Grace hotel is under construction. No or non-existent Wifi. Arrived to check in but they couldn't find my reservation. I understood, things happened, and I messaged Trip.com. The Trip help desk specialist, "L," who responded to me, is very helpful. He called the hotel and told me to wait. When he messaged me back that the hotel found the reservation, and check-in with the front desk again. That's when the bad experience began, the guy at the front desk, refused to checked the reservation information again. He said that is nothing to check. I politely told him, it was the hotel's mistake, everything should be good now. He refused to give me his name when I asked. I have to keep pressing him to check. When he finally checked and found the reservation, he gave me a room. Apparently he gave me a smoker room with lots of noise (even after 2am). I'm too tired to change the room. Needlessly to say, I will not book this hotel again.
