Cari Hotel 5-Star di Kobe

We had an amazing stay at Arimasansoh Goshobessho! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel & rooms itself are incredibly comfy and cozy, with a warm, intimate atmosphere and a delightful wood scent that adds to its charm. The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations (very good French toast, and onion soup) such a great way to start the day! A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kindness and efficiency in returning the Apple Watch we accidentally left behind—it was much appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

酒店位置很好，建在山上，遠眺風景不錯。公共休息區很舒適，房間也很寬敞，飲食服務都很專業。有台灣小姐姐店員，能用中文服務，對中文遊客很友好。 但是作為温泉酒店，這家有兩個致命的缺陷。 首先，酒店衹有一個温泉浴池，而且這個公共浴池的尺寸很小，放在別家可能衹夠做一個私湯。若注重温泉體驗，想泡大浴池，這家恐怕不是首選。 其次，酒店純木式建築，隔音效果很差，而酒店房間窗户正對發電機，夜晚會持續發出巨大噪音，戴耳塞都擋不住，導致我整夜難以入眠。 雖然對房間和服務印象都很好，但很抱歉，以上兩個缺陷實在太影響温泉療愈的體驗。如能改進，將非常完美。

前台服務很好。房間非常好，落地角窗看窗外景觀非常美，房間設施非常新，房間設施非常齊全，房間咖啡和冰箱裏酒水果汁非常豐盛，喝到喝不完,飲品量很足，非常貼心。洗髮護髮身體乳都是寶格麗的，體驗感非常好。還貼心的準備了男士和女士的護膚旅行裝，非常細心。特別提出表揚下入住這幾天從接待我們開始一直為我們服務的ひろこさん員工，非常熱情，非常細心，人很好。給我們入住這幾天帶來的體驗感非常舒服非常好。期待下次入住還能遇到ひろこさん。

Love this onsen hotel very much. My one night stay includes breakfast and dinner. All dishes are tasteful and made with heart, room is spacious. We love the 美景日式房帶露天風呂, and one cave onsen free of charge with high privacy. Nice stay and we will be back agin.

It was absolutely awesome. We really needed this kind of rest after two busy weeks in Japan. We were so happy to relax body and soul. The room was luxurious and spacious; we chose a traditional one. This was our first hot spring experience, so it's hard to compare, but we loved it. All the hot spring rooms are strictly private, which is why we chose this ryokan. We have very large tattoos, and there are no problems with that. The kaiseki dinner is a real ritual and a show that lasts two hours of clear pleasure, everything was incredibly delicious, beautiful, and nutritious. Breakfast was also excellent. I recommend arriving in Arima village in the morning, rather than staying in Kobe or Osaka, to have time to explore it. It's small but charming, with that perfect anime vibe.

We stayed in Arima to experience the gold Onsen. The rooms were fantastic, I absolutely loved the shower in the room. The tatami mattress beds were well cushioned. Though the rooms were a bit small. The table area and sleeping area were the same. During meal times the staff would enter the rooms to convert the table area to bed area vice Versa. From Osaka it was an approx 45 mins train ride and the airport shuttle was very fast. The good thing about using trip.com was that I could utilise the free internet call to call for hotel shuttle

酒店退房時沒有讓給好好評價，純屬自願。 1）房間寬敞明亮，景色宜人，衞生良好！ 2）温泉一共有三個大浴場，非常棒！ 3）晚餐超值，早餐也超喜歡！ 4）早上退房時問酒店前台六甲山步行太遠，可否幫叫出租車，酒店説可以把我們送到六甲山索道處🙏🏼並且給我們一張名片，約定好回程上索道時給他們打電話，他們會在圖八處等候👍👍 5）酒店有送迎車，來時可以去車站接，回時送到任何車站。

This onsen was pure bliss. The hot spring water was so relaxing, the scenery was stunning, and everything was super clean. I felt completely refreshed afterward. One of the best experiences I’ve had in Japan — highly recommended!

I had a wonderful **3-night stay** at Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe. The location is beautiful, with relaxing seaside views and a stunning look at the Akashi Kaikyō Bridge. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.

酒店好乾淨，神戶夜景一流，夜晚見到天上好多星星，而且房間有一樓二樓，十分寬敞適合打卡。酒店用餐體驗好，晚上喺戶外員工會幫忙烹調食物，食材好新鮮，雪櫃嘅飲品任飲，啤酒、水、茶、果汁，選擇種類好多。呢間酒店用心經營，員工有禮親切，笑容滿滿，提供一個舒適嘅環境比遊客，下次會想繼續再入住，冇任何可以挑剔嘅位置，100分滿分👍👍👍真係好鍾意呢間酒店，希望酒店可以保持住咁好既質素👍👍👍沖涼用品亦都係我最鍾意嘅日本品牌（ MARKS&WEB）味道襯返間酒店，木調系列❤️ 推薦各位黎到六甲山可以租住呢間酒店👍
