SSergei ChernonogWe wanted authentic experience in traditional japanese hotel and this place was a perfect match.
It is located within walking distance from center of the village and it was really calm and quiet.
Staff was super friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. Hotel also provides yukatas.
The dinner is a must-have in this place, and was one of the highlights of our trip. Be prepared for a real feast, and plan a little walk after this meal. We felt like we tried almost every dish of traditional cuisine. Some stuff was unusual for non-japanese taste but still delicious.
The onsens were small but still great, especially the outdoor one with golden water.
Room was in traditional japanese style and super cozy. After dinner staff prepared futons for us, and I had my best sleep here.
Our one night in this hotel was calm, peaceful and healing experience

LLuk Hoi Ling AmyThis boutique Onsen hotel is great for different Onsen experiences as it provides 2 free private Onsen sessions for you to explore outdoor and indoor Onsen with your friends and relatives without other people.
Food is very delicate and delicious both for dinner and breakfast.
One of my best Onsen hotel experiences with this hotel. Highly recommend to those who are interested in Japan onsen

PPengguna TetamuHad a nice time staying for a week at this hotel. It is close to Sannomiya station with lots of restaurants nearby. It is also within walking distance to key areas such as Chinatown, Kitano etc. The room is cleaned with relatively good breakfast choices. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a hotel close to the station.

RRas YenLocation is quite a walk from the station especially with extreme strong wind. The bed is hard with thin pillow, but this hotel offers unlimited drinks (coffee, tea) and FREE breakfast! That got 5 stars plus points from us!

PPengguna TetamuGreat location. It has the usual sleeping gown, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush. It even had cleansing oil, toner. There also offered tea bags that you can take freely take from the lobby. The surrounding area has some renovations going on but the hotel is right by the Sannomiya station and bus terminal. The Lawson convenience store is right outside.

LlimmaysallyMost comfortable bed that I stay in Japan for the past 2 months. Lucky we stay here for 4 nights. Bed is very firm but not hard which is good for our back. Room is very clean and bathroom is spaces that I can sit on bath tub and shower. It would be perfect if the room is slightly bigger. They charge parking for 2000¥ for night which is too high for me but the front desk young lady ( ********* girl) who was very friendly and helpful, she recommended me to park my car at nearby coin parking which cost me on 800¥ for 24 hours. Thank you so much Miss 余.

CCamilla TamI booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

BBenedict KCPThe hotel is a little bit far away from Sannomiya. It takes at least 5-10 mins driving to there, so it probably takes 15 to 20 mins to walk there. As it is far from city, it is quiet, and the room is clean and large. Unfortunately, the parking spaces are limited and luckily I could find a parking space nearby. The service is good and the staff are very polite. It has welcome drinks offered. If you cannot find a hotel inside Kobe, this hotel would be another good choice to consider.

AAlgerdОтличный лав-отель: японское *****************, все косметические принадлежности, в том числе презервативы, прокладки, маска для лица, уходовые средства. Неплохой завтрак приносят в номер в назначенное время. На ресепшене без проблем обменяли номер для курящих на номер для некурящих. Бесконтактное выселение. Из минусов - при выходе из номера нельзя его закрыть, закрывается только изнутри

JJudith AldThe room is very nice and comfortable, a few blocks away from the main attractions . The hotel has amenities like a restaurant and a very big onsen at the upper floor, I really enjoyed my staying there and I would stay there again. 👍
