Walaupun terdapat sedikit burung pipit, mereka mempunyai semua organ dalaman. Kakitangan sangat baik dan sopan. Sarapan pagi sangat baik. Walaupun terdapat ramai pelanggan dan kadangkala beratur, terdapat banyak ***a makanan, termasuk ***a Barat, Thai dan Cina, dan saya berasa puas setiap hari. Pengurusan restoran memberi perhatian kepada aliran makanan dan pelanggan, dan berusaha untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan kepada pelanggan. Hotel ini juga menyediakan fotografi pakaian Thai percuma dan perkhidmatan urutan masa terhad. Tahap perkhidmatan adalah sangat tinggi, tidak ada perfunctory atau HEA. Tiga wanita yang bertanggungjawab untuk perkhidmatan fotografi adalah sangat mahir, profesional dan fasih berbahasa Inggeris. Juruteknik urut sangat bertenaga. Terdapat juga perkhidmatan buggy percuma 24 jam Ia menjimatkan banyak masa dan wang tuk tuk/teksi. Nilai CP adalah tinggi dan patut dikunjungi lagi.

I had an excellent experience at the Centara Grand Hotel. The service was truly outstanding—attentive and prompt, making our stay very enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping, especially if you're in the Siam district. The only downsides were that YouTube on the TV didn’t work, and the TV's response time was a bit slow. However, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall experience. One highlight was the thoughtful gesture of setting up our room to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It was a lovely touch that made our stay even more special. Overall, I highly recommend the Centara Grand Hotel for its exceptional service and prime location!

Pleasantly surprised by the facilities available at the hotel, including a beautiful infinity pool and a well equipped gym. Room was spacious and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the BTS station and the airport line (one hour door to door). Just 2 stations away from BTS and the main shopping areas, it is easy to get around Bangkok from the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic 5 star boutique hotel in convenient location within walking distance to BTS Chitlom which is a few stops from Sukhumvit and Siam. Central Embassy and Central World are short walking distance away on Sukhumvit road. Many great cafes and restaurants nearby, convenient stores a few steps from the hotel. Hotel also has free parking for guests. Hotel Muse has a classy Art Deco look and great staff. Hotel also has its own rooftop bar. This is our second time staying here and the standards are just as high as the first visit.

Perfect locations clean and friendly hotel. Lots of places to go, food and massage around the hotel. The hotel offer soft play for kid and small slid pool. We also here on the  Valentine’s Day, and the hotel offer me and my daughter a teddy. This is cute. Overall we are very happy with our stay. If we go Bangkok again, we definitely will book the same hotel again. Thank you

Had always stay in this hotel for most of my Bangkok stay. Good Location and friendly staffs. However a few things seem to lack behind for this hotel. Firstly one of the lift is not working well. Whenever the lift stop at any floor , all the buttons that had been pressed will ”disable” you need to tap your card and press the floor that you want to go again. If someone suddenly want to go down while you actually wanted to go up. you have to follow the lift down again. Next is the house keeping room service , although they make the room everyday but the bed sheet had some yellow spot stain upon check in. I thought they will change it when they make the room each day but the bed sheet and pillow case are not change even after 3 days . They only clean the room , tidy your bed and change the towels (when you put the towels on the floor) The white color plates on the 8th floor restaurant are mostly stained and look old but the plates are clean. Just that one can see black stains on almost 80% of all the plates.

Lokasinya unggul. Terdapat pelbagai jenis makanan ringan. Perkhidmatannya baik. Harganya mahal. Sarapan paginya beraneka dan pelbagai serta lazat. Ibu saya sangat suka tinggal di sana.

Proses daftar masuk dengan cepat dan mereka memerlukan deposit 1000/malam jadi sediakan sedikit wang tunai, lobi tidak besar tetapi kelihatan hebat. GCP Ratchadamri terletak di tempat yang sangat mudah, boleh berjalan kaki ke pusat beli-belah fesyen platinum C besar dan centralworld. Bilik yang sangat luas dan bersih, dengan katil bersaiz king dan pemandangan tingkap yang bagus. Kelemahannya ialah mandi sangat sukar untuk melaraskan suhu, sama ada terlalu panas atau terlalu sejuk sangat tidak stabil. Terakhir saya cadangkan pihak pengurusan hotel meletakkan sebotol kecil cecair pencuci pinggan supaya tetamu boleh mencuci peralatan pada bila-bila masa, secara keseluruhan kami sangat menikmati penginapan kami di GCP.

A hotel worthy of its name! This is my second time staying at Carlton. I've stayed at several different hotels along the Sukhumvit road, however, this is by far the best hotel I must say! It still feels brand new, and the room is very spacious, whether you get the standard one, or the executive one on the higher floors! The view of the city is stunning! Probably my favorite part of the room is the huge window which lets a lot of lights in + opening the automated drapes first thing in the morning! I'm not a big fan of stuffy dark room. It's conveniently located along the Sukhumvit road and area, where you can find many trendy bars around, restaurants, massage parlors, convenience stores like 7-Eleven. Furthermore, it's walking distance to the hip new mall Emsphere, where they have the sky walk to Phrom Phong BTS station to get to other destinations around the city. The bed is comfy enough, cleanliness is impeccable, and I love the pool too. I haven't been able to use the gym facility or the sauna at the hotel, but they look well-equipped. I stayed for 3 nights this time, and I'm definitely coming back in the future. It's a bit pricier compared to some other hotels, but you get what you pay for. Wide breakfast selection, cool rooftop bar... Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with the hotel! Not much interaction with the staffs to be honest, but last year (2023) my company organized a seminar here and everybody was very supportive and helpful with the arrangement.
