Hotel Toronto dengan Kolam Renang

I booked the hotel because it came up as having an airport shuttle. However, you can not use it as a park and fly location. I had to book a separate park and fly location which ended up cost me just as much as the hotel night. Which we only stayed for 5 hours.

Requested the newly renovated room instead of non renovated. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly to let us check in at 1.30pm as our rooms was ready. Eventhough we didnt get the connecting room as we requested but we were happy enough to let us an early check in.

I stayed at this hotel on business, and the overall experience was outstanding. The staff is extremely professional and polite – I especially appreciate that they went out of their way to allow us an early check-in, which really helped with organizing our day. The hotel lobby is beautifully designed, and the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire property are at a very high level. After a busy workday, the exceptionally comfortable bed and great pillows ensured a perfect night's sleep. The location is an absolute plus. The hotel is very close to the city center, and with the main railway station right in front of it, it is incredibly accessible and convenient. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Great Location is very walkable to everything. We heard a little noise from patrons from the restaurants across the street but nothing over the top, and rooms were fairly sound proof. Filtered water dispensers everywhere. Small quiet pool with long hours. Housekeeping staff friendly. Average Renovated rooms were still a little grungy. Bathroom updated and modern though lots of dirt along baseboards. Needs improvement Towels and bathrobes were so old. They were certainly clean but very worn out and rough. The bathrobe had a hole in it. No lotion. Carpet was a little eh. A bit subpar for a Novotel Hotel particularly at the nightly price.

Got so lucky to have this room which was perfect to spend time to catch up with my friends! Suite room was amazing and the cleaner was the most professional one we have ever met! The location is just right in front of the Harbour and likely 5 mins from Union station! We definitely stay again

I’d like to start with the positives of the hotel. First of all, the location was excellent. As tourists, it was very convenient for us to get to all the main attractions around the city. I would also like to give special recognition to the service. We were truly impressed by how attentive and welcoming the staff were throughout our stay. In particular, the reception team and the café staff serving breakfast provided outstanding hospitality. Bar 45 also exceeded our expectations with exceptional service. Overall, the customer service was truly top-notch. What unfortunately disappointed us was the condition of the hotel itself. It feels as though the property has not been significantly updated since the 1970s. The old doors, outdated furniture, worn carpets, and poor lighting in the lobby create a sense of discomfort rather than luxury. This is definitely something that needs attention, as the current condition and renovation standards do not match the level and reputation of the hotel.

The hotel itself was nice — the rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the service really affected our overall experience. The receptionist had a poor attitude and was not very welcoming. On the third day, our room was not cleaned, even though we had informed the cleaning staff before leaving. They try to do in the evening, but they also ‘forgot’ to do while we had waited for an hour with the kids not sleeping. It was really frustrating. On our last day, the bedsheets were also not changed despite us specifically requesting it. We raised these issues with the hotel, and while they did offer some compensation, the overall experience was still disappointing because of the service problems.

來多倫多開會，提前幾天訂了這個公寓，價格不算便宜還沒有早飯，報着就近原則入住的，本來沒有什麼期待，進房間之後還是覺得性價比超高，在44層，有陽台的最高層，陽台上方就是天空，景色完美，就是感覺安全性稍差一點，完全是開放式的。

Moved three times to get a quiet room. Finally high floor double glazing. Breakfast Buffett top. Restaurant good food and service. Easy access from airport/station by express train via union station and subway union station 4 sops College. We enjoyed our stay very much.

房間乾淨整潔 明亮舒適 設施齊全，窗外就是yonge街，對面就是超市，非常滿意。入住衹要按照房東的指引還是比較順利的。有地下車庫，出門旁邊就是地鐵，不管是自駕遊還是自由行都非常方便！
