PPengguna TetamuVery good location. Especially close to the train station.
They accepted the late check-in, and we felt very welcomed.
There was small issue but they've done alot work for us to be happy and we satisfaied what they offered us.
Special thank to John at the reception. He always smiles and take care of our family every morning when he was in duty.
All staffs were very kind and helful with excellent service.

MMarianne TanLocated near Ferrovia waterbus station and Santa Lucia train station. You’ll need to walk a lot or take the waterbus to other areas such as St Marks’s Square.
The staff were friendly and even provided us with packed breakfast as we had to checkout early in the morning (before Breakfast time).
The room was spacious - mini touch ups here and there will improve the room.
Will definitely stay here again if I have an early morning train to catch next time :)

Horrible experience to have to use own room private toilet, which is not in our room, but located at our upper floor…
Toilet is extremely small, even for Asian, just wonder how European can fit into this toilet.
Ss the toilet is extremely small, the shower curtain will stick to your body all the time while you are showering.
In our room, no toilet available but there is a complete kitchen. However, there isn’t any cooking utensils, cup, plate, or even simple kettle there.
Your information about local hotel tax is €2 / pax, but the counter lady was trying to collect €3.50 instead!
Very terrible experience and we stopped bathing and plan to bathe only in Milan …

RRaluca DascalitaI stayed at La Pergola for 3 nights and it felt very homey to me, like a student dorm room.
It was easy to reach from the Lido SME station, very quiet, my room had plenty of light, a desk to do some work, internet was working properly in the room though I was at the second floor.
The bed was comfy, bed linen was clean, the water was warm and shower had pressure, though the shower head had some holes clogged.
All the basics are there, coffee in the morning is included, and -despite the fact that the room could use a deep cleaning - I think it was great value for money, much better than expected given the previous reviews.
This place will be on my return list in my future travels to Venice.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a really lovely little hotel. It's small but perfectly formed, and the reception is just down the road at another hotel. It's the perfect place for a short stay of one or two nights, especially since it's really close to the train station. We were very grateful that they let us in at 1am. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful. The breakfasts are really good too, especially when you consider the Italian norm of just espresso and croissants.

PPengguna TetamuНомер был чистым, просторным, но шумоизоляция очень плохая, по утрам слышали громкие и нецензурные разговоры персонала из стран снг. Когда в соседнем номере идут в туалет, ощущение, будто это происходит в твоем номере, стены и двери будто картонные, по ночам слышно как в соседних номерах открывают и закрывают двери.
Душевая кабина очень маленькая, к номеру ведет узкая лестница, подыматься с чемоданами очень проблематично.
City Tax взяли больше, чем указано в сервисе.
Местоположение очень удобное.

However, you may need to go up or down stairs(3 level) by yourselves with your heavy luggage.
It depends on the staff who wait for you.
The bathroom is so close to the toilet so that it is difficult to shower in the small space.
However there is a bathroom for everyone on the floor.
The key didn’t work properly so that it took a lot time to enter into the room.
While the staff required us to leave the key whenever we go out, sometimes there weren’t any staff in the reception.
So we couldn’t get the room key.

PPengguna TetamuAucun accueil physique. Hôtel difficilement trouvable par l'adresse dite. On a dû mettre le nom de l'hôtel situé en face pour le retrouver plus facilement. Une fois devant il faut téléphoner au numéro inscrit sur la porte et il n'était pas bon néanmoins j'avais celui indiqué dans la réservation. Une fois rentrée il y a une pochette avec le nom et la clef de la chambre sur le comptoir de la réception et on doit chercher notre chambre. pour juste arriver, déposer ses valises et repartir ça convient mais sinon je ne le recommanderais pas.

TTee LLWhen we reached, the reception told us that due to unforeseen circumstances,the room that we've booked ( with shared toilet)wasn't available and he offered us another room with private toilet with extra xx€ ( I forgot how much was it) but I refused to pay extra. In the end the reception gave us a free upgrade.
It was written that I should had paid 1.x euro at the hotel but the receiption asked to pay 2€ without giving me a receipt
The room was clean. The location was good. Close to eating places and supermarkets and train station. Travellers with luggages should choose this location. Facing the canal and station is at the back, turn left and after some minutes of walks the hotel is found.
