Отель находится в четырех минутах ходьбы от станции Гора, где можно сесть на туристический поезд и отправиться в Овакудани. Очень красивый вид с балкона. Есть доступ в лаундж утром и вечером с бесплатными напитками и мини-закусками. В номере свой онсен на балконе.

check in的時候酒店會講解箱根的旅遊路線 無腦入住 跟着酒店給的地圖走就行 服務超出預期 入住期間感覺是公主回家了 還以為這就是日式服務標配 結果後面住了其它酒店 才發現強羅花壇的服務是遠超同價位的其它酒店 就是房間比較老舊了 淋浴花灑也很古早 不過打掃的比較乾淨

Pastikan anda memilih bilik pemandangan tasik yang tidak dapat dikalahkan di Bangunan Timur atau Barat! Hotel ini direka oleh artis terkenal, termasuk karya Togo Murano pada tahun 1978. Kerusi angsa merah yang terkenal dan sofa di dalam bilik tetamu penuh dengan rasa kontemporari. Kolam air panas dilengkapi sepenuhnya. Jangan risau tentang perjalanan yang bergelombang. Mata air panas dan makanan yang lazat serta-merta menghilangkan kepenatan hari itu. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah jurang antara perkhidmatan lama dan baharu membawa perasaan yang sama sekali berbeza. Komunikasi bahasa adalah masalah biasa semasa melancong di Jepun, tetapi latihan hotel untuk pekerja baharu perlu diperkukuhkan dengan segera.

Yama No Chaya has its own beauty and serenity. I personally don’t find it hard to locate - 2 bus stops away from Hakone Yumoto station + a 5 minutes walk are worth the stay. (Bus service stopped for one of the days due to bad weather and we walked for 20 minutes to Hakone Yumoto Station - all good) The team is very hospitable - they also have some English and Chinese speaking staff otherwise simple English is not an issue to communicate. Our butler - Sandip always carry a smile with him, and he ensured we are very well taken care of. Every morning, the team will prepare heat pack and umbrellas for us (it was raining and snowing). In the evening, they made tea and prepared snacks (vary from mochi to sushi) for us upon our returned. The room we booked is Yamano Ichigo (main wing) - just nice for 2. The viewing platform was where we relaxed every evening and we soaked our tiredness away in our very own private onsen at the basement. Despite of having our own private onsen, I still went to visit 3 other public onsen within the Ryokan - you will not be disappointed. Our room came with daily breakfast and we added on dinner for 1 night. I must say the chef and culinary team put in their passion and effort to prepare all the dishes. It’s not common for a visitor like me to taste Kaisekai cuisine which I enjoyed very much. You need to take time and an empty stomach to full experience it :) However, my partner and I weren’t used to heavy breakfast and our butler noticed it - we get to change to western style for the rest of the stay which was equally delicious. We are thankful that we minimised food wastage. Overall, we felt pampered during our stay at Yama no Chaya :) I will return again in the future when I visit Hakone.

Wonderful facilities, kitchen was well equipped for cooking, bathrooms are fast with hot water, rooms are comfortable..And the common space? poetry Staff are super friendly and helpful Near a bus station and train station, easy to get there! a lot of previous memories were made, wished i stayed longer..!

☀️ When i first arrived, i thought i was at the wrong place - i‘ve never booked something so nice for myself before! 🪲PROS - chill 4 people bedrooms, with a comfy bed and a big personal shelf + locker and a fridge for the room - clean facilities and rooms - towel, toothpaste/toothpaste and yukata were provided as well as shampoo and showergel - the common room was so cozy and nice, with tea and water always at the ready and a great view of the garden - i was satisfied with both the dinner and breakfast and the price was fairly cheap (~1200¥ or a bit more, depending on your choices) - PRIVATE ONSEN that you can book for around 50minutes at night and can use in the morning if nobody else is already using it (costs around 150¥ per use) - there is a shuttle bus going at pretty regular times in the morning. They offer a ride to both Gora-Station or Hakone-Open-Air-Museum! 🩸CONS - far from the city-centre/train station 🌱 i really enjoyed my stay. I had cool roomies that became travel companions and absolutely loved the inn, the onsen, the food and the kind staff! Definitely a recommendation if you ever decide to stay in Hakone - i would book again!

This hotel is a paradise in the mountains of Hakone! Traditional style of the rooms - it feels like you are living in a Japanese family. We were prepared a traditional dinner, which was served in our room. It was very tasty and varied! The hotel has 3 onsen: 2 - private, 1 - public. We visited only the private ones (you need to book a time in advance at the reception upon check-in, the visit time is 30 minutes). It was wonderful! The hotel also provides a transfer from and to the nearest train stations. The rooms are clean, cozy, we slept on tatami under soft blankets. The hotel has a relax room. With massage chairs and a very quiet atmosphere. We stayed in this room after visiting the onsen and got great relaxation. And you are also given national clothes for rest and sleep. It is very beautiful and cute. Breakfasts were also in kaiseki style - varied and unusual. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. this hotel allows tattoo baths. great experience, thank you very much! want to come back again!

It is not located near the train station. In return, it is a quiet place to relax. The hotel does not have a small shop to sell ice cream or milk. Sometimes, people would want to eat dairy products after onsen. The

Опыт проживания в этом рёкане я бы посоветовал хотя бы раз испытать каждому. Огромный номер с кухней, столовой, спальней, ванной, туалетом и собственно горячей ванной. В комнате с ванной нет окна, но из-за того, что ванная горячая прохлады не ощущается, зато можно наслаждаться видами гор. Ужин и завтрак — мое почтение! Гигантские и сытные, но в японском духе. Любителям континентальных завтраков в обычных отелях будет грустно. Персонал приветливый. Пытаются говорить на английском. Не всегда получается понять друг друга, но очень стараются! За это отдельный плюсик!

Ryokan espetacular! Quarto maravilhoso com vista para a montanha, escolhemos a opção de private onsen e vale mesmo muito a pena! O onsen dá perfeitamente para 2 pessoas em simultâneo. Optamos pela meia pensão, com pequeno almoço e jantar uma vez que não existem muitas opções na zona, e o comércio encerra muito cedo. Adoramos a experiência e a comida divinal. O staff é muito atencioso. Adoramos a experiência!
