Pulizia un po scadente.Abbiamo trovata la camera al check-in sporca, una svista nel non avere organizzato bene i turni di pulizia. La struttura è molto grande come anche le camere. Decisamente lascia a desiderare la manutenzione delle camere, soprattutto nei bagni che non sono rifiniti e con tubature a vista e/o danneggiate. Il prezzo è molto contenuto. Si riceve quello che si paga. Prossima volta in bucarest sceglierò un altro hotel."

"Το ξενοδοχείο και οι εγκαταστάσεις του ήταν Grande !!! Υψηλής αισθητικής χώροι. Στο καλύτερο και κεντρικότερο σημείο του Βουκουρεστίου. Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι δεν είχε καλό ίτερνετ στα δωμάτια . Στους άλλους χώρους εντάξει αλλά στα δωμάτια ήταν σχεδόν ανύπαρκτο. Στο ισόγειο του ξενοδοχείου υπήρχε ένα εξαιρετικό καφέ ζαχαροπλαστείο . Ισως το καλύτερο σε όλο το Βουκουρέστι. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό . Για την υπερπολυτέλειά του ή τιμή ήταν πολύ καλή."

MMaria JuliaLovely hotel! The hotel is 10 min walk from the old twon. Our room was very clean and spacious with great shower! The staff are incredibly polite, welcoming and friendly. The staff from cafe at the front went out of their way to get us vegan cake in the evening. The bar staff was lovely as well and drinks and food reasonably priced. The breakfast had good selection for anyone including nice vegan options. Definitely try the vegan strawberry cake, it was the breakfast highlight for us.
As they are renovating spa we couldn't use the hotel ones (we will have to come back to try). They offered options nearby but we opted for a different place for our massages in the end.
Overall great stay and we will definitely come back.

TTree136Great location - within 10-15 mins walking distance from most of the main sites. There’s also a metro station about 4 mins walk for visiting the other sites. It’s also a 4 mins walk to the meeting points for most tours.
Hotel room - double bed was actually a double bed! :) Not two singles put together. Good amenities provided such as disposable slippers, shower gel, separate shampoo and conditioner, hand gel, body cream, face towels. Surprisingly no bathrobe was provided given the Hilton name but still a good hotel room overall.
Cleanliness - generally clean but have knocked 1 star off because a couple of the towels had other people’s hair on them when I arrived. However these were replaced with clean ones during room cleaning.
Staff - good level of spoken English and understanding. Most of the staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room.
Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its convenient location.

MMCUZZAOur stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. PPHILLIP JAMESThis apartment represents exceptional value in Bucharest. It is located about 10 to 15 mins walk from a metro station, but the nearby tram station is about 3 to 4 min walk from the hotel. With the tram you can get the historic old town in 15 mins. My apartment was on level 7 had excellent views of the large sections of the city. A full size fridge was provided. Bed was comfortable. The air-conditioned system worked very well. However, the TV was very small and all channels were local only. However, with an excellent internet connection (free) all my evening entertainment was via my laptop. There is an excellent and large supermarket just 1 min walk for the apartment - so very convenient for all essential items. On arriving at the apartment there was a locked door, but (with cameras) someone came out to assist. The young man directed to my apartment and gave keys and instructions. He first mentioned there was some problems with the gas, but I would not be using the stove, so not a concern. For the views, the size of the apartment, access to public transit and super close to supermarkets, I highly recommend this option for the price in Bucharest. N

It took me more than 15 minutes just to wait the receptionist to finish flirting and finally help me check in. My checkin took less than 5 minutes
