Very good hotel to stay at. Service is very good. You feel very welcome. The location is close to Icon Siam (touristic place). There are only two things that should take into consideration: 1. The exact location of the hotel is in a small alley next to the mall. You might feel a little bit scared to walk in the alley at night. However, this alley is (in my opinion) quite safe. I have seen the people that live there and these people are (relatively) well off (owning a house in the middle of Bangkok is quite expensive). 2. The rooms are quite noisy. It takes some time getting used to, but in the end it did not bother me. In my opinion a very good hotel: very good quality for the price, i.e. great value for your money.

For someone like me who is a budget traveler and loves exploring culture, this was a perfect place. The location is at the heart of a neighborhood where you can experience the vibrant culture of Bangkok. There's a food market just around 200 meters from the hostel and a lot of food stalls within the area. If you go out early morning, you will see Bangkok in its raw color! The place is also near the train station (Saphan Taksin) and the Chao Phraya Boat Cruise Central Station. It's easy to go around Bangkok from the place. I stayed in a dorm room with a shared bathroom and found the bed to be comfortable. The capsules are designed to provide privacy for the guests. There are lockers provided but you have to bring your padlock. I love the theater-themed atmosphere and the lobby area where you can work and enjoy some drinks at the same time. They turn the lobby into a theater every afternoon and you can enjoy movies on the big screen while enjoying free popcorn.

We stayed here as part of our hotel-hopping experience in Bangkok. We stayed at AGO Chinatown Hotel, Park Hyatt, Capella, and Four Seasons. (All reviewed separately). It was difficult to choose from the plethora of hotels in Bangkok but we selected this one based on its proximity to Chinatown and the quality of the Breakfast served. This small hotel is brand new, yet has a quaint and boutique feel. The owner has decorated the lobby with family heirlooms and antique furniture. I could tell this is a labor of love. The cosy rooms are neat and comfortable, with wood floors, new showers, and Villeroy & Boch sinks. Our room was facing the canal, not quite Venice or Amsterdam, but delightful nonetheless. I slept well on the firm bed that is typical in Asia. The highlight of our stay was their farm-to-table breakfast. The Signature Smoothie was one of the best smoothies I've ever had. It's made from fresh kale harvested from their garden, pineapple and banana. They had my favorite congee with homemade Thai dishes by a local chef. Their garden salad with sesame dressing is a must-try. They also offer gourmet coffee, cappuccino and espresso. Frankly, their breakfast alone was worth the room rate, which I feel is an absolute steal. The owner Vee was kind enough to give us a guided foot tour of the historical area adjacent to the hotel. He also recommended some amazing street food and restaurants near the hotel. We tried the best Boat Noodles, Michelin star Pad Thai, Crab Fried Rice, Shark Fin Soup (sorry animal lovers) and went to an open-air restaurant with wine, steak, and jazz music. There's also delicious Suckling Pig and street-food galore in Chinatown. This is the best hotel for Foodies in Bangkok!

Spacious and clean. Location is convenient. The shower is good with strong water pressure and love the shampoo and bath. I was assigned the Plaza Tower rooms and there’s no toothbrush & comb provided. I have to ask for them at lobby. There’s no refill of those plus slippers, tea bags and instant coffee at the next few days, ie they are only available on the first day. Pillow top soft as well. Swimming pool is okay.

A very clean hotel with 24-hour staff at counter. Towels supplies and cleaning service is available daily. Best thing is a convenient store is located right opposite to the hotel. Seats and microwave are available next to the counter. No dry and wet separation in toilet. Maybe a concern for somebody. Overall a great and economic choice in Bangkok.

Hotel is in the prime location but as per the photos in the app while booking it was not like same. This is first time when a hotel charge for luggage handling when you checkout and go for 3 to 4 hours outside before taking the flight. Beds are making sound while you take a side also.

Amazing stay with my husband. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel prepared a lovely swan for us. We feel loved. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the room is spacious. We requested a high floor and a non-smoking room, and the front desk was able to accommodate our request. We feel happy and satisfied. The location is good and convenient, within walking distance to Pratunam morning market. Also, we would like to shout out their flexibility. Due to our late flight at 9 pm, they were not able to extend our room stay, but they provided a towel for a shower after another round of shopping before heading to the airport. We will definitely come back to this hotel for a stay in the future.

Terdapat kakitangan lain semasa daftar masuk, tetapi saya pergi ke sana dua kali dan hanya seorang yang berada di sana. Ia akan mengambil sedikit masa untuk mendaftar masuk. Deposit ialah 500 baht. Terdapat 3 lif jadi anda tidak perlu menunggu lama. Kunci bilik adalah kunci ortodoks. Untuk menutup, tekan butang pada pemegang dari dalam bilik. Tandas dan tab mandi adalah jenis yang sama. Anda boleh mendengar banyak bunyi di luar mungkin kerana pengudaraan. Tab mandinya kecil sedikit. Terdapat dua jalur kuasa berhampiran cermin. Ia bukan di sebelah katil. Terdapat dua botol plastik, tetapi tiada kopi segera dll. Anda mesti membawa anda sendiri. Oleh itu, saya kecewa apabila saya tinggal di sana buat kali pertama. Terdapat 7-Eleven di bawah stesen, jadi tidak mengapa. Jika anda menggunakan hotel ini sebagai pangkalan anda, anda boleh menggunakan BTS atau MRT dari ARL, atau anda boleh menaiki bas dari jalan di hadapan hotel, jadi jika anda tidak mempunyai kipas, anda boleh pergi ke Siam Amazing Park. untuk 8 baht. Anda juga boleh pergi ke pusat dalam arah yang bertentangan. Pengangkutan adalah mudah. Terdapat juga pasar malam kecil di bawah stesen.
