This is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. At check in they give you a card with restaurant recommendations from places nearby. The girl at the front desk told me which were her favorites and recommended a few extra.
The rooms are spacious and clean. They have giant windows for natural light and plenty of space to move around. Bigger than your average euro-hotel room, for sure. The facilities are solid. The gym has a personal trainer if you wish to book a session - otherwise it's free to use, well laid out and well equipped.
The hotel is well located - right near the main square and a short walk from the railway station. There are penty of cafes, restaurants, shopping streets etc nearby. And plenty of bus route readily available if you wish to venture further - down to the beach for example.

Location was 16 minutes walk from the train station and about the same walk to the old city, with lots to see in between. The hotel appears to be a local chain that does not as easily accommodate those who are not connected to it. This was my 6th and last stop on my trip to Europe, and it was the only place that did not include water. In fact, nothing in the minibar was included and that was not well marked in the room. Breakfast was quite good, but service was not as good.

Decent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

Pianist with no handsThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time

Pengguna TetamuВ эту поездку мы останавливались в трех отелях Валенсии. Этот отель стал нашим третьим. И нам он понравился больше всего. Тут сошлось все: местоположение, инфраструктура, близость к городу наук, рядом остановки автобусов у морю и от него огромный тц. Нас заселились на 10 этаж . Это там где бассейн. Заселились без разговоров на 2 часа раньше. И разрешили освободить номер в 14 часов. Кроме того, в отеле взяли наши сумки до времени в аэропорт. Молодцы. В номерах прекрасное постельное белье, белоснежный полотенца. Уборка каждый день.
Останавливаться будем именно здесь в Валенсии.

Вежливый учтивый персонал, во всем помогают, решают все вопросы оперативно. Очень понравился отель, рекомендую и буду останавливаться в нем снова.

easy to move around with bus stop just a few step away. The BF is also very good.
Unfortunately, there is an incident on our first night when someone just walk into our room, and the reason is some system failure.
Good is the hotel provide us complement BF for this unpleasant incident to cool down our anger.....
