Without a doubt, one of the best accommodation rooms and hotel we have stayed at. The hotel from when we arrived was excellent. The staff were fabulous from reception, housekeeping to security. All were extremely helpful and friendly. We decided to extend our stay due to enjoying our stay.
The room was larger than expected and so very well designed and fitted out with high-end fixtures and fittings. The bed and pillows were comfortable and fresh. The bathroom was superb and so well set up. The tiling, the bath and shower, and the double sinks to the mirror were amazing. Great colours and blended so well. Take my hat off to the designers.
We will be back, thank you, and thank you for making it so easy to extend our stay.
The restaurant was a favourite place to eat. The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating.

The hotel is grand, and the facilities are above par. The room was extremely beautiful, with a great city view, the bed was very comfortable, and the Coffee was fabulous. The bathroom was double the size of other hotels. The water Swiming pool was cristal clean. The security deposit is 2000 Baht at Check-in. The staff was mostly beyond excellent. They were very helpful and everyone was polite. Thanks for the lovely stay. Wish I had more time to stay at this hotel.

Kami tiba di hotel pada pukul lima pagi bilik yang tersedia pada separuh harga biasa adalah pada pukul dua dan daftar keluar pada pukul dua belas. Kami tiba di hotel -harga pada pukul 8 Mengapa mereka tidak memberitahu mereka sehari lebih awal? Hasilnya, kami mendapat bilik, dan harga bilik ialah 5,200 baht dan 1,040 RMB, harga hotel untuk hari itu Kami terpaksa keluar selepas pukul 10, dan ada seorang gadis di meja depan tanya, dia kata kami boleh check in, jadi kami tidak menunggu sehingga pukul 2! The hotel is a bit tired-looking and is within a 5 to 10-minute walk to the BTS and Metro. It is very near the Red Light District Street, and you may not like walking along the street in the evening. My chair has a big hole, and I wonder why the hotel did not mend it. Also, the floor is parquet and is slippery when wearing socks or room slippers.

Well, this is my second stay at this hotel in 3 months time.
This time I got a room with a bath tub which is absolutely fine with me. However, there is no rack or shelf for the shower gel and shampoo, so I need to bend over 90 degrees for several times in a shower which is quite annoying. The sink also has a long hair from a previous lady guest. Photo attached for details.
Other than the bathroom, the mattress is also a bit too soft especially by the edge, so I need to sleep in the center of the king size bed to avoid a bad back in the morning.
Secondly, the same old issue happened again (it happened in my last visit in July) as the room maid took the room key away from the slot by the entrance of my room, to save energy I presumed
This time I have no choice but to run down to the front desk and addressed the happening to the asst. Front office manager. I need to reiterate to her and she agreed that is not the proper action to do in view of the security of my room.
Later on, Ms Paantayamon, the manager sent me a fruit plate and chocolate to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I sincerely urged her to conduct more training to the room maids of their uwnprofessional behavior to take room keys away from any guest rooms. It posed a security issue if the key is in the wrong hands.
Finally, I hope the hotel looks into this seriously before any theft or loss happens due to the key being taken away from a guestroom.

Went with family and booked a one bedroom suite. Great location, lovely room with an extra bed, good pool, nice staff, wonderful room service. Away from the hustle bustle in Sukhumvit area. Very close to 7/11 and couple of Indian restaurants though not tried. The breakfast area is little small so choose your time accordingly else one has to wait or sit outside. Vegetarians will have a nightmare as there's not much in the menu, but they have lovely kitchen in the room. So, I would strongly suggest to carry maggi and other stuff if you are going from India. We didn't carry anything and we missed it. Washing machine inside the room is very useful if the stay is for 4-5 days. Skytrain station is a little far from there but I would recommend not to use it as taxis are far cheaper for the shorter distances. Ms. Cream at the reception is needed to be given a special mention here as she was really good at her work in terms of check-n and other queries. The entire staff is extremely helpful. Overall, recommended.

