PPengguna TetamuIt was our first ryokan experience and it was absolutely stunning. There are a few rooms in ryokan and we were the only guests for that night. The room was very spacious and had tiny cute details. Onsen and kaiseki dinner became absolute favorites. The dinner and breakfast were served in our room that added intimacy to the process. Everything was delicious.
The ryokan team was super friendly and ready to help with all the questions we had. As we were the only guests, we were allowed to use the onsen together as the private one — wow!
It was truly authentic experience — we would definitely recommend to visit this place.

Ll3unnyThis place is awesome!! I can feel that a lot of thought has been put in when they came up with services/things the hotel guests might like to have eg extensively long hrs for public bath, free ramen for supper, free icecream after bath, free yakult kinda drink for morning, massage chair, manga comic books to read, free dessert and water in fridge in room ….and the hotel is close to merikan park as well as train station! Absolutely loved my stay!

There was some confusion with my booking through Trip.com. I had already paid Trip.com for accommodation and breakfast, and I did not realise at first that this was only a prepayment to Trip.com to secure the booking, and that I would still need to pay the hotel directly at the front desk, with a refund to come later from Trip.com.
Your front desk team were very patient and professional in helping me contact Trip.com and clarify the situation so that I could understand why another payment at the hotel was required. I really appreciate their kindness and excellent service.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaNot sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

PPengguna TetamuMy views is just merely the location, it's quite away from the city and my experience of the rail & subway seems not at all friendly comparing with all my whole trip. maybe there is much construction happening therefore it hinders the walk-way and directions signs & so forth. If not mistaken, the photo on the web seems not matching with the present, if that's so, would be good to up-date it.

- Food: Excellent.

KKK一個字”正”。這間名小都里是對上面另一間温泉酒店的別苑。有供應懷石料理，火煱晚膳。晚上食餐要向上走一分鐘，所以必定是去7/F共浴温泉先浸浸，然後去用餐。每天每房可以訂家庭共俗間(其兩間)45分鐘。到步前可以打電話約車在車站接送，酒店會事先發電郵告知。包兩餐都很豐富，食材味美，有牛和魚供應。中間大堂有自助水吧，有冷熱綠茶，咖啡等。入住房間沒廁所，要使用共廁，不過十分乾淨。走路下去温泉街約10分鐘，那裏可以花上半天時間。

NNATALIA MORGUEОтличный рекан, мне очень понравился онсен - несмотря на то, что он маленький, чувствуешь себя уютно. Так как номеров немного, большой шанс оказаться в онсене одному.
Ужин кайсеки красивый и вкусный, моя мечта попробовать его исполнилась :)
Завтрак обычный завтрак шведский стол, с японскими и европейскими блюдами
Также при въезде можно выбрать юкату, выбор широкий, одежда очень симпатичная.
Большое спасибо персоналу за помощь и особенно персоналу ресторана, мне очень помогли (у меня сломан палец и было неудобно есть палочкам и накладывать еду) и отнеслись максимально дружелюбно.

EEterNaL_The hotel was located in a quiet part of the neighbourhood where and is a 5 - 8 minute walk from the Boeki Center Station on the Port Liner and is just 1 train station away from Sannomiya station.
The surrounding area near the hotel had a convenience store as well a few restaurants not too far from the hotel.
The staff was very helpful and was patient and helpful with my friend and I and tried to converse with us in english to try further explain to us about the facilities the hotel provided along with the different ammentities that came along with it.
We are very thankful for the hospitality and the kindness show and would recommend this hotel to other travellers.
