Cari Hotel 4-Star di Pingyao

對於平遙古城這一晚的住宿，是我整個行程裏七個晚上裏，一直到入住前還在更換的。 一開始定製師幫我選了，我查了下發現那個酒店城市界面不好看，遂換了。 然後開始糾結，到底住古城裡，還是古城外？ 定製師山西人，和我説不推薦住古城裡，很多他的客人都反應住裏面的一些各種問題， 所以我又把定在古城裡的民宿退了…… 沒辦法，我對衞生不算潔癖，但我不能接受衞生間反味 ，下水道堵塞，這些問題 。 再然後刷到這家，在古城邊上，劇場隔壁，本來想看劇的，後來看評論説劇要站着看，擔心長者吃不消，所以後來沒看又見平遙，住這家買又見平遙，其實有優惠。 言歸正傳， 後來時間緊迫，就定了不改了。 雖然入住前我的包車不能直接開進去，需要等他們酒店來接我有點麻煩，但老闆是真的很有服務意識，給我兩個房間中的其中一個升級了， 兩個房間的最大區別，就是窗外的景觀 都是大床房，一個窗子對着中心廣場，很舒服 ，衞生間有窗子，亮！ 另一個大床房，窗子正對各種設備，拉開窗簾就是看到一排大型設備，堵的慌 ，洗手間沒窗子 ，暗！ 設施： 高級民宿，設施一流，還備了大瓶 1.5 升的農夫山泉水，適合我這樣喝水多的，還有要表揚的，有洗衣液，洗手液（日系品牌） ，有洗面奶，卸粧水 ，雖然我不用。 有個拉分項，棉簽不知道誰採購的，和其他用品不在一個級別，是軟塑料棍子 ，一轉耳朵，就彎了 ，不知道大家能不能懂那種使不上勁的感覺😮💨，退房時候和前台反饋了。 衞生： 乾淨舒服，其實和前一晚窯洞大院一個價位啊， 窯洞大院真的太拉跨 🥹 服務： 工作人員真的很細心，我們晚飯後，沒從正門回來，繞到園區的中心廣場轉了下 ，他們的後面就在中心廣場的， 這時候後門已經給我們打開了，我們以為一直開着的。 早上，我們需要從後門去等導遊，發現後門關着，工作人員告訴我 ，昨天是監控看到我們，特地幫我們開的，平時是關着的。 然後又手動幫我們開了後面，這樣我們可以大熱天少繞一個圈子了！ 早飯： 一個酒店含早的早餐也能看出品質，照片拍了，都是手工做的點心 ，我媽媽非常滿意，吃的很開心， 我兒子這種喜歡預製肉類的，就不適合，我覺得這是小孩的問題，不是酒店的問題，這個早餐很營養很健康！ 那個包子是手工做的的，發麪，不是預製品，豆芽也是小小的，不是上海那種泡發出來很大的，老闆的食材選品真的很棒！ 早飯桌子的窗邊就是廣場，一早沒人在那裡慢慢享用，心情很不錯 有現磨咖啡，需要他們來做，所以我不知道高峯期，他們如何應對🤔 畢竟我吃早飯的時候餐廳沒人😀 再補充一點他們的服務意識，我到的時候，已經晚飯了，錯過了下午茶時間 ，我問前台下午茶錯過怎麼辦，他們馬上給我送來一個果盤，裏面的桃子太好吃了！ 就是民宿沒有電梯，同樣需要工作人員人肉爬樓梯扛行李，心疼工作人員，我的行李很重。

Hospitality, location, cleanliness and interior design make it an absolute gem in Pingyao. We were offered complimentary pick up and drop off to the train station. We were welcomed with open arms, a lot of smile and a parting gift. The breakfast was great, bed super comfy and the whole hotel looks absolutely stunning. Located next to the Main Street of Pingyao - this is the best the men can get in Pingyao!

Hands down our favorite hotel experience in all of China - beautiful property and fantastic customer service. The hotel is beautiful with two picturesque traditional courtyards, while the rooms are modern, well equipped and sparkling clean. The hotel is in a great location and only a very short walk away from all the main attractions. Because the hotel doesn't directly face a big street, it's also very quiet all day and night which is a big plus! Our favorite was the incredible customer service, once again the best we've experienced in China. The staff was extremely helpful in picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. Throughout our stay, everyone was extremely kind, patient, and helpful in providing us with information and making our stay ever more comfortable. Also super responsive to our Wechat messages. An added bonus is that the hotel provided us with a free upgrade to a bigger room type, as well as a free breakfast. We ended up staying one night longer than planned because we liked this hotel and Pingyao so much! We will come back here on our next visit to Pingyao.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything was well organised and made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. The pickup service from the train station was an excellent addition and they have excellent translation services.

A pleasant family-run homestay near the northern gate of Pingyao Old Town, in a quieter area away from the main crowds. The hosts are very kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful, offering a warm and personal welcome. The complimentary transfer to and from the train station is very convenient, and small gestures like offering fruits, snacks and local vinegar as farewell gift add a thoughtful touch. The room is spacious, rather clean, and well-equipped, with modern amenities and even some smart home features. The bed is comfortable, although the bedding presentation could be improved slightly (ironed). There are also a couple of minor details—such as the bathtub not being firmly fixed—that could benefit from a bit more attention to ensure the safety. Breakfast is simple and local in style, which many may appreciate for its authenticity, though it is relatively basic. Overall, this homestay offers a comfortable and welcoming stay with a lot of potential. With a little more attention to finishing details and consistency, it could easily become an excellent choice for visitors.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were really helpful. They were quick to reply on WeChat when I asked for recommendations, and provide a free shuttle service which was really helpful as I was going to miss my train otherwise! Very close to all the attractions in Pingyao itself.

Location, value for money and hotel services unbelievable. I am so glad that i stay at this hotel after search many good and great hotel. The hotel go extra miles provide pick up and drop off from train station as this service not listed(only airport but not train station). The ambiance of the hotel the moment i step in until i at the room is just amazing which is exactly same like watching C drama Wuxia. The courtyard building is listed as historical site and the entire premises and the room truly transform & bring me back to the past. Location great within walking distance to west avenue pingyao ancient city and surrounding nearby easily can get local foods. I posted some pictures hope is helpful. Highly recommend stay at this courtyard.

Staying in Yundingxuan has been an awesome experience. Upon steppimg into the courtyard built according to ancient Chinese architectural style, one feels immediately transported into a world of rich culture. The room is big and. neat with a huge double bed and a kang style bed opposite it. Hanging from the ceiling are beautiful Chinese lanterns that when switched on lwnds the room a warm and elegant atmosphere. Staying in Yundingxuan is definitely worth the experience.

Fantastic stay. Staff provided impeccable service and advice. The tour suggestions were on point and proactive (e.g. informing us that light showers were forecasted and they had readied umbrellas if we needed them). Most of the staff was fluent in English. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Smart use of the different courtyards meant that rooms are very private and that, overall, it was very calm and serene. The property is located centrally near one of the major intersections within the old centre and most points of interests can be reached on foot in 20-30 min. If you are travelling with heavier luggage, then the hotel provides transport against an additional charge. The cost (150 RMB per way from/to the high speed train station) is well worth the money as you get dropped off just outside the pedestrian area (but within the city walls) a few hundred meters from the hotel and staff arranges for the luggage to be brought to the hotel. Taxis can’t drive that far into the old city.
