❤❤️travellingMy flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it!
Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic.
The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom.
If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross.

PPengguna TetamuWhat a fabulous hotel perfectly located a block from the Grand Canal and close to both the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square.
The receptionists are outstanding and answered all of our many questions with comprehensive answers, patience and respect. Can’t rave enough about them.
The rooms are even prettier than indicated on line, with plush bedding, a large bathroom and plenty of space.
Breakfast was convenient and offered a large variety of choices. Service was also exceptional.
Without question - you will enjoy this full service hotel. As a bonus, there is also an elevator so you don’t have to lug your suitcase up the stairs.

PPengguna TetamuIt was nice to be in a new hotel that is has well designed rooms, its just a little small to fully open a large suitcase. There are machines to fill your water bottle with cold water on each floor. The free breakfast is the best free breakfast that I have ever experienced in a Western country. There is the usual American breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, delicious has browns, cereal, bread but also delicious pastries...the buttery croissant is as good as any that I've ever tasted. Also lunch meats, fruits, vegetables. Machines that make cappuccino, latte, etc. , waffle maker. The granola even has chunks of hazelnuts! Very close to the water bus...Take this boat #1 or 2 headed back toward Piazzale Roma to get to the main part of Venice.
From the airport take the ACTV or ATVO bus for 10 Euros to the bus stop called Piazzale Roma. To get to the hotel take the People Mover (Monorail) from the bus stop name Piazzale Roma to the 2nd and last stop that is a block from the hotel... only about 1.55 Euro and just tap your cc or phone.

BBonnieHotel ini terletak dengan mudah. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira 5-7 minit untuk berjalan kaki sejurus keluar dari stesen kereta api. Restoran berhampiran sedap. Biliknya sangat bersih dan selesa. Kawasan rehat di lobi juga sangat selesa. Saya pasti akan pergi ke hotel ini lagi lain kali.

NNicolas15The place is great for a budget-friendly stay near Venice. However, there is no free shuttle for guests without their own transportation, so we had to walk 20 minutes to the bus station and then wait another 20 minutes for a bus to reach Venice center. This was misleading considering the amenities listed. We paid around 60 euros for a 2-day, 2-night stay. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay overall.

PPaulinaPLPerfect location!!! We landed on Treviso Airport, there is a bus from the airport to the central station with is 4 min walk to the hotel. Same with train to Venice Island is going very often and it’s approximately 10 min ride.
I really recommend to take a breakfast €11 buffet with desserts, coffee, tea, juices.
Clean rooms, nice social places on the ground floor. Lovely staff.
Just be aware kitchen only has microwave and fridges, there is no option to cook yourself. However big pizza slice costs €3,5 outside ;))

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor.
I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases.
The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would.
The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed.
The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it.
The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it.
The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket.
The safe was not working.
The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them.
The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working.
You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool.
The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off.
The bathroom bin was broken and filthy
The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am.
I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice
I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaMuy buena experiencia en este hotel. La habitación muy grande y limpia. El personal muy atento y tienen comida sin gluten. Además, está muy cerca del puente de la Academia que cruza el gran canal. También tienen restaurante en el mismo hotel. Por ello, lo recomiendo al 100%.
