初めて宿泊しましたが、到着してすぐ出迎えてくださり、滞在中も優しくサポートしてくださったので安心して過ごせました。憧れの焚き火でマシュマロサンドして食べたり、ブランコに乗ったり、敷地内をゆったり動く羊たちが愛らしく玄関からすぐ出たら、羊たちの姿があるので子供たちは餌やりを楽しんだり、撫でたりして日常ではできない経験ができました。客室も空調が快適で、暖かい空間から外の景色を眺めたりワインを嗜んだりとのんびり過ごせました。またぜひ滞在したいです。次回はホットタブをしてみたいです。

日本的温泉酒店住過10來家，這家性價比算上乘。 1是交通，有shuttle bus來往高速大巴站，就在車站右手邊10米，20分鐘1班。沒有行李的話，走走10分鐘。 2是服務，沒有碰到不滿意的場景。雖然這家算是中大型度假村，但基本服務都能滿足和反饋。 3是設施，金湯銀湯都很舒服，紅葉季的户外湯風景也不錯。私湯也去了，光看景色其實公共的更贊。其他也有一些娛樂設施，適合度假的。 4住的一泊一食，早餐豐盛，追求極致精緻的話，就略略不足。 總之更貴的酒店是強在私密性和景色的設計感，這家算對得起價格，而且紅葉季也沒漲價，色色一一。

前台服務很好。房間非常好，落地角窗看窗外景觀非常美，房間設施非常新，房間設施非常齊全，房間咖啡和冰箱裏酒水果汁非常豐盛，喝到喝不完,飲品量很足，非常貼心。洗髮護髮身體乳都是寶格麗的，體驗感非常好。還貼心的準備了男士和女士的護膚旅行裝，非常細心。特別提出表揚下入住這幾天從接待我們開始一直為我們服務的ひろこさん員工，非常熱情，非常細心，人很好。給我們入住這幾天帶來的體驗感非常舒服非常好。期待下次入住還能遇到ひろこさん。

The check in process is slow, inefficient, and not customer friendly. They ask you on the very first day of your arrival about the exact time of your breakfast and room cleaning, which is unreasonable and not thoughtful. English speaking ability of the staff is also very poor.

AMAZING!! Absolutely the best!! It was also a steal to stay in one of the best ryokans there for such a price. Room was nice, the amenities included the traditional tea set, i was also provided the yukata and pyjamas and towels for the onsens. The territory included 5 baths, including 2 outdoor ones, for women, which I tried gladly. It was a very relaxing experience. Most baths included an extended self-care set of face and body care treatments you could use in public areas. My skin and soul felt amazing. I also tried ramen in the ramen restaurant in the hotel - was also left happy!

Hanamusubi Ryokan has been our favorite place when we plan our trip to Osaka region. We always book the same room with our private onsen so we can soak ourselves unlimited times a day while enjoying their cuisine both in the evenings and mornings in our room. Although we see some minor changes in their overall operation, their standards of service remain high and we couldn't be more satisfied during our last stay as well.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The onsen facilities, along with the provided Japanese bath suits and slippers, added a delightful touch to the experience. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of healthy Japanese options, which I found both satisfying and nourishing. Additionally, the view of Kobe Tower from my room was a charming highlight. The hotel's design reflects a refined minimalistic luxury, creating an elegant and calming environment. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and traditional Japanese hospitality.

You will love this hotel. When we arrive a hotel by car. The staff will help you parking and take off the luggage to your room. Everything in hotel is perfect the room with onsen is very nice. The location very good if you stay this hotel you can walking to village area so easy We suggest you to booking room including dining with on chef’s table

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area. The breakfast selection is good and I liked the good coffee and it was a bonus as they provided paper cup so you can consume your coffee in the comfort of your room. Will recommend friends to stay in this nice and clean hotel.

房間外的風景非常好，直接看到海峽和大橋。酒店很有設計感，整體設施都不錯，有灶具油煙機，餐具廚具齊全，還有摩飛鍋。附近的 coop 超市過 7 點有半價的神户和牛，適合買回來燒烤吃。酒店有停車位，停車免費。美中不足的是酒店臨近主要街道，晚上還是有一點吵的。
