer atleast till 8pm in the evening..

Good location to get to Egyptian Museum and Tahrir Square... Nile is walkable distance. Rooms are okay sized but well looked after and clean. Some language issues as room service sometimes ask me to call Reception instead. Also bar service is slow and the restaurant tried to charge me twice as the didn't understand the payment machine needed a paper change... It took 15 minutes of explaining, investigating and all the inconveniece.

Nearby airport, shuttle bus from Terminal3 exit to hotel (or need to call for pickup +201147404400). Room are clean and quiet. However, if need early checkin, have to pay 30USD. If need breakfast, it cost 10USD (it is not as mentionned for 46CNY)

Suliman is very talented, very fast and patient, I found my lovely experience specially the room service Suliman is quite good,and the receptionist Mazin is very welcoming, I will repeat this experience more and more and i will recommanded Hilton alzmalik is one of the best hotels i have ever met, Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, a strategic location near to Tahrir square and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A special thank you to Sherry and all the staff for the warm and welcoming hospitality.

هذا الفندق هادئ جدا، وبعيد عن الصخب في منطقه راقيه ،هو خيار رائع لمحبي الاسترخاء و التأمل، أمام قصر البارون مصمم بطريقه فاتنه و جذابه يبحر بك بعيدا، الخدمه ممتازه و الريسبشن متعاونين جدا واخص بالذكر الاستاذه مريم شكرا جذيلا لكي علي تعاونك معنا أعتقد أن هذا المكان بحاجه الي مسبح..

Swiss Inn Nile Hotelは快適な滞在を提供します。客室は清潔で広々としており、ナイル川の美しい景色を楽しめます。スタッフは親切でフレンドリーであり、サービスは素晴らしいです。レストランでは美味しい料理が提供され、朝食ビュッフェも豊富です。また、地理的にも便利で、観光スポットへのアクセスも良好です。唯一の改善点は、Wi-Fiの信号が時々弱いことです。総合的に、Swiss Inn Nile Hotelはリラックスできる素晴らしい滞在先です。

Новый апарт-отель в районе Гелиополис недалеко от аэропорта. Небольшое лобби, бар и ресторан. Плюсы: + доброжелательный персонал + новый отель + отличные комфортные кровати Минусы: - несмотря на новизну, вылезает много неприятных небольших недоделок: перекошена дверь в ванную комнату, вода из душа уходит медленно и в итоге заливает пол; - самое неприятное - очень сильная шумная вентиляция в ванной, которую невозможно отключить; оба обращения к персоналу не помогли решить проблему; - пищевые запахи в номере от предыдущих гостей в силу наличия кухни; - бестолковая организация пространства номера. В целом сильное несоответствие цены/качества. Я бы не рекомендовал его с учётом стоимости размещения. Есть более крупные и интересные отели классического формата в Каире.

My wife and I booked the ocean villas for a night as it was conveniently located near the airport and we only needed to stay a night before we departed Cairo! When we arrived at 1am for Aswan to check in to the hotel, surprisingly, we were asked to provide a marriage certificate. This was very surprising as I’ve never heard of a request such as this, and we had already been through Cairo earlier, staying at a different hotel. I explained that I don’t have a copy of our marriage certificate and because it was 1am in the morning, there was no way I could get something until tomorrow. The concierge proceeded to tell me that we would not be able to stay at the hotel and would need to find another hotel! Absolutely ridiculous! It’s 1am in the morning- where would we go to find a hotel. He then proceeded to show me that it is mentioned on their website- it took him 5 minutes to find this, tucked away in the crevice of their website. Absolutely shambolic hotel with such a strange rule! If you are very strict about these rules, you should make sure that it is within the description of your hotel and you shouldn’t have to spend 5 minutes to find this tucked away under a separate tab. He finally agreed to let us stay, if I booked a room- but not any type of room- they only had a “family king suite” available- ofcourse it was the most expensive room. About the hotel- rooms are basic- my AC did not work, but after all the arguing and delays of getting our room, I couldn’t be asked to get the technician to come out at 2am to fix the AC. My wife was absolutely bewildered and shocked about everything and hardly slept a wink- we haven’t slept separately in 10 years I would certainly avoid this hotel
