Hotel Romantik di Barcelona

Firstly, it's too pricey and doesn't really offer good value. It feels very hot even after adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting (19 degrees Celsius being the lowest possible). The room is a bit old, and water flows out from the shower room while showering. The bathroom area is extremely dark. This package cost me around $6K HKD, and I can confidently say it doesn't compare well to other new 5-star hotels in Barcelona. The best thing about W is the bar/restaurant on the 26th floor. The staff is generally rude and impolite, possibly including some of the security staff. The reception staff assisting with check-in are also unfriendly, possibly due to a large number of guests waiting.

It’s a nice place, very relaxing. I ask if they can put some wine or something because its our anniversary but they didnt tell us anything about it if they have it or not. the girl in the spa looks like she doesn’t wanna have us there. She’s like tellng us that we’re not allow to enter because we didnt book a schedule but the spa is empty and its 9am. Hope they can focus more on customer service. All in all its a nice place.

酒店位置相當核心了，挨着就是主教堂，附近吃飯逛街超級方便，後悔沒有訂含早餐的了，環境和服務不亞於國內五星酒店，環境設計得相當高級，我們三個女生剛一進酒店大門，遠處就跑來兩位紳士幫我們提行李，熱情周到，退房時也主動幫我們打出租車去火車站，酒店唯一的缺點就是隔音比較差，能清晰聽到樓上住客走路的聲音

Staff is very nice. The room is nicely decorated. The location is okay. I’ve stayed for 4 nights. It’s a bit pricy. The breakfast is okay nice but not many choices. Recommended to try anyway. New hotel.

The location was perfect. Very comfortable room, great breakfast and a lovely roof top garden area to spend the evening… however ‘Caesar’ the barman on the rooftop garden needs some customer service training, the worst level of service I have ever encountered in all my travels.

1. 位置：最滿意的就是這個位𡸽。老樓部分改造的旅館，加泰羅尼亞廣場向北走十分鐘。我是地圖選的。附近酒店很多。 2. 服務前台24小時英語提供服務。入住有一杯歡迎香檳🍾️，前台接待和服務人員態度不錯。前台提供電源轉換器。 3. 房間：房內裝修老舊了，插座少還有漏電滋滋的聲音，我住的房間無usb充電按口。房間和層高在這個寸土寸金的位置算高大的了。 4. 屋內有膠囊咖啡機每天給2杯，茶葉2包、入住冰箱裏酒店贈2可樂2啤酒2巧克力。

性價比太好了，地理位置絕佳，走路左拐兩分鐘到購物大街，右拐兩分鐘到美食街道，也非常安全。酒店服務也很好，衹有一個不太滿意的是早餐每天幾乎都一樣，雖然實現火腿自由了，但這樣讓連住五天的實在很難再吃下去了。

Chambre (standard rebaptisée basique) donnant sur la réception, bruyante, petite, sombre, sans possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre, douche avec changement de température incessante, mini bar rempli pour une personne alors qu’on est 2, finitions de piètre qualité, bruit de la réception qui monte et réveille le matin, le clean Service qui ne respecte pas le fait qu’ils ne doivent pas venir faire la chambre (bouton rouge), photo qui ne correspond pas à la chambre, nous ne reviendrons pas pour un prix totalement surfait pour la prestation. Clairement pas un véritable 4 étoiles sup! Réception désagréable, piscine avec eau trouble et pas d’aménagement. L’emplacement est en revanche très bon et la vue du roof top aussi! La literie est tout à fait ok! Si on vous propose les chambres x11 ou x18, fuyez! Ce sont les pires chambres!

What an amazing and beautiful hotel and what makes it this way is the service that you receive from the front desk. First time with my bf in Barcelona for my birthday trip and the attention from the front desk to deliver a little gesture was a cherry on top. I booked a corner room with a balcony and it’ was really spacious and nice with the city view. I’ll definitely be back

辦理入住的時候前台非常熱情 迎賓的飲料選擇了咖啡 非常非常好喝。房間雖然小了點但是設施乾淨程度都很好，還有一個露台可以看風景感受陽光。總的來説比較滿意.附近步行可達有很多中國菜 排隊人也很多。
