Cari Hotel 4-Star di Venice

What a fabulous hotel perfectly located a block from the Grand Canal and close to both the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square.  The receptionists are outstanding and answered all of our many questions with comprehensive answers, patience and respect. Can’t rave enough about them.  The rooms are even prettier than indicated on line, with plush bedding, a large bathroom and plenty of space. Breakfast was convenient and offered a large variety of choices. Service was also exceptional. Without question - you will enjoy this full service hotel. As a bonus, there is also an elevator so you don’t have to lug your suitcase up the stairs.

We all absolutely lived it! The first impression is the super friendly staff. You have to climb quite some steps to reach the room (ard one floor of stairs? Not recommend if you have a lot of luggages) however the staff ran out and helped us to move most of the luggage's to our room. The check in time is actually quite flexible since we arrived at 1230 and the staff still allowed us to check in. The room is very spacious with clean toilets and bathroom, there are Shampoo and body washing separated and some to spare (since we ordered an extra bed in a double room) We are also very surprised about the extra bed because it is not an ordinary expandable sofa bed, but a normal bed. Apart from the nicest service we have ever received, the breakfast is also a highlight. There are tons of choices (sweets like milk pudding, croissant, fruits, normal breakfast like ham and bread) and you can order some specials from the menu. We did try their scrambled eggs and smoked salmon salad, absolutely spot on! It has to be the best breakfast I've ever had from hotel! The location of the hotel is very close to the train station, but quite some walk to piazza San Marco (ard 20 min if you didn't get lost) The hotel provide us a map so that we can find places easier, and turns out we did use this map way more than google map (Google map gets really inaccurate on the island), one service we like a lot again. Overall it's a very pleasant experience and we like the hotel very much! Definitely recommend!

Its location is unbeatable just steps away from the Mestre train station. This making it incredibly convenient for a family with luggage and different generations traveling together. We were genuinely impressed by the room size, which is quite generous for this region. The space was maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness, providing a comfortable and relaxing sanctuary for our group after a long day of sightseeing. The service here is efficient and strictly. The check-in was fast, and the staff was professional. While the hospitality style leans more toward a standardized approach rather than a warm, it is reliable-you get exactly what you booked without any surprises. The breakfast spread was a highlight, offering a wide range of quality options to suit everyone. A special mention goes to the coffee machine; it serves a truly excellent brew that was the perfect start to our mornings. One thing to note for international travelers is that the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water in the room or a water dispenser in lobby. While the staff suggests tap water as an option, we preferred to buy our own supplies at the nearby station. Given the premium price point during peak seasons, it’s a small detail worth knowing beforehand so you can prepare accordingly. Overall, A solid 4-star experience for those who prioritize location, space, and a well-organized stay.

This was one of the most expensive hotel we have paid for during our Italy trip but the one with the worst check-in experience. As we saw reviews on Google that luggage has been stolen before with no camera to track, we wanted to lock our 2 luggages together for storage as the room was not ready. But the hotel staff became really defensive and did not allow us to do so, claiming that it’s difficult for him to handle for storage. The hotel even provided a slip that hotel declines all responsibilities of baggages. They do not want to bear responsibilities yet did not allow us to take basic precautions with our belongings. After sometimes debating with the reception and the staff, they finally allowed us to do so but gave really black faces even when we try to take picture of our luggages in the lobby. Upon returning from our long day of walk, the positive note is that the reception and the staff handling our luggages have a much more positive attitude and were more helpful. There were a lot of small stairs to our room so the staff assisted with the luggages. The main good thing is that this hotel is really near to Venezia Santa Lucia station and you do not need to carry luggages for a long distance across bridges. Facility is actually quite old and basic but at least clean. Breakfast view next to canal is good. Recommend for a short 1 night stay at Venice but we will likely not return again.

Biliknya tidak besar, dan hiasannya agak ketinggalan zaman, tetapi kebersihannya sangat baik. Tidak ada perapi di hotel, dan cawan pencuci mulut adalah cawan plastik pakai buang dalam bungkusan tertutup. Perkara yang paling penting ialah hotel ini betul-betul bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api. Ia mengambil masa kurang dari 3 minit untuk berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api ke hotel. Anda boleh melihat stesen kereta api dari bilik hotel pulau utama Venice. Kami tiba pada pukul 12 dan pihak hotel membenarkan kami mendaftar masuk awal. Terdapat 2 restoran kecil Cina, 1 restoran sushi dan pasar raya bernama Ali 3-4 minit dari hotel (untuk harga 1 botol air jenama yang sama di pasar raya stesen kereta api, anda boleh membeli 6 botol di pasar raya dan masih ada lagi) Dalam masa 20 minit selepas menaiki teksi dari hotel ke Lapangan Terbang Marco Polo, hotel ini boleh menyediakan perkhidmatan teksi dengan harga €60, dibayar terus kepada pemandu. Ia lebih mahal daripada menaiki teksi sendiri, tetapi tidak banyak teksi. Terdapat juga bas untuk ke lapangan terbang.

The hotel’s location is truly excellent and one of its strongest advantages, offering easy access to key attractions and a beautiful overall setting in Venice. However, there are several important concerns: • The room price is extremely high compared to the value provided • Cleanliness is average and below expectations • The room size is very small • The bed is uncomfortable and needs replacement • The bedding is worn out and requires renewal Overall, the experience did not meet expectations given the high price, and I hope the management considers improving the room quality to better match the rates charged.

We stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which I’ll elaborate later. We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they don’t have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us “they have hundreds of guest so it’s not possible to recognize us”. “There is no record”, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again “there is no record”. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location right on the canal. The train station is directly opposite—just a short walk across the bridge—which makes it very convenient. The room with a garden was a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. Highly recommended.

The hotel offers exceptional service and amenities, surpassing typical expectations for a 4-star establishment. Its convenient location includes a bus stop directly across the street providing easy access to Venice city center. Additionally, there's a large supermarket nearby for quick snacks or groceries. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel. La habitación muy grande y limpia. El personal muy atento y tienen comida sin gluten. Además, está muy cerca del puente de la Academia que cruza el gran canal. También tienen restaurante en el mismo hotel. Por ello, lo recomiendo al 100%.
