Highly recommend this hotel. The featured room is beautiful and facilities all clean and sufficient the courtyard building is also stunning. The owner and staff are very nice and help with all questions you have. They even picked me up and dropped me off at the train station. Location is close to the north gate of the city wall and around 10-15 walk to the busy tourist erea.

Beautiful place to stay ! Located on the inside of the Pingyao wall ! The host and his brother are very friendly and helpfull ! Hé gives you information to see Pingyao in the best way! Hé arranged tickets to the theatre for us ! So we could visite Pingyao without a guide ! The room is very clean , every day clean towels and water free ! Breakfast is Chinese style and you need to pay a little extra amount.

Really nice place, but as for most hotels, you cannot expect the staff to speak English (not a problem for me, but if you don't speak any Chinese be prepared). Location is great as it is around 2 minutes walk from 南大街/South Street and all the main museums and courtyards. The owners were very friendly and helpful, making time to explain all the places to see and were to eat. They can even help with good discounts, e.g. for the historical-themed performance '又见平遥'/Encore Pingyao as well as for restaurants. The hotel is in a beautiful traditional courtyard, very quiet area so you will sleep well at night. The room has traditional furniture, adding to the atmosphere, and while small (but good value for the price) was comfortable. The bed is a so-called 'kang' with heating - it was so comfortable in the cold winter that it was hard to get out of bed in the morning! Part of the floor has heating too. The cleanliness is good too. I would really recommend this place, very good atmosphere and with everything you need to be comfortable.

Really nice family hotel in traditionnal style. The owners were really kind and helpfull :) We get a free room upgrade, they laundry our clothes for free and purpose us to drop us off at the train station ! They were always smiling and it was a pleasure to rest at hotel after visiting this great preserved city. The ratio quality/price is unbeatten !

A gorgeous accomodation which looks like a museum itself. The hosts are very friendly and extremely helpful. They respond to inquiries within minutes and guided us well through Pingyao. As cars aren't allowed to pass the gate to the ancient town, it was very convenient that they offered us a transport from the North gate to the accomodation for no extra charge! Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and there is an extremely nice outside area where one can try out the different vinegars and spirits produced by the hosts.

在攜程平台上看到這家店的，他家是一家連鎖的老店，本人住的是三部新開業的客棧，下午辦理入住的，再來的路上加了老闆微信，老闆是個很熱情的年輕小夥子，雖然人年輕，可是心卻很細緻，按照老闆的推薦吃的飯店口味真的好，也不貴，並且便宜很多，老闆年輕還告知了在古城裡的注意事項，怎麼走，並且把幾個重要的景點在地圖上給畫好了，退房的時候還贈送山西老陳醋，車接車送的到停車場🅿️房間趕緊，房間乾淨衞生，小院肅靜，

客棧在古城中心，地理位置好。距離縣衙很近，晚上縣衙還有演出可以體驗，旁邊還有一家很火的董記炒碗拖。客棧環境好，曲徑通幽，裏面完全感受不到外面的喧鬧，老闆人也很好，給我們選了我們安靜的房間，臨走還送了一瓶醋，很熱情。總之，算是性價比很強的了。

老闆很好，非常實在，提前會與聯繫人溝通細節，並幫忙推薦古城內的路線和景點，提供合理的建議。吃喝玩樂都可以問老闆，並幫助安排。 房間非常整潔乾淨，每天都會打掃收拾。早上出門，晚上回來房間都已經被收拾了一遍。 民宿位置非常好，距離古城主街道很近，也緊挨着迎薰門，晚上可以安排看燈光秀。強烈推薦！吃飯的餐廳老闆推薦的也很靠譜，都很好吃，並且還可以用老闆家的會員，可以打折哦

平遙之行很愉快，玩兒的挺開心，這個客棧很舒服，乾淨衞生，大炕上住我們三個人都沒問題，房間還備了飲水機，一次性用品準備的比我自己想的都周到！客棧離景點很近，步行幾分鐘就到，累了還能回來休息，房間很暖和，大太陽曬的暖暖的！老闆人很好，很熱情，還能優惠購又見平遙門票，真是太好了！

漂亮老闆娘給我免費升級了房間，一樓小院安靜，房間乾淨性價比絕對好。漂亮老闆娘服務非常周到，我帶父母來旅遊父母都快80了，老闆娘給安排了免費接站和送站，給細心安排行程聯繫包車師傅，包車師傅也特別好。我們在古城玩時下雨了還聯繫要接我們怕我父母淋雨。別的不説就這服務態度下回再去還得住這。
