At the reception, one staff member appeared available but didn’t assist me, while she helped the next guest immediately. Around checkout time, everyone needs to use the elevator to checkout but the elevator was slow and sometimes occupied by housekeeping staff. I wonder why they cannot wait for just few minutes...h

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

While not within Venice centre, the hotel is located very near to the People Mover as well as the water bus stations, which made it very convenient to get to the attractions. The service of the staff was very good and they cleaned our rooms during our stay even though we were only there for two nights. The room was clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Breakfast was included, but the variety was not huge. Overall I enjoyed my stay and felt that the hotel was pretty value for money.

Perfect spot just out of Venice. Was actually quite nice to be able to get away to your own little island after a busy day. Staff were great but the prices for food and drink were crazy, even for Venice

Was given a room all the way to the end and the corridor was far. Took at least 3mins with our luggages. The last room was also alitttle smaller. Call to the reception and thankfully they were able to provide a change of rooms. If you cannot stand noises, maybe get a higher floor cause the trains run till late. The only issue is the coffee machine where it was dirty with leftover coffee remnants when we tried to use it. Location was great, with a supermarket nearby and restaurants and bus stop too.

in love with our stay, the nearest stop is rialto mercato, just 100 meter walk. Perfect location to visit the main attractions. you whether can use vaporetta (water bus) or walk to the attractions. They also managed to get us vegan breakfast on top of that, really appreciate this gesture. The communication is smooth. But the only downside is the did not have lift, luckily we get the lowest floor, but i guess nothing can be done because this is one of the oldest building.

A good place to stay in Venice cheaply. The location is pretty well connected and i strongly recommend taking an independent bus, rather than their shuttle bus service - they drop you off by a busy road and the walk to Venice is not much shorter than the 20min one that you take from the Hotel to a bus stop (and it’s cheaper). I found it very disappointing that my message I sent 2-3 days before my stay with questions, was never read or answered. The room has all needed amenities, and is overall comfortable, however the only table is outdoors. The on-site shop is convenient, with prices not too racked up, so very reliable. However the Hotel restaurant is disappointing. We ordered a pizza and a kids menu burger and fries - the pizza was very average, but the burger was actually just the meat patty and fries?? While it was clearly called a burger on the menu. Additionally, it was neither cheap, or fast service. I’d say this is a good place to stay for a short trip to Venice, especially on the budget, but would not recommend using their extra amenities such as the restaurant or bus.

We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

Номер был чистым, просторным, но шумоизоляция очень плохая, по утрам слышали громкие и нецензурные разговоры персонала из стран снг. Когда в соседнем номере идут в туалет, ощущение, будто это происходит в твоем номере, стены и двери будто картонные, по ночам слышно как в соседних номерах открывают и закрывают двери. Душевая кабина очень маленькая, к номеру ведет узкая лестница, подыматься с чемоданами очень проблематично. City Tax взяли больше, чем указано в сервисе. Местоположение очень удобное.

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel. La habitación muy grande y limpia. El personal muy atento y tienen comida sin gluten. Además, está muy cerca del puente de la Academia que cruza el gran canal. También tienen restaurante en el mismo hotel. Por ello, lo recomiendo al 100%.
