This hotel is beautiful and breathtaking! It has an amazing pool and restaurants. However it is far from city center, it’s about 30-40 minutes away by taxi. It is a great spot for a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a couple days. The staff was super helpful and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable!

The hotel is new + clean + modern and super close to the airport. And we love the breakfast! Small touches like a Xiaomi scale and ready-to-use adapters made it easy. And with our late check-in, they prepared the room perfectly — they did turndown service. 酒店很新～干净又现代，离机场超级近，早餐也很不错的。小米体重秤和装好的转换插头这些小细节很贴心。我们checkin很晚，但房间已经备好了夜床服务，谢谢～

The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. The hotel also provides complimentary airport drop-off; since we departed from Terminal 2, this service was convenient. However, we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in at midnight.

Cairo Marriott Mena House left an indelible impression on me. With stunning views of the Pyramids of Giza, impeccable service, and elegant rooms, this 5-star hotel provided a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it for a luxurious stay in Cairo.

Unfortunately, this time I experienced a few issues with the room. The tap was clogged and, after it was repaired, the sink became clogged as well. The door was also partly broken and had to be pushed very hard to close properly. As a business traveler, I usually have breakfast early in the morning. At 6:00 a.m., however, the breakfast room was already crowded with a large group of very noisy tourists, which made the experience less pleasant. Despite these inconveniences, our stay overall was still pleasant.

The food was fresh, abundant, and delicious, but it was the serving staff who transformed it into something memorable. We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

The hotel facilitators are very basic, standard swimming pool, spa and others, room is well maintained but there areas that not very clean, like the shower room. Worth mentioning, the Lebanese restaurant was great, worth trying.

First room smelled like cigarettes despite picking no smoking. Second room was an upgrade but it was actually the upgrade I originally paid for. My first room was a downgrade.