This hotel is new, opened in August 2024. It used to be an apartment building, renovated and converted to a long-stay hotel. It feels a bit more posh than the other MEAs I have stayed in Bangkok before, the hardware is clearly a step above including Japanese toilet self-flush with heated seat, but unsurprisingly is generally one of the most expensive of the 6 MEAs in the city, if not the most expensive depending on dates. Unlike the others where we stayed, no upgrade granted as Ambassador Elite guest (despite wide open availability) so they stick to Terms & Conditions of Marriott Bonvoy which excludes MEAs from the upgrade program. That said, their rigid stance makes them a bit uncompetitive relative to others. Unlike upgrades, they gave free breakfast despite not having to do it so that’s in line with other MEAs. Considering the neighborhood, it was appropriate to have a Japanese slant to the buffet, but otherwise not memorable, dishes not refilled quickly and service hit and miss. Service was better at the concierge desk which was very helpful arranging shipment of various packages.

Cosy, modern hotel with a relaxed vibe that is tucked away in a quiet enclave but quite accessible to the main street via its shuttle service or a quick Grab bike ride (walking will be 10-15 min). Beautiful, warm and spacious room with walk-in closet. Decent breakfast (not a huge spread but guests are far fewer than the big hotels). Small but adequate gym. Overall, very nice 2-night stay, except for the private onsen - booked a 9am slot and the onsen water wasn't hot at all. In fact, it really isn't a real onsen, so manage your expectations. May not be worth the extra price.

PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel and great staff. We were well looked after by concierge Pai and his guys, and the cleaning, pool and front desk staff were all competent, friendly and helpful. My wife lost her phone and they found it for her; it rained and they had umbrellas for us and helped book taxies and Grab cars. The hotel is very new and the room was super modern and very well decorated, with a big new TV and great amenities. The bed was superb and the pillows were to die for. We were there for a week and this was one of the best hotel stays we have had in recent times and I highly recommend it. This is a very well-run hotel so I commend management as well. It does the Marriott group proud. Also, location is great just minutes from Asok BTS and MRT. Lots of food options on this Soi 20, as well as Soi's 22 and 18

TThe Dividend NomadThe front desk staff were very friendly and fast. Level of English was excellent and checking in was very easy and fast. There is a little Japanese restaurant and bar / coffee shop in the lobby with breakfast also. Also the gym was very nice and clean and had everything you need. Nearby working 1-2 minutes walk were lots of food , coffee, massage , ******** shops etc. was only 60 baht grab ride to airport and about 6-7 minutes drive. Illl stay here again if need a nice clean place to stay near the airport.

Roof top pool was nice as was the buffet breakfast. Good location with lots of places within walking distance or easy access to taxis and Tuk Tuks. Best part was the staff, friendly and professional service. Special thanks to front desk staff member Sawassakorn. He helped us out with taxis around the city, a local restaurant and arranged for a car to drive us to the airport.

AAdeebisawayA new property in Sukhumvit 71, the hotel feels contemporary and clean, with good service staff. Breakfast is good, the rooftop swimming pool is really nice but not big. They cleaned my room every day so that's great. Location is okay, not very near the main places of interest though if you're taking a taxi it's not too far away.

HHappy TripppPerkhidmatan di sini sangat baik. Daftar masuk untuk hotel pergi ke tingkat 9 Hotel ini berhampiran Emporium, turun di stesen BTS Phrom Phong. Turun di stesen dan berjalan selama 3 minit sahaja. Bilik di tingkat 28 mempunyai bilik mandi yang sangat bersih. Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik, cantik. Katilnya bersih dan selesa. tiada bunyi bising Tidur lena sehingga pagi. Hotel ini mempunyai sarapan di tingkat 8 Bagi makanan, terdapat kolam renang yang panjang secara keseluruhan, sangat bagus.

KKimweezHotel bandar Bang Kok adalah nilai yang hebat untuk wang, bilik yang selesa dan kakitangan yang mesra. Apa yang paling menonjol ialah bufet sarapan pagi mereka setiap pagi yang menyajikan lebih 10 hidangan mi, nasi, daging dan sayur-sayuran. Jauh lebih baik dan bernilai daripada sarapan kontinental di beberapa tempat yang lebih besar.

PPengguna TetamuLove Furama Silom! Located in very good spot in Silom. We booked superior room and it was very spacious with Bangkok city view (*pic), bed was good quality and we always had good sleep, breakfast was amazing and they have wide variety (asian, western, salads, coffees, juices, pastries), staff was friendly and speak English well. Their restaurant room service also worth to try, especially ‘Thai green curry’! My favorite is the view from the rooftop pool 🌃 also 711 is just 2 buildings down the road. Def had lovely experience and can’t wait to go back to BKK and stay here again :)
