SSergei ChernonogWe wanted authentic experience in traditional japanese hotel and this place was a perfect match.
It is located within walking distance from center of the village and it was really calm and quiet.
Staff was super friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. Hotel also provides yukatas.
The dinner is a must-have in this place, and was one of the highlights of our trip. Be prepared for a real feast, and plan a little walk after this meal. We felt like we tried almost every dish of traditional cuisine. Some stuff was unusual for non-japanese taste but still delicious.
The onsens were small but still great, especially the outdoor one with golden water.
Room was in traditional japanese style and super cozy. After dinner staff prepared futons for us, and I had my best sleep here.
Our one night in this hotel was calm, peaceful and healing experience

Tteo aipingWonderful service provided by this hotel, onsen experience was superb as there was a private outdoor onsen on your own! Flawless clean room and all are staffs were extremely friendly, many of them can speaks English so you don’t have to worry about the communication! It is walkable the Main Street of Arima main steet!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaNot sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is great as it is practically adjacent to the Sannomiya train station. However, there is a major scale construction going on now, right exactly in front of the hotel and if you are not observant, it could easily slip your sight. Also note there are two Tokyu Rei hotels nearby each other and if you are taking a taxi from Shin Kobe station, remember to clearly specify the destination is Sannomiya Tokyu Rei and not the nearby one in Moto Machi which the driver brought us to.
As is typical of most hotels in Japan, even though we had a twin room, space was rather limited and we barely had enough to even open up a medium size luggage bag let alone two.
A big plus point was food options were everywhere and all within walking distance, with many eateries just directly behind the hotel and more as you walk down the main road leading to a row of various restaurants and various eateries for all budgets.
Check-in was of the touch machine kind which is typical of Japan now and staff were at hand to help and guide along.
They were also especially helpful providing useful information as to where to go for a good meal and how to get to other places of interests.
Given the proximity to train station, the food options around and the price we paid, Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei is a good choice for a stay in Kobe.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel offers a convenient location, especially for those using the metro, as it is closer to metro station than JR lines. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options that cater to different taste. However, one point to note is that the breakfast charge of JPY700 applies even for young children. In our case, my 6-year-old did not eat much, so the value felt limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the location and breakfast variety are definite highlights

쏘쏘소쏘일본 료칸여행에서 기대하는 요소와 편의성이 소소하지만 모두 갖춘 숙소로 판단됩니다. 시설과 친절함은 기대이상이었고, 가정식 식사(가이세키)도 보는 맛과 먹는 맛 모두 훌륭했습니다. 특히 수영장 및 온수월풀도 있어서 어린아이가 있는 가족여행에서도 충분한 가치를 누릴 수 있는 곳입니다. 재방문 의사 200%입니다.^^ 꼭 다시 갈겁니다.

EEterNaL_The hotel was located in a quiet part of the neighbourhood where and is a 5 - 8 minute walk from the Boeki Center Station on the Port Liner and is just 1 train station away from Sannomiya station.
The surrounding area near the hotel had a convenience store as well a few restaurants not too far from the hotel.
The staff was very helpful and was patient and helpful with my friend and I and tried to converse with us in english to try further explain to us about the facilities the hotel provided along with the different ammentities that came along with it.
We are very thankful for the hospitality and the kindness show and would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Неплохой завтрак приносят в номер в назначенное время. На ресепшене без проблем обменяли номер для курящих на номер для некурящих. Бесконтактное выселение. Из минусов - при выходе из номера нельзя его закрыть, закрывается только изнутри

MmharsnI liked the room. It had a good layout and everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed and pillow were nice, and the internet speed was good. However the desk and everything on it was covered in dust. It's located between the two main train stations, but close to neither.
When I checked out, I asked to leave my bags with reception for 2 hours while I went to breakfast, but was told that only guest checking in can check their bags ☹️. I was able to leave them in the lobby, though. There is construction happening right next door, so it was a bit noisy during the day. Long waits for the elevator, which is slow and busy.
Potentially, it's a nice hotel. It just needs some improvement to the cleanliness and staff friendliness.
