Hotel very close to Rome Terminal, straight at the middle exit, after the bus terminal then cross the traffic light and that you will see the open-air restaurant, just all the way in that can see the hotel! Everything seems good, just a bit weird of the toilet in the room, maybe we are 3 people, the trible room that at ground, the toilet not suit for us, though the idea which for olderly people and wheelchair user…. perhaps, its a throughtful idea! Staff very nice, helpful and friendly. They would provide the map for you and point to you how to get to the attractions. There have free suitcase storage service!! When we check out, the nice staff gave us the hotels snack and postcards! Thanks!

Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. As soon as we stepped into the lobby of this hotel in Rome, we were warmly welcomed by Angela from the front desk. She wore her tie neatly and maintained a professional demeanor all the time. We mistakenly booked the wrong room due to network issues at first, which made us quite anxious. Angela kept comforting us and told us not to worry. She kindly rearranged a room perfectly suitable for my mother and me after careful coordination. Furthermore, she patiently helped us apply for an early check-out service in the early hours of the next day and gave us clear directions to catch the airport shuttle bus on time. The whole communication went extremely smoothly. We really appreciate such a warm-hearted and responsible staff member. Highly recommend this hotel thanks to Angela’s excellent service!

This hotel isn't just a place to sleep; it's the ultimate **strategic basecamp** that elevates your entire trip. The unbeatable combo of instant airport access, total city-wide rail connectivity, effortless walkability to the core, vibrant local amenities, *and* genuine affordability is simply unmatched. It removes friction, saves precious time and money, and lets you focus purely on experiencing the destination. After raving about it to fellow travelers at breakfast, I watched them immediately pull out their phones to check availability. It’s that obvious. This isn't just *a* good option; **it’s the smartest choice you can make**. Book it before everyone else discovers this golden spot – you’ll thank yourself from the moment you step off the plane until your final, effortless journey back to the airport. An absolute traveler's triumph!

Generally had a nice time in Rome because of the strategic location of the hotel to the Vatican, the Vatican museums, the bus stops going everywhere.   But there are still lots of room for improvement. Pros: 1. Near the Vatican museums (just have to cross) 2. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby 3. Fast check-in at 3pm.  Can leave luggages at storage area if you arrive early. 4. Room is clean and quite spacious. 5. I purchased some items online and had them delivered to the hotel.  Lady at the frontdesk gladly gave the package to me. 6. Can request toothpaste with toothbrush and front desk gave us plus additonal toilet paper and slippers.   7. The lady at the front desk helped us book our hotel to airport transfer (70 Euros using a BMW). 8. There are clean toilets near the elevator and we used it while waiting for our ride going to the airport.  The lobby is also relaxing and only a few people around.  9. They also have a storage room where we left our luggages when we checkout before 10am.   Cons: 1. Walks ways can be crowded due to many tourists nearby  2. Hot water at the bath area was not available during the morning after our first night.  Forced to take a bath with very cold water during winter time so you can just imagine the discomfort we had to undergo.  Very disappointed with this considering we paid a lot for our stay.  They should have regular check-up and maintenance to avoid this situation. 3. People at the front desks are not really welcoming and rarely smile.  But they finally smiled when I gave them coconut chips as token of our appreciation. 4. Bottled water only available on the first day of stay.  Should be daily.  But can request from the cleaning ladies who were very friendly.  5. Room cleaning is only in the morning before 12noon.  Our room was not cleaned on Jan. 1 because we left our room at almost 12.  No one informed us. 6. When we booked the airport transfer with a lady at the front desk, it looks she did not endorse our airport transfer to the other lady staff who replaced her at the front desk and we were quite alarmed because the driver came in a little past 330pm.  The other lady was even saying that her colleague might have not booked the airport transfer because it should be requested two days ahead of schedule.  Anyway, our ride arrived on time but was not able to get in immediately to the hotel because of lack of parking space in front of the hotel.  We had to cross to get to the black BMW.

All in good order. Hotel is very near to Termini station, the room is exactly what I saw in the website. Clean, and everyday house keeping is available. Good reception services.

En general, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena y tienes prácticamente todo cerca. Sin embargo, hay algunos aspectos importantes a tener en cuenta. El ascensor es bastante viejo y tarda muchísimo, especialmente en determinados momentos del día. Además, tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación porque en la quinta planta hay un restaurante. Cuando cierran por la noche empiezan a mover mesas, limpiar y hacer bastante ruido, lo que hace muy difícil descansar. Imagínate después de pasar todo el día caminando por Roma, salir a cenar y volver a tu habitación con ganas de descansar para el día siguiente, pero no poder dormir hasta aproximadamente la 1:30 de la madrugada, que era cuando terminaban en el restaurante. Por suerte, comentamos la situación y el hotel nos cambió de habitación, así que el problema quedó solucionado. Sin embargo, si el hotel está lleno, quizá no tengan la posibilidad de hacerlo. Por eso recomiendo tener muy en cuenta este detalle, especialmente si les asignan una habitación cerca del restaurante.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property, especially for couples looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay. Many thanks to all wonderful staffs

Hotel is worth the price. 2km from all the famous attractions. Hotel staff very friendly and can speak English. Room a little bit small and no AC. (Or didn’t work) Restaurants nearby. Good value for money.

Bellissimo villaggio molto attrezzato molto pulito. L’unica scomodità è che se si rientra dopo la mezzanotte con la automobile bisogna lasciarla fuori e quindi proseguire fino al bungalow che comunque si può anche evitare di andare a piedi, perché una vettura elettrica ti accompagna.
