Excellent service, from check in , breakfast, BBQ preparation, hot bath tub and any requests. Beautiful scenery, the sheep at Renest is the most favourite part for children.

We had an amazing stay at Arimasansoh Goshobessho! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel & rooms itself are incredibly comfy and cozy, with a warm, intimate atmosphere and a delightful wood scent that adds to its charm. The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations (very good French toast, and onion soup) such a great way to start the day! A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kindness and efficiency in returning the Apple Watch we accidentally left behind—it was much appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

We had a great 1 night stay at this hotel! This was a wonderful experience! Although we only spent 1 night here, as this was meant to be an overnight stop between cities in our travel road trip, this left such a good impression on us, that we would like to come back to Akashi just to stay in this hotel again. The architecture and the hotel design is very cool, 50's kind of vibe, but it's new of course. The hotel has a club lounge where we could unwind after the drive with complimentary snacks and drinks, including alcohol, and all was free and unlimited. The room was super spacious and designed nicely, with a huge hot tube jacuzzi, and since we took the ocean view room, the view overlooking the ocean and bridge was just breath-taking 👌 The breakfast was just right, and they totally accommodated my meal requests and accomplished to have a very good result... 5 stars here and I would totally want to come back!

It was absolutely awesome. We really needed this kind of rest after two busy weeks in Japan. We were so happy to relax body and soul. The room was luxurious and spacious; we chose a traditional one. This was our first hot spring experience, so it's hard to compare, but we loved it. All the hot spring rooms are strictly private, which is why we chose this ryokan. We have very large tattoos, and there are no problems with that. The kaiseki dinner is a real ritual and a show that lasts two hours of clear pleasure, everything was incredibly delicious, beautiful, and nutritious. Breakfast was also excellent. I recommend arriving in Arima village in the morning, rather than staying in Kobe or Osaka, to have time to explore it. It's small but charming, with that perfect anime vibe.

We stayed in Arima to experience the gold Onsen. The rooms were fantastic, I absolutely loved the shower in the room. The tatami mattress beds were well cushioned. Though the rooms were a bit small. The table area and sleeping area were the same. During meal times the staff would enter the rooms to convert the table area to bed area vice Versa. From Osaka it was an approx 45 mins train ride and the airport shuttle was very fast. The good thing about using trip.com was that I could utilise the free internet call to call for hotel shuttle

This onsen was pure bliss. The hot spring water was so relaxing, the scenery was stunning, and everything was super clean. I felt completely refreshed afterward. One of the best experiences I’ve had in Japan — highly recommended!

地理位置優越：從地鐵站過去要走10分鐘左右，面朝大海，隔壁就是須磨海洋世界，有酒店專用通道，無需排隊。 酒店自助餐菜品豐盛，有神户和牛，超出預期，工作人員熱情。 一樓有洗衣房，花園還有兩條海豚。

Нам все очень понравилось, брали номер с каменной ванной, (номер 11), который находится в полуподвальном этаже. Номер в японском стиле, на полу футоны, в комплекте идут юкаты и хаори, которые можно одевать на ужин или же ходить в них в онсен, также можно взять деревянные сандали - гэта. Персонал очень приветливый и заботливый. Ужин и завтрак были восхитительными, большое изобилие всего, все это съесть просто нереально, особенно ужин. Ужин, кстати, частично готовишь сам, что-то типа ”хот-пот” - варишь продукты в емкости с кипящим бульоном пару минут и ешь свежеприготовленный ужин 🙂 Гостям дают бесплатный пропуск на посещение ”золотого” онсена - источник с водой, обогащённой железом. Расположение гостевого дома очень удобное, в самом центре, в 350 метрах от автобусной остановки и примерно такое же расстояние до онсена. Мы остались очень довольны! Обязательно порекомендуем знакомым и друзьям это место!

Quite simple Onsen resort. Location : About 10min walk can reach the small town and alot souvenirs shop and food. Onsen: only 2 Onsen, 1 big inside and 1 small outside. Resort not much amenities beside Onsen. Breakfast and dinner okay.
