Slightly older, but clean hotel with perfect location near the train and bus station. Countless Food, Café‘s and Bars around. We took the bus to Osaka Airport which is a 5min walk from the hotel and goes regularly. 7-Eleven just downstairs. Only had the choice for smoking rooms, but for me as a non smoker it was more or less okay. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well.

Location is quite a walk from the station especially with extreme strong wind. The bed is hard with thin pillow, but this hotel offers unlimited drinks (coffee, tea) and FREE breakfast! That got 5 stars plus points from us!

Most comfortable bed that I stay in Japan for the past 2 months. Lucky we stay here for 4 nights. Bed is very firm but not hard which is good for our back. Room is very clean and bathroom is spaces that I can sit on bath tub and shower. It would be perfect if the room is slightly bigger. They charge parking for 2000¥ for night which is too high for me but the front desk young lady ( ********* girl) who was very friendly and helpful, she recommended me to park my car at nearby coin parking which cost me on 800¥ for 24 hours. Checked in on the top floor - superior floor. However the cleanness of the room was unsatisfactory The toilet was smelly like urine There was something disgusting big black dust on the ventilator on the ceiling i was shocked at first I thought it was a mice I requested to change to another room but the receptionist said this room type was already full And then the receptionist came and cleaned the dust with his bare hand The dust non stop came out from the ventilator The dust spread on the bathtub The receptionist spent ten minutes and used all the towels in the toilet to clean He returned the new towels afterward That’s it ?! Not even a drink to me to express apology ?! Anyway, except the toilet i like the room. It was big The receptionist doesn’t know English. we use phone to communicate

Отличный лав-отель: японское *****************, все косметические принадлежности, в том числе презервативы, прокладки, маска для лица, уходовые средства. Неплохой завтрак приносят в номер в назначенное время. На ресепшене без проблем обменяли номер для курящих на номер для некурящих. Бесконтактное выселение. Из минусов - при выходе из номера нельзя его закрыть, закрывается только изнутри

I booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

Elevator was dirty somebody smoked iqos but rooms arent too bad  The aircon doesnt really work

The room is very nice and comfortable, a few blocks away from the main attractions . The hotel has amenities like a restaurant and a very big onsen at the upper floor, I really enjoyed my staying there and I would stay there again. 👍

Location a bit far from Sannomiya station, it's on a uphill so quite hectic for travelers with large luggage. But there's a Matsuya and a few conbini around, and it's near to Ijinkan, so good overall.
