Hotel Venice dengan Bar

Very well located near San Marcos Piazza, the Bascilica and Doge Palace. Easy to walk to Rialto Bridge or San Marcos vaporetto station as well. However, the triple room which I booked, does not have even flooring, so it does make me a little dizzy. But it was ok once I’m on the bed. The hotel has a strange rule to collect a copy of the credit card for guarantee.i thought such process may be subject to credit card fraud risk. Overall, I’m still happy with this hotel at the price point for its location.

What a fabulous hotel perfectly located a block from the Grand Canal and close to both the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square.  The receptionists are outstanding and answered all of our many questions with comprehensive answers, patience and respect. Can’t rave enough about them.  The rooms are even prettier than indicated on line, with plush bedding, a large bathroom and plenty of space. Breakfast was convenient and offered a large variety of choices. Service was also exceptional. Without question - you will enjoy this full service hotel. As a bonus, there is also an elevator so you don’t have to lug your suitcase up the stairs.

Perfect spot just out of Venice. Was actually quite nice to be able to get away to your own little island after a busy day. Staff were great but the prices for food and drink were crazy, even for Venice

02.01.2026 last night a very unpleasant event happed to our room, we returned hotel room at around 20:30 and found our room door was not closed ( see attached photo), we were shocked and immediately contact reception manager, this morning at the time of check out, hotel manager offered me for one night expense refund via Trip.com and promised that I will receive the refund soon from Trip.com. I accepted the compensation and expect your refund of one night fee soon, thank you

Hotel ini sememangnya hotel terbaik di Mestre! Saya tiba sangat lewat pada hari pertama saya menginap di hotel. Saya disambut oleh seorang lelaki di kaunter penerimaan tetamu yang sangat ramah. Selesai membuat permohonan pada hari itu, saya terlupa untuk mengambil telefon bimbit dan dompet. Si adik cepat-cepat menelefon kami dan mengatakan bahawa dia terlupa telefon bimbit dan dompet dan datang mengambilnya. Selepas berlari, dia mengambil telefon bimbit itu dan tiada satu sen pun hilang dalam dompet. Selepas mendaftar keluar pada keesokan harinya, kami kehilangan cermin mata kami di dalam bilik semula. Kami mengambil masa yang lama untuk mencarinya. Gadis di meja depan sentiasa melayan kami dengan senyuman dan memberitahu kami jangan risau. Kami akan menemuinya tidak lama lagi . Selepas beberapa ketika, seorang lelaki muda datang bersama mereka. Cermin mata turun dan kami diberitahu mereka berada dalam keadaan baik dan berharap kami mempunyai hari yang baik. Bukan mudah untuk memulihkan barang yang hilang di Itali, jadi saya mengesyorkan sepenuhnya hotel ini. Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik, hotel ini cantik, dan semua orang ramah!

A good place to stay in Venice cheaply. The location is pretty well connected and i strongly recommend taking an independent bus, rather than their shuttle bus service - they drop you off by a busy road and the walk to Venice is not much shorter than the 20min one that you take from the Hotel to a bus stop (and it’s cheaper). I found it very disappointing that my message I sent 2-3 days before my stay with questions, was never read or answered. The room has all needed amenities, and is overall comfortable, however the only table is outdoors. The on-site shop is convenient, with prices not too racked up, so very reliable. However the Hotel restaurant is disappointing. We ordered a pizza and a kids menu burger and fries - the pizza was very average, but the burger was actually just the meat patty and fries?? While it was clearly called a burger on the menu. Additionally, it was neither cheap, or fast service. I’d say this is a good place to stay for a short trip to Venice, especially on the budget, but would not recommend using their extra amenities such as the restaurant or bus.

Our final stay in Venice! Good concierge, really friendly. Location wise also very good and central. Just light walking distance to the basilica and you can see dorsoduro side from here. Room was quite small but ok for a one night stay. Breakfast was quite limited but sufficient and since there was nobody it was only us in the cafe. Good shower. The only downside I can think of is there is no lift/no elevator. So if you have big luggages, be prepared to do some weight lifting even more so if you’re on the higher floors because the stairway is narrow and have many turns. Lucky for me I have my partner.

The hotel offers exceptional service and amenities, surpassing typical expectations for a 4-star establishment. Its convenient location includes a bus stop directly across the street providing easy access to Venice city center. Additionally, there's a large supermarket nearby for quick snacks or groceries. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy. We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour. Kindest regards

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel. La habitación muy grande y limpia. El personal muy atento y tienen comida sin gluten. Además, está muy cerca del puente de la Academia que cruza el gran canal. También tienen restaurante en el mismo hotel. Por ello, lo recomiendo al 100%.
